本实用新型涉及一种空心隔墙板,由板体1、通孔2、短切纤维3、加强筋4构成,其中通孔2有若干个,短切纤维3在板体1内随机离散分布,加强筋4有上下两排,且位于板体1内两通孔间靠近板的上下外表面的内侧,加强筋4按板的长度方向纵向排布,板体1的两侧有可对接的凹槽及凸榫。本实用新型可用机械化连续生产,力学性能好。

一种加筋增强空心隔墙板
本实用新型涉及一种空心隔墙板。
目前，空心隔墙板通常采用成型时加短切纤维或铺置网格布来使其增强的，而单加短切纤维的板强度较差，铺置网格布的板不能机械化连续生产。
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种增强空心隔墙板，使其内部加有纵向纤维状加强筋，提高板的强度。
本实用新型的原理是在空心隔墙板上下面层的受拉区内，在纵向自动加入了连续张紧的加强筋，使筋材的有效增强率达100％，从而大幅度提高了板材的抗弯及抗冲击强度。
附图为本实用新型的结构示意图。
如附图所示，本实用新型由板体1、通孔2，短切纤维3、加强筋4构成，其中通孔2有若干个，短切纤维3在板体1内随机离散分布，加强筋4有上下两排，且位于板体1内两通孔间靠近板的上下外表面的内侧，加强筋4按板的长度方向纵向排布，板体1的两侧有可对接的凹槽及凸榫。
本实用新型由于短切纤维3及加强筋4的作用，使该板的力学性能较好。本实用新型为利用挤出法自动加筋生产空心隔墙板的产品，可机械化生产。

1.一种加筋增强空心隔墙板，其特征在于：所述隔墙板由板体1、通孔2、短切纤维3、加强筋4构成，其中通孔2有若干个，短切纤维3在板体1内随机离散分布，加强筋4有上下两排，且位于板体1内两通孔间靠近板的上下外表面的内侧，加强筋4按板的长度方向纵向排布，板体1的两侧有可对接的凹槽及凸榫。
