Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于记忆合金管套的加热装置。弹簧夹式管子加热器是由加热器和弹簧夹子两部分组成。加热器是由加热体及导热瓦构成。导热瓦(3)的内腔曲线与被加热管子的外形相吻合,以保证良好的加热效果,导热瓦的外面为由电热体(2)、保护外壳(1)以及在其内的绝缘层组成的加热体在加热体上装有一对接线端子,并装有一弹簧夹子,当打开加热器置于管子一定部位后,导热瓦在弹簧的作用下定位夹紧。该加热器结构简单,操作方便,造价低廉,对铁基记忆合金管接头连接管道加热特别适用。

弹簧夹式管子加热器
本实用新型涉及一种用于记忆合金管套的加热装置。
目前采用形状记忆合金管套连接管道是将被连接管装入管套后,加热至一定温度,管套收缩抱紧管子,达到稳固连接的目的。以往采用感应加热,装置造价昂贵;采用气体燃料加热辅助设备复杂;一般电热器需采用特殊机构定位固定,使用麻烦。
本实用新型的弹簧夹式管子加热器,其热效率高,节约能源并能方便开启以利操作。
本实用新型是以如下方式实现的,如附图所示:弹簧夹式管子加热器是由加热器和弹簧夹子两部分组成。加热器是由加热体和导热瓦构成。导热瓦[3]的内腔形状与被加热管子的外形轮廓相吻合,以保证良好的加热效果,附图提供的实施例为一对半圆弧形导热瓦外面为加热体,加热体由粒状或丝状电热体[2]和保护外壳[1]以及在其内的绝缘层组成,在加热体上装有一对接线端子[4],并装有一弹簧夹子[5],借助弹簧夹子的作用,加热器平时处于固定封闭的状态,当按紧夹子时,打开加热器置于管子一定的部位后,导热瓦在弹簧的作用下定位夹紧。
本实用新型所提供的弹簧夹式管子加热器可广泛用于各类形状管子的快速加热,采用大梯度非平衡传热,以形成管内外壁大温度差。外壁高温促进记忆回复,内壁低温以避免管子树脂内衬或塑料内管过热。该加热器结构简单,操作方便,造价低廉,对铁基形状记忆合金管接头连接管道加热特别适用。

  1. 一种由电热体等构成的弹簧夹式管子加热器,其特征是具有与被加热管子的外形轮廓相吻合的内腔形状的导热瓦[3],导热瓦的外面为由电热体[2]、保护外壳[1]以及在其内的绝缘层组成的加热体,在加热体上装有一对接线端子[4],并装有一弹簧夹子[5]。
