Abstract

一种医用棱形网格状网管支架,用于治疗各种腔道狭窄疾病的医疗器械,其形状是棱形网格状网管,网的交叉点是活点,网管端部折角的特点为:相邻折角高低错落,平视视察端部折角形成高低不同的两个界面,当经向收缩支架装入推送器后,相邻折角不会相互套叠或结绊,确保释放时支架充分弹开,恢复其原有形状。实验及临床证明用本实用新型治疗腔道狭窄更安全、可靠。

Description

一种医用棱形网格状网管支架
本实用新型属于医疗器械，适用于人体管腔狭窄的内支撑治疗。
医疗上，用金属网状支架开通人体各部管腔狭窄的方法，早在50-60年代就已经开始。各种结构、形状的支架各有优劣，其中以瑞士，SCHNEIDER公司生产的Wallstent棱形网管支架较著名。目前国内与之结构相仿的支架有专利ZL94218587.0和ZL95240960.7。但无论是国外或国内支架，其支架端头都是平齐的，顶端折角等高(如附图1)。这种结构的支架在径向收缩装入推送器后，相邻折角有可能互相套叠或结绊，在管腔内释入时存在弹张状况不良的情况(实践中已证明)。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种径向收缩后，确保在管腔内完全弹开的棱形网格状网管支架。
本实用新型是这样实现的。将棱形网状支架两顶端的折角设计成：相邻折角高低错落，平视观察端部折角形成高低不同的两个界面。这样在径同收缩支架(用于装在推送器中)时，可避免相邻折角互相套叠或结绊，确保支架释放时完全弹开。
附图1为已有的棱形网状支架的示意图。
附图2为本实用新型的示意图。
图中D1,D2为支架两端直径，D为支架中间直径，D1,D2可以相同，也可以不同，D1,D2均大于D，支架的D、D1、D2及长度L依据不同的应用部位而确定。附图1的端部折角等高，附图2中本实用新型实施例显示网状支架两端部相邻两折角高低错落。
本实用新型实施例如附图2所示，网状支架两端相邻折角高低错落，优点在于相邻折角不在同一高度上，避免径向收缩支架时相邻折角相互套叠或结绊，确保支架从约束状态到释放时完全弹开。
支架的材料可选用弹性金属丝，如不锈钢丝、钛镍合金丝等，还可以在金属上复膜，成为带膜支架。
实验和临床均证明本实用新型效果良好。
