交联聚乙烯复合保温管
本实用新型交联聚乙烯复合保温管涉及的是一种带有保温层复合保温管,适用于需保温的热水管、冷水管、太阳能热水器配管、空调循环冷热水输出管道配管等。
现有管道的保温技术一般采用现场加装保温套层,不仅外观不美观,浪费材料,劳动强度大,而且质量也不易控制,在使用过程中容易脱落。
本实用新型的目的是针对管道保温技术存在不足之处提供一种交联聚乙烯复合管,在交联聚乙烯复合管外部直接包复有保温层,保温性能好,不会脱落,还可防紫外线照射,施工安装方便,提高管道***可靠性,减轻劳动强度。
交联聚乙烯复合保温管采取以下方式实现的:交联聚乙烯复合保温管主要结构由交联聚乙烯管(PEX管)、保温层构成,在交联聚乙烯管外部包复有保温层,在交联聚乙烯管与保温层之间可设置金属箔层,用于吸收交联聚乙烯管反弹以及减小管道的热胀系数。
交联聚乙烯(PEX)即将聚乙烯(PE)线性分子结构,通过特殊的工艺将其改为网状分子结构,因此交联聚乙烯管应用到冷热输水管道中具有耐基化,耐压(4MPa以上)及在—70℃—110℃都具有良好的性能,因而能应用到冷热水输水管道上,但也有怕紫外线,热胀系数大,不易定型等特点,而一些太阳能热水器输送管、中央空调冷热循环水输送管都需要保温。交联聚乙烯复合保温管由于在交联聚乙烯管外直接包复有保温层,在安装施工中可以直接加以使用,可以免掉以往的保温施工,而且可抗紫外线照射,因此交联聚乙烯复合保温管保温性能好、防老化,使用寿命长,降低成本,提高管道***可靠性。为了减小交联聚乙烯管道的热胀系数可在交联聚乙烯管与保温层之间包复上一层金属箔片,并吸收交联聚乙烯管道冷热水输送过程中的反弹力。交联聚乙烯复合保温管广泛适用于冷水管、热水管、太阳能热水器、中央空调循环冷热水输送管道配管、环保设备、净化水设备等配管。

参照附图1、2交联聚乙烯复合保温管结构由交联聚乙烯(PEX)管1、保温层3构成,在交联聚乙烯管1外部包复有保温层3,在交联聚乙烯管与保温层之间可直接设置金属箔层2(见附图2),吸收交联聚乙烯管输送冷热水过程中出现反弹力,并可减小管道的热胀系数。保温层可采用发泡塑料层或发泡橡胶层等保温材料。

1.一种交联聚乙烯复合保温管,其特征是其结构由交联聚乙烯管、保温层构成,在交联聚乙烯管外部包复有保温层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯复合保温管,其特征是在交联聚乙烯管与保温层之间可设置金属箔层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯复合保温管,其特征是保温层可采用发泡塑料层或发泡橡胶层。
