Description

一种超声白内障乳化手术刀
本实用新型涉及一种超声波医疗仪器，特别是一种作为超声白内障乳化手术装置中有手持式治疗头的超声手术刀。
超声手术刀利用超声振动辐射，使组织分离，达到切割的目的，具有不损坏周围组织、出血量小等特点。目前，有一种能同时提供冲洗／吸引功能的超声白内障乳化手术刀，其组成包括兼作手柄的外壳、变幅杆、刀头、超声波换能器、注水管、吸引管、注水管与蠕动泵连接，吸引管与负压装置连接。该刀最主要的特点是有完整的1／2波长，但其有效利用尺寸较小，材料利用率较低。
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种具有完整的1／2波长超声的超声白内障乳化手术刀，尤其是提供一种振子重量轻，有效利用尺寸较大，相对材料利用率较高的超声白内障乳化手术刀。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种超声白内障乳化手术刀：包括外壳、变幅杆、刀头、后盖板、装于外壳中的超声波换能器等组成，超声波换能器与变幅杆紧贴，刀头在变幅杆的前端，外壳内连通通向刀头的注水管和通向刀头的吸引管，其特征是变幅杆为具有变形的1／4波长长度阶梯型前盖板。
本实用新型的特点是：具有变形1／4波长阶梯形前盖板，为手柄前端减少尺寸，降低手柄重量提供了设计基础。其尺寸紧凑，传递超声能量大，有效利用尺寸较大，相对材料利用率较高。本实用新型同时还具有冲洗和吸引功能。
下面参照附图并结合实施例对本实用新型进行进一步描述：

包括外壳3、变幅杆4、变幅杆4为具有变形的1／4波长长度阶梯型前盖板、即为退拨形或者是如图所示的由粗到细的圆柱和圆台组合形，前盖板盖住超声波换能器。前盖板的前端部为乳化针头即刀头1、乳化针头1又是中空管，并且是尖楔形，中空管一直连通到手术刀的后端与负压装置连接并接出吸引管12。2是软护套包裹住乳化针头刀头。超声波换能器6即压电晶片，电极7在晶片的侧面，有导线连接电源。超声波换能器与变幅杆紧贴，用于传递超声能量。超声波换能器与变幅杆装于外壳中、外壳与变幅杆之间设有与蠕动泵连接且通向刀头的进水管9。防水圈5将超声波换能器密封，后盖板8位于变幅杆4后，后盖板8亦为中空的管，且中部设有一段软管10，以保证能量的传递。底板11为后端部的外壳(上连接吸引接头12)。

1．一种超声白内障乳化手术刀：包括外壳(3)、变幅杆(4)、刀头(1)、装于外壳中的超声波换能器(6)、注水管(9)、吸引管(12)、后盖板等组成，超声波换能器与变幅杆紧贴，刀头在变幅杆(4)的前端，外壳内连通通向刀头的注水管和通向刀头的吸引管，其特征是变幅杆(4)为具有变形的1／4波长长度阶梯型前盖板。
