本实用新型涉及一种支撑塑料薄膜大棚的骨架,特别是一种塑料薄膜大棚用的骨架型材
现在塑料薄膜大棚已在全国大面积推广,其内可以种植蔬菜,还可进行水果栽培、养殖等作业,使得大棚的作用越来越大,已成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的一部分。但现在所使用的塑料薄膜大棚一般都使用竹子作骨架,将塑料薄膜扣在竹子上,外面再用绳子压紧,但这样薄膜压的不紧,容易造成损伤,且建造、使用费力费时。虽然现在也出现了其它材质的大棚,但结构基本相同,也存在同样缺点。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可使塑料薄膜与骨架牢固结合在一起的塑料薄膜大棚的骨架型材。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种塑料薄膜大棚的骨架型材,主要由支撑大棚的骨架组成,特征是在骨架与塑料薄膜的接触面上沿该骨架纵向设有凹槽,该凹槽内可卡入压条。
本实用新型采用以上结构后,由于在骨架上设有可卡入压条的凹槽,可将塑料薄膜紧紧压在凹槽内,使得薄膜平整、抗风压,又增加了透光度,不易损伤薄膜,具有结构简单、建造、使用方便,成本低的效果,可建造百亩一棚或千亩一棚的大型中空双层保温塑料薄膜棚。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作详细说明。
附图中1为骨架,2为塑料薄膜,3为凹槽,4为胶条。
如附图所示,本实用新型可选用金属或工程塑料、玻璃钢等材质,经加工制作而成。主要结构是沿骨架1纵向设有凹槽3,凹槽3内卡入与之相适应的压条。为增加实用性,压条采用具有弹性的胶条4,该胶条4的横截面为圆形。凹槽3为二条,分别设在骨架1与塑料薄膜2相接触的骨架1的上下二面。
该骨架1的横截面可设计成″工″字型,也可以为″T″型等其它形状。
使用时,将骨架1安装好,其上盖塑料薄膜2,展平,再压入胶条4即可。骨架1之间可设计连接条,以增加大棚的牢固性。

1、一种塑料薄膜大棚的骨架型材,主要由支撑大棚的骨架(1)组成,其特征在于:在骨架(1)与塑料薄膜(2)的接触面上,沿该骨架(1)纵向设有凹槽(3),该凹槽(3)内可卡入压条。
2、根据权利要求1所述的骨架型材,其特征在于:在该骨架(1)的上下二面各设有一条凹槽(3),述压条为横截面为圆形的胶条(4)。
