Abstract
瀑布水流均匀洗涤的双桶洗衣机,它由洗涤桶和波轮、皮带轮及波轮轴构成的动力转动装置与相关部件组成,其特征是至少在洗涤桶的周边一角上设置一个上部有喷流口的水道,组成喷水机构,凭借波轮下底面上的筋叶将洗涤桶底的水甩在水道中并从喷流口喷射出,形成瀑布状水流从上而下冲击衣物,达到防止局部磨损,提高洗净比和洗涤均匀性。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种瀑布水流均匀洗涤的双桶洗衣机。
已有的洗衣机凭借波轮不断进行正转、反转，搅动洗涤桶内的水冲击衣物，从而达到洗涤衣物的目的。尽管可以设计合理的波轮筋叶和调整波轮的转停比来形成较好的水流，但不可避免的缺点在于对衣物的磨损率较高，尤其是当洗涤桶中的衣物较多时更甚，因为只有位于洗涤桶底部的波轮转动作用，而传递给上部衣物的动力很小，翻转衣物困难，洗涤桶上部的衣物难以洗净而下部的衣服却因不断与波轮摩擦，洗得很干净，但磨损更高，洗涤不均匀。
本发明的目的在于克服以上缺点，提供一种可以形成瀑布水流的双桶洗衣机，从上而下冲击衣物并使其在桶中容易上下翻转，以防止局部磨损，提高洗净比和洗涤均匀性。
本实用新型是在已有双桶洗衣机的基础上，在洗涤桶周边一至四个角上专门设计了上端有喷流口的水道组成的喷水机构，水道下端口靠近波轮筋叶的外缘，洗涤中波轮转动，依靠波轮底面上的筋叶将洗涤桶底的水甩到该水道中并从喷流口喷射至衣服上，形成瀑布水流，均匀冲洗衣物。
下面结合附图详细给出本实用新型的具体实施例。

如图1、图2，本实用新型由洗涤桶1和波轮2、皮带轮3及波轮轴4构成的动力转动装置与相关部件组成。其特征是至少在洗涤桶1周边的一角上设置一个上部有喷流口7的水道6，水道6的下端口靠近波轮筋叶5的外缘，依靠波轮2下底面上的筋叶5将洗涤桶底的水甩到该水道6中，从喷流口7向下喷射，形成瀑布状从上而下冲击衣物。
为了保证其喷射效果，上述在洗涤桶1内由水道6组成的喷水机构可以有1-4个，也可以考虑将波轮底面上的筋叶5作适当加高，甩动足够的水量，提高喷射力度。
很显然，波轮不仅仅是搅动洗涤桶中的水冲击衣物，而且波轮下面的筋叶还搅动桶底的水产生较强水流，强劲的水流沿波轮筋叶外缘甩到洗涤桶周边的水道中，水沿水道上升从喷流口喷出，形成瀑布状水流从上而下冲击衣物。因为衣物上下均受力，所以衣物在洗涤桶中上下翻转，提高了洗净比。上部与下部的衣物交换位置，有利于提高洗涤均匀性，防止局部磨损过高。

1.瀑布水流均匀洗涤的双桶洗衣机，它由洗涤桶[1]和波轮[2]、皮带轮[3]及波轮轴[4]构成的动力转动装置与相关部件组成，其特征是至少在洗涤桶[1]周边的一角上设置一个上部有喷流口[7]的水道[6]，水道[6]的下端口靠近波轮筋叶[5]的外缘。
