本实用新型涉及医疗行业中的一种医用系列成角度聚声探头帽装置。
目前,随着科学技术的不断飞速发展,多普勒超声技术作为一种无创伤性检查方法,在现代医学中有着重要地位。多普勒超声技术现在已广泛应用于脑底动脉血流速正常值的测定,脑血管病和有关疾病的诊断与血流动力学监测,以及脑循环的基础研究等方面,近年来,多普勒超声技术还可以应用于异常侧支血流的检测、颅内动脉狭窄的检测、血管痉挛的诊断、动静脉畸形的诊断、脑死亡临床诊断等,对其确定病因及治疗方法的选择可以提供极其有价值的信息。因此多普勒超声技术及仪器已经成为医疗行业中不可缺少的必备设备。但是由于多普勒超声技术设备的设计师必竟不能长期地参加该设备实际使用及操作,所以,在实际应用中还存在一些问题,如颅超声多普勒仪在检查颈部及周围血管疾病时,经常用到2MHZ的脉冲探头(PW)及4MHZ的连续波探头(CW),由于频繁使用,表面磨损破裂是探头损坏的直接原因,探头的成本较高,保护探头延长其使用寿命无疑会带来较大的经济效益。由于探头直径较粗,检查中探头与皮肤之间常出现较大的空隙,尽管有藕合剂充填,但由于藕合剂本身的液性易流动的原因,使得空隙仍较大,这样就造成临床检查效果不佳的结果。而且,在检查中由于手法等因素,在调整探头时常造成被检查血管的管腔狭窄。因此,研制一种医用系列成角度聚声探头帽一直国内外医疗行业中急待解决的科研课题。
本实用新型的目的就是为了提供一种构思科学新颖、设计结构简单、工艺制造容易、***格低廉、产品性能可靠、使用操作方便、耐磨损、抗腐蚀、延长使用寿命、增强灵敏度的医用系列成角度聚声探头帽。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:整个装置由头帽和探头组成,头帽是一个筒体,其前部有一适与人体接触的角度,后部在使用时安装在超声多普勒仪的探头上。本实用新型的要点在于它的结构形式及工作原理。其工作原理及操作方法是:多普勒超声技术已广泛用于脑底动脉血流速正常值的测定,脑血管病和有关疾病的诊断与血流动力学监测,以及脑循环的基础研究等方面,近年来,多普勒超声技术还可以应用于异常侧支血流的检测、颅内动脉狭窄的检测、血管痉挛的诊断、动静脉畸形的诊断、脑死亡临床诊断等,对其确定病因及治疗方法的选择可以提供极其有价值的信息。因此多普勒超声技术及仪器已经成为医疗行业中不可缺少的必备设备。该装置在使用时套装在超声多普勒仪的探头上,由于其装置与人体皮肤接触时有一角度,则使用能很容易地进行操作。
