复合底不锈铁锅
本实用新型涉及锅，特别是一种复合底不锈铁锅。
目前市面上所出售的锅种类繁多，主要是采用铝质材料或不锈钢制成，底部采用复合底或加工成夹层。如中国专利96230065.9不粘复合底铝锅，因采用铝法材料制成的锅容易变形，易磨损不够美观，而采用不锈钢材料制成的锅，虽然克服了铝锅的不足，又因不锈钢导热虽快，可自身向外缘传热慢，火力集中的位置温度高，边缘位置温度相对低，因此极易使食物烧焦、粘底，锅底变黑，直接影响了食物的卫生及锅体的寿命。
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足之处，提供一种在锅体底部增设复合层，使其受热均匀，避免食物烧焦、粘底和锅底发黑的现象产生的复合底不锈铁锅。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种复合底不锈铁锅，它包括锅体，锅底，其特征在于锅底处设有复合层；复合层由内层和外层组成；复合层的内层为铝材；复合层的外层为不锈铁。

下面将结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详述：锅体1，锅底2，复合层3，锅底2处设有复合层3；复合层3由内层4和外层5组成；复合层3的内层4为铝材；复合层3的外层5为不锈铁。
使用时，采用不锈铁制成锅，锅底焊压复合层，复合层的外层为不锈铁底片，不锈铁取代不锈钢片焊复合而成的不锈钢锅。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点：受热均匀避免食物烧焦、粘底和锅底发黑的现象产生，不仅可以用明火加热，而且还可以在电磁炉上依靠磁涡流的运动获得热能等等。

1、一种复合底不锈铁锅，它包括锅体(1)，锅底(2)，其特征在于锅底(2)处设有复合层(3)。
2、如权利要求1所述的复合底不锈铁锅，其特征在于复合层(3)由内层(4)和外层(5)组成。
3、如权利要求1所述的复合底不锈铁锅，其特征在于复合层(3)的内层(4)为铝材。
4、如权利要求1所述的复合底不锈铁锅，其特征在于复合层(3)的外层(5)为不锈铁。
