Abstract

一种由本体与工作头体结合而成的交、直流多用途组合工具,其特征在于本体端部设置锁紧机构,它由锁紧垫板、垫圈、锁片、推扭片组成。工作头体端部设凸块与本体连接,同时设置楔入槽,此槽与本体锁片中的斜楔片相配合,另外外花键与转轴过盈配合,内、外花键结合通过花键上的导向面连接,各工作头体可以制成电钻、磨光、往复锯等,通过头体的更变,能一机多用。

交、直流多用途组合工具
本实用新型涉及电动工具领域，具体说属于交、直流电动工具的本体与各种不同类型的工作头体组合而成的交、直流多用途组合工具。
目前市场电动工具发展甚快，品种繁多，当使用者在不同的场合及各种不同的用途就必须要配备许多类型工具才能满足工作的需要，目前市场供应的各种工具均属单一性功能，因此，使用者在不同的条件和工作要求下，需要准备很多功能性的工具，从而给操作者带来很多不便。
本实用新型的目的可根据使用者在各种条件和各种工作需要来更换各种功能的工作头体，该工作头体能连接统一结构的工具本体组成一种能钻孔、打光、磨光、锯件的交、直流多用途组合工具。
为完成上述目的所采取的技术方案：在原有的电源、开关、电机组、锁紧机构，以及输出机构的基础上，设计成工具本体和工作头体两部分，工作头体的工作部分可以是钻孔头体、打光、磨光、齿锯等头体，而工作头体与工具本体的结合是统一固定结构，需要不同类型功能工具，工具本体只要更换工作头体即可，其特征在于：a．工具本体的端部设置锁紧机构，该机构由锁紧垫板中的锁紧凸块嵌入本体机壳以及垫圈、锁片、推扭片、推扭片中的推扭柄伸出本体机壳外侧，并设行程缺口，锁片设斜楔片组成；b．工具工作头体与工具本体结合，工作头体端部设连接本体机壳的连接凸块，同时设置楔入槽，此槽与本体上的斜楔片作转动配合；c．工具本体设外花键与电机转轴过盈配合，外花键设导向面，工具工作头体设内花键，内花键设导向面与外花键的导向面配合，内、外花键的键数以5～7个为佳。
本实用新型根据以往是单一功能使用价实，现将工具分成二部分，工具的本体和工具的工作头体，当操作者需要不同的功能工具，只要更换工作头体即可实现不同效果，无论是钻孔、砂光、以及往复式锯机，因此最根本优点是方便了操用者，携带方便，克服了以往电动工具单一性用途。

根据图1所示，电源1、开关2、电机组3、本体机壳4、锁紧机构5、外花键6组成的工具本体，本体与由内花键7、头体机壳8、输出机构9组成的工具工作头体两者互相结合。其中工具本体的端部设置锁紧机构5如图2所示；锁紧机构5如图9所示；它由锁紧垫板16、垫圈15、锁片13、推扭片10组成。锁紧垫板16中的锁紧凸块17如图8所示，此凸块17嵌入本体机壳4；垫圈15如图7所示；锁片13如图5和图6所示，锁片13设斜楔片14；推扭片10如图4所示，其中的推扭柄11伸出本体机壳4外侧，并设行程缺口12，工具的工作头体如图3所示，与工具本体结合；工作头体端部如图10所示，设连接本体机壳8的连接凸块19，同时设置楔入槽18，槽18与本体上的斜楔片14作转动配合，图11斜楔片14离开楔入槽18，即本体与工作头体可分离，图12斜楔片14嵌入楔入槽18，即本体与工作头紧密结合在一体。工具本体设外花键6如图2所示，与电机转轴过盈配合，外花键6设导向面20；工具工作头体设的花键7如图3所示，内花键7设导向面21，内、外花键的导向面20与21相互配合如图13所示。上述的内、外花键的键数5～7个为佳。此内、外花键处于随机位置都能很方便组合。而上述的锁紧垫圈15起压板作用，简化锁紧片工艺、调整与锁紧板的间隙、减小与锁紧垫板的摩擦力，锁紧垫板16的锁紧凸块17简化固定机构。

Claims (2)

1．一种由电源(1)、开关(2)、电机组(3)、本体机壳(4)、锁紧机构(5)、外花键(6)、组成的工具本体与由内花键(7)、工作头体机壳(8)、输出机构(9)组成的工具工作头体，两者相互结合组成交、直流多用途组合工具，其特征在于：a．工具本体端部设置锁紧机构(5)，机构(5)由锁紧垫板(16)中的锁紧凸块(17)嵌入本体机壳(4)，以及垫圈(15)，锁片(13)、推扭片(10)、推扭片(10)，中的推扭柄(11)伸出本体机壳(4)外侧，并且设行程缺口(12)，锁片(13)设斜楔片(14)组成；b．工具工作头体与工具本体结合，工作头体端部设连接本体机壳(8)的连接凸块(19)，同时设置楔入槽(18)，槽(18)与本体上的斜楔片(14)作转动配合；c．工具本体设外花键(6)与电机转轴过盈配合，外花键设导向面(20)，工具工作头体设内花键(7)，内花键(7)设导向面(21)与外花键(6)的导向面(20)配合。
2．根据权利要求1所述的交、直流多用途组合工具，其特征在于内、外花键的键(20)与(21)键数为5～7个。
