本实用新型涉及一种紧固件,尤指螺钉。
目前,公知的螺钉在装配过程中,由于不能自如地、准确地定位,在狭小空间,无法直接用手指对齐螺孔的场所,要对准螺孔很困难,在相距较远的深长孔中,或在非水平面上对孔时,其难度更大。这样,极大地限制了装配工作的效率。
本实用新型的目的,是设计一种可以在任何空间角度都能准确地、自如地对上螺孔的螺钉。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的:在螺钉的螺帽中心,沿轴心有一个有一定深度和一定直径的小孔,其尺寸可以约定或标准化。而螺丝锥的轴心上,有自如伸缩的一根小针,针的直径与伸出长度,与螺钉上小孔的直径与深度匹配,这种螺丝锥被磁化后,对螺钉产生一定的吸力。这样螺钉与螺丝锥形成一个同轴体,可以在任何作业面的狭小空间内准确地、自如地对准螺纹孔。
本实用新型实施起来是方便而可靠的,其最大优点是与对应的螺丝锥匹配使用后,可以成倍地提高一些装配作业的工作效率。这在一些电器或机械装配中效果是非常明显的。

典型实施例以螺帽上刻槽为“一”字型为例,定位孔在实际应用中同时具有轴向定位和径向定位作用,并且,“一”字槽的加工要简单得多,其经济性、实用性是显然的。其他型螺帽的定位孔加工也是一样的,在此不再列举。
