振动轮或冲击轮的减振装置
本实用新型涉及工程机械振动轮或冲击轮的减振技术。
现有的工程机械中如振动式压路机或冲击式压路机,其振动轮或冲击轮与车架之间有减振器,但自身轮毂与轮内壁之间为刚性幅板连接,轮子自身振动仍然无法避免。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能使振动轮或冲击轮自身振动降低的减振装置。
其技术方案如下:它是在振动轮或冲击轮的轮毂与轮内圈壁之间垂直于轮轴方向设立幅板,通过连接螺栓将橡胶减振器与幅板及轮毂沿轮轴方向穿连。
由于采用上述结构,使得振动轮或冲击轮与轮轴的连接为弹性减振连接。可有效地降低轮子的自身振动。

图1为本实用新型结构示意图。
如图1所示,1为轮轴,2为轮毂,3为轮子,4为轮子内圈壁,橡胶减振器5通过连接螺栓6沿轴向穿连轮毂2与幅板7,“I”字型减振器可降低轮子自身水平及垂直方向的振动。
本装置可应用于工程机械中需减振的轮子,效果佳。

1、一种振动轮或冲击轮的减振装置,其特征在于:它是在振动轮或冲击轮的轮毂与轮内圈壁之间垂直于轮轴方向设立幅板,通过连接螺栓将橡胶减振器与幅板及轮毂沿轮轴方向穿连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的振动轮或冲击轮的减振装置,其特征是:橡胶减振器为“I”字型,有中心通孔供螺栓穿连。
