本实用新型涉及的是一种塑铝结构的复合型管,具有塑料内管层和铝合金外管层结构,其中在铝合金外管层外还被覆有耐腐蚀金属材料防护层。该耐腐蚀金属材料防护层可以为镀膜结构形式的不锈钢被覆材料层。
Description
本实用新型涉及的是一种具有不同材料结构层形式的复合型管，具体讲是一种具有塑料内层和铝合金外层结构形式的复合型管。
具有不同材料的结构层，特别是具有塑料内层和铝合金外层形式的复合型管材，因可兼有该两种材料的优点，如可具有质轻、美观、不污染管内输送物料和/或不易被管内物料污染等特点，已多有导报和使用。如公开号为CN 180615A，以及公告号为CN 2344632、CN 2354648等文献对其都已有所介绍。在使用中发现，这种结构形式的管材在具有上述优点的同时，也还有尚令人不够满意之处。如，受材料自身的硬度所限，其铝合金外层很容易受机械性外力的损伤；铝合金材料活泼的化学特性，使其在长期使用过程中很容易出现被逐渐腐蚀的现象，尤其在有腐蚀性气体存在的环境中，甚至在居家厨房环境中使用都很容易出现这种被腐蚀的现象。
鉴于此，本实用新型的目的是提供一种新结构形式的复合型管，以解决上述的问题。
本实用新型塑铝结构的复合型管，具有塑料内管层和铝合金外管层结构，其中在铝合金外管层外还被覆有耐腐蚀金属材料防护层。该耐腐蚀金属材料防护层除可以在现已有所使用的常用材料中选用外，尤以采用不锈钢材料层为佳，不仅能具有满意的耐腐蚀性能，而且重量轻、外表美观，其外观和使用性能均可具有仿不锈钢的效果。上述所说的铝合金外管层外被覆的耐腐蚀金属材料防护层，可以为套置、镀膜等适当的被覆结构形式，其中尤以采用后者镀膜形式的结构层为好，在保证使用效果的前提下不仅可大大减小其结构层的被覆厚度，而且其与铝合金层间的结合紧密牢固且均匀，既有利于保证使用的可靠性和延长使用寿命，试验中发现还有利于减小不同材料层间因热胀冷缩差异可能对正常使用所带来的不利影响。
以下用附图所示的实施例对本实用新型的上述内容作进一步的说明。但不应将此理解为本实用新型上述主题的范围仅限于下述的实例。
图1是本实用新型复合型管的一种结构示意图。
如图所示的塑铝结构复合型管，具有一由常用的食品卫生级PP/PE材料制成的塑料内管层1，其外周为铝合金外管层2。在铝合金外管层2外还被覆有一层以镀膜形式被覆的不锈钢耐腐蚀金属材料防护层3。

1．一种塑铝结构的复合型管，具有塑料内管层(1)和铝合金外管层(2)结构，其特征在于在铝合金外管层(2)外还被覆有耐腐蚀金属材料防护层(3)。
2．如权利要求1所述的塑铝结构的复合型管，其特征在于所说的铝合金外管层(2)外被覆的耐腐蚀金属材料防护层(3)为不锈钢材料层。
3．如权利要求1或2所述的塑铝结构的复合型管，其特征在于所说的铝合金外管层(2)外被覆的耐腐蚀金属材料防护层(3)为镀膜结构形式的被覆材料层。
