本实用新型涉及一种农用大棚的改进,由塑料制成的两排后立柱的内侧放置有隔板,其中间设置有保温材料,棚骨架的下方设置有喷灌管及喷头,后立柱上方棚骨架上设置有卷帘电机,卷帘电机通过减速机及对轮与卷杠相连,卷杠由支架固定,具有结构原理简单,安装拆卸方便,自动卷帘,自动喷灌等特点。

本实用新型涉及一种农用大棚的改进。
目前农用大棚的棚骨架及支架大部分采用钢筋或竹子等材料制成,地基及保温墙采用水泥浇铸及土建工程完成,一旦建成则为永久性大棚,这样在夏季闲置不能使用,且大棚内土壤反复重茬耕种同种类蔬菜不利于土壤改良,易产生病虫害及其它植物疾病,由于大棚上的卷帘工作靠人工完成,劳动强度大,即便有的大棚使用自动卷帘机也因结构复杂,成本高,不易普遍推广使用,对蔬菜等植物浇灌也比较麻烦。
本实用新型目的是提供一种可根据农时季节任意安装拆卸且自动化程度高的全塑可移动自动农用大棚。
本实用新型是由立柱,棚骨架,横梁,棚布组成,由塑料制成的两排后立柱的内侧放置有隔板,其中间设置有保温材料,棚骨架的下方设置有喷灌管及喷头,后立柱上方棚骨架上设置有卷帘电机,卷帘电机通过减速机及对轮与卷杠相连,卷杠由支架固定。立柱与横梁及棚骨架通过尼龙螺栓连接。
本实用新型具有结构原理简单,可根据需要移动或拆卸,具有自动卷帘,自动喷灌,成本低等特点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述,本实用新型的结构及原理是这样实现的,它是由塑料制成的,用户在使用时可将大棚立柱直接埋在地下,由于立柱是在接近700平方米的地上排列近200根,顶部与棚骨架通过尼龙6螺栓固定,形成一个完整的结构框架,且大棚是在冬天使用,立柱在土层中冻实与土壤接触牢固,稳定性好,两排后立柱1的内侧放置有塑料融板,其中间设置有保温材料,形成后保温墙,省掉了原土建保温墙结构,本实用新型在夏季不使用时可拆除,土地可种植其它农作物,提高了土地的利用率,改善了土壤结构,立柱上方的棚骨架下方设置有喷灌管2及喷头3,可根据需要随时对蔬菜进行浇灌,后立柱上方棚骨架上设置有卷帘电机4,卷帘电机通过减速机及对轮与卷框5相连,卷杠由支架6固定,可根据需要打开电机卷帘或放帘,减轻了劳动强度,为了增加强度,立柱与横梁及棚骨架通过尼龙螺栓连接,本实用新型拆后可折叠放置,占用空间小。本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案及技术措施,实用性强,自动化程度高,适合农村种植户的需要。

1、全塑可移动自动农用大棚,是由立柱,棚骨架,横梁,棚布组成,其特征在于由塑料制成的两排后立柱(1)的内侧放置有隔板,其中间设置有保温材料,棚骨架的下方设置有喷灌管(2)及喷头(3),后立柱上方棚骨架上设置有卷帘电机(4),卷帘电机通过减速机及对轮与卷杠(5)相连,卷杠由支架(6)固定。
2、按照权利要求1所述的全塑可移动自动农用大棚,其特征在于立柱与横梁及棚骨架通过尼龙螺栓连接。
