Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种热水器内胆,胆体上设有进水管和出水管,胆体内固定加热器,胆体的内壁上烧结有氟聚合物树脂膜。本实用新型克服了普通热水器内胆易腐蚀、使用寿命短的缺陷,可防止水中氯离子的侵蚀及电解现象的产生,同时可防止凝结水垢,极大限度地延长了热水器内胆的使用寿命。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种热水器内胆。
热水器内胆是热水器的最主要部件，它一般由金属材料制成，在长期浸水且加热的状态下工作，不久便会锈蚀。因此，人们长期以来一直在寻求一种热水器金属内胆防腐蚀的有效方法，目前，人们通常用不锈钢材料来代替一般的金属材料来克服腐蚀问题，但不锈钢内胆也因压制、焊接的工艺原因及在使用状态下的电解作用，其使用寿命也仅一至三年。
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的上述缺陷，从而提供一种结构简单、使用寿命长的热水器内胆。
本实用新型的胆体上设有进水管和出水管，胆体内固定加热器，胆体的内壁上烧结有氟聚合物树脂膜。
以下结合附图及实施例进一步阐明本实用新型的具体内容。
附图是本实用新型的结构示意图。
如图所示，本实用新型的胆体1由金属材料制成，胆体1上设有进水管3和出水管4，胆体1内固定加热器5，胆体1、进水管3、出水管4的内壁及加热器5的外表面上烧结有氟聚合物树脂膜2，所述的氟聚合物树脂包括聚四氟乙烯、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物、过氟烷基化物、乙烯聚四氟乙烯共聚物、氟聚合多体聚合物、氟聚合多体聚合干润滑等。在烧结前，应先将金属内胆1和加热器5进行清洗，清洗可采用酸洗及喷砂方法，之后，在金属内胆1内壁及加热器5的外表面上喷涂氟聚合物树脂涂料，在200℃-400℃的温度下烧结，上述的喷涂及烧结过程可重复2-3次。
本实用新型由于在热水器胆体内壁及加热器的外表面上烧结有氟聚合物树脂膜，可以防止水中氯离子的侵蚀和电解现象的产生，因此极大限度地延长了热水器内胆的使用寿命。
Claims (2)
1、一种热水器内胆，胆体上设有进水管和出水管，胆体内固定加热器，其特征是：胆体(1)的内壁上烧结有氟聚合物树脂膜(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的热水器内胆，其特征是：加热器(5)的外表面及进水管(3)、出水管(4)的内壁也烧结氟聚合物树脂膜(2)。
