Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种贴面层压地板,由多层木片粘合压制而成的正方形层压地板,其侧边有凹槽和凸棱,面层上覆盖粘贴木纹、石纹、花纹、几何图案的装饰纸或薄木片,纸层或薄木片上涂覆耐磨涂料层,与面层对应的底面上覆盖粘贴簇绒地毯。本实用新型的贴面层压地板用于室内地面铺设,具有地面拼接缝少、尺寸统一稳定、不易变形、铺设容易、变换地毯地面方便、装饰效果不受木材本色限制的优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种层压地板，特别是一种多层木片层压成形、具有装饰贴面的贴面层压地板。
市售的木质层压地板，一般都制作成较窄的长条形，长条形层压地板在装修室内地面时，拼接缝很多，由于层压地板加工精度和拼装技术的限制，往往在安装好的地板面层上产生缝隙，影响室内地面平整、整体效果。同时这种长条形层压地板在生产过程中，贴面材取自不同的木料，木料间存在较大的木纹色差，使取自不同贴面材的长条地板之间也存在较大色差。为使同一室内地面的地板色差尽量小，往往用以多选少办法解决，造成不必要的浪费。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种装修成室内地板地面时，拼接缝少、安装技术简单、又具有图案色彩风格一致的贴面层压地板，同时这种贴面层压地板还能方便地变换贴面层，一物两用。
为达上述目的，本实用新型的贴面层压地板，由多层木片粘合压制而成，地板的平面形状为边长40-80cm的正方形，正方形地板的两个相邻侧面有凹槽，另两个相邻侧面有与之可吻合的凸棱，地板的面层上复盖粘贴木纹、石纹、花纹、几何图案的装饰纸或薄木片，纸层或薄木片上涂复耐磨涂料层；与面层相对应的底面上复盖粘贴簇绒地毯。
采用这样结构的贴面层压地板，(1)长宽一致的正方形贴面层压地板，与长条层压地板相比，宽度成倍提高，铺设成地面地板后，可以明显减少地板地面上的拼接缝，贴面层压地板的四个侧边，有可与相邻地板榫接在一起的凹凸槽棱，在拼接地板时，拼接安装十分方便。(2)贴面层压地板面层粘贴装饰纸和复盖耐磨涂料层，可使铺设的地面地板一步到位，省略修整、上色、油漆工序，简化地板施工程序，节省施工成本，而且地面装饰效果可以突破木材花纹的限制，起到既有木地板质感，又能获得风格色调一致的豪华石纹、木纹、花纹或具有美感几何图案的视觉效果。(3)底面粘贴簇绒地毯后，在季节变换需要铺设簇绒地毯的地面时，只要将该地板逐块翻转，就能方便地实现变换。(4)采用贴面层后，在制作地板时，可以充分利用小料、次料、小径木和胶合板企业生产剩余不能利用的胶合板碎单板片，既可降低成本，又达到综合利用木材资源的目的。(5)贴面层压地板复盖涂刷耐磨涂料层后，形成与空气的隔离层，使木质地板不受空气湿度的变化而挠曲变形。

下面参照附图结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1所示，贴面层压地板由多层木片(1)粘结层压而成，木片的厚度在1mm-2.5mm之间，层数视地板的厚度而定，层与层之间的木片木纹纵横布置，以提高地板纵横向抗折强度，地板的形状压制成60cm×60cm的正方形，层压地板的两个相邻侧面具有凹槽(2)，另二个侧面，具有可与凹槽吻合的凸棱(3)，在层压地板的一个平面上，粘贴复盖平整的木纹装饰纸(4)，装饰纸上涂刷高耐磨地板漆，使装饰纸上复盖一层透明的耐磨涂料层。图2所示，在层压地板的另一平面上，复盖粘贴相同正方形的簇绒地毯(5)。
Claims (2)
1、一种贴面层压地板，由多层木片粘合压制而成，其特征在于：地板的平面形状为边长40-80cm的正方形，正方形地板的两相邻侧面有凹槽，另二个侧面有可以吻合的凸棱，地板的面层上复盖粘贴木纹、石纹、花纹、几何图案的装饰纸或薄木片，纸层或薄木片上涂复耐磨涂料层。
2、如权利要求1所述的贴面层压地板，其特征在于：与面层相对应的底面复盖粘贴簇绒地毯。
