Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种多头式印字机的温控装置。多头式印字机的每一个印字装置上均设置有加热管、温度感测器、温度控制器,可以为各印字装置分别设定温度,使各印字装置在温度都达到设定温度时才进行工作,从而有效控制印字品质,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

Description

多头式印字机的温控装置
本实用新型涉及一种多头式印字机的温控装置。
多头式印字机是一种通过色带以各印字装置上的印字头在包装袋上印字的机械，由于印字时印字头需要加温至某一适当温度，所以在各印字装置的加温座内均设置有加热管，但是只有一个印字装置内设有温度感测器，当温度感测器测得该印字装置的温度达到设定温度时，就会即时停止所有加热管的工作，而不管其他不具有温度感测器的印字装置的温度是否达到所需的理想印字温度。这样温度不符合所需的标准温度的印字装置无法有效印字，从而产生不良品，不仅影响生产效率，也大幅增加了生产成本。此外，当没有安装温度感测器的印字装置中的加热管坏掉时，温度感测器也无法查到是哪一个加热管损坏，在印字时同样也会产生不良产品。
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种多头式印字机的温控装置，它可以对每一个印字装置个别设定温度，个别监测温度、当各印字装置均达到设定温度时再工作，从而有效控制印字品质，提高生产效率，降低生产成本。
本实用新型的主要技术方案是：在多头印字机的每一个印字装置上的加温座内设置有加热管、温度感测器，加热管、温度感测器均与安装在各印字装置上的一个温度控制器电连接，温度控制器上可以设定所需控制的温度值。
印字机工作时，先通过温度控制器分别设定各印字装置所需的最佳温度，温度感测器监测各印字装置温度，如果比设定的温度低，则温度控制器启动加热管加热；当印字装置温度达到设定温度时，加热管停止加热。当所有印字装置的温度均达到设定温度，印字机的印字装置同时开始印字工作，这样就能有效保证每一个印字装置均有好的印字效果，从而提高产品合格率及生产效率，降低生产成本。
图1是本实用新型的一个实施例安装在多头式印字机上的结构示意图；

如图1、2、3所示，在多头式印字机的每一个印字装置10上的加温座11内设置有加热管20、温度感测器21，各加热管20、温度感测器21均与安装在各印字装置10上的一个温度控制器22电连接，温度控制器22上可以设定所需控制的温度值，在本实施例中，温度设定是通过温度控制器上的转盘221、指针222进行的。每一个温度控制器22上还电连接一个显示器23，以显示各印字装置10的温度状态。该显示器可以是指示灯，比如当印字装置温度达到设定温度时，指示灯点亮。该显示器也可以是LED或LCD数字显示装置，将印字装置的即时温度显示出来。显示器的另一个作用是指示是否有加热管损坏，是哪一支加热管损坏，从而避免生产出不良产品。

Claims (4)

1、一种多头式印字机的温控装置，包括加热管(20)、温度感测器(21)，加热管(20)设置在多头式印字机的每一个印字装置(10)上的加温座(11)内，其特征在于：每一个加温座(11)内还设有温度感测器(21)，各加热管(20)、温度感测器(21)均与安装在各印字装置(10)上的一个温度控制器(22)电连接，温度控制器(22)上可以设定所需控制的温度值。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多头式印字机的温控装置，其特征在于：每一个温度控制器(22)上电连接一个显示器(23)，以显示各印字装置(10)的温度状态。
3、根据权利要求1所述的多头式印字机的温控装置，其特征在于：显示器(23)是指示灯。
4、根据权利要求2所述的多头式印字机的温控装置，其特征在于：显示器(23)是LED或LCD数字显示装置。
