铅布铅酸蓄电池,由电池壳体、极板、隔板、贫液式电解液等构成。极板为两端分别涂正、负铅膏的双极性网状复合铅丝布极板。双极性极板正、负极相互交错,中间放AGM隔板,水平叠加后卷绕成电池极群,6个电池极群放入电池壳体内组成12V电池。本实用新型成本低、不漏气,比能>50wh/kg,充放电循环次数>600次,高倍率放电>5倍,能快速充电。

铅布铅酸蓄电池
本实用新型涉及一种铅布铅酸蓄电池。
一般铅酸蓄电池是由正负极板、流动性电解液、隔板、电池壳体构成的。正、负极板是将正、负铅膏分别涂在重力浇铸的铅合金板栅上形成的。正、负极板、隔板竖直装配在盛有电解液的电池壳体内形成一单体电池,额定电压为2V,若需电压超过2V,需多个串联。
实用新型专利申请《铅布铅酸蓄电池》(申请号99245286.4),极板为两端分别涂正、负铅膏的双极性网状复合铅丝布极板,双极性极板相互交错,水平叠加装配在电池壳体内形成电池。
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种成本低、高比能量、大电流放电能力强、使用寿命长、内阻低、能快速充电的铅布铅酸电池。
在实用新型目的的实现方式为,铅布铅酸蓄电池,由电池壳体1、极板、隔板、贫液式电解液等构成。极板为两端分别涂正、负铅膏的双极性网状复合铅丝布极板。正膏、负膏之间是涂保护涂料的铅网3,双极性极板正、负极5、6相互交错,中间放AGM隔板7后,水平叠加卷绕成电池极群2,放入电池壳体1内,极群间有涂保护涂料的铅网3。

参照附图,本实用新型采用同轴挤压的铅丝绕成的铅网,或镀上纯铅或铅合金的高分子材料制成的铅网作电池的板栅。同一铅网上分别涂正膏、负膏,正膏和负膏之间是涂上保护涂料的铅网3。双极性极板的正极5、负极6与另一双极性极板的正极、负极相互交错,中间置AGM隔板,叠加成如图2所示方式,而后按图3所示方式卷绕成电池极群2,6个电池极群组成12V电池。
本实用新型具有以下特点和优点:

大电流放电能力强:高倍率放电>5倍
快速放电:50%   30min,90%以上 1小时充放电循环次数(使用寿命):>600次(80%D、O、D)成本低:批量生产时低于阀控密封铅酸蓄电池成本在正常操作使用时***漏气体在任何放电深度情况下内阻都很低。

1、铅布铅酸蓄电池,由电池壳体(1)、极板、隔板、贫液式电解液构成,极板为两端分别涂正、负铅膏的双极性网状复合铅丝布极板,正膏、负膏之间是涂保护涂料的铅网(3),其特征在于双极性极板正、负极(5)、(6)相互交错,中间放AGM隔板(7)后,水平叠加卷绕成电池极群(2),放入电池壳体(1)内,极群间有涂保护涂料的铅网(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池,6个电池极群(2)组成12V电池。
