Abstract

一种大电流自锁式无功耗负荷控制器,是由大电流电磁继电器1和锁定控制器2组成,并在大电流电磁继电器的衔铁板平行面及锁定控制器衔铁板端面安装锁定块。经大电流电磁继电器和锁定控制器吸合、释放动作,使大电流电磁继电器产生两种稳定的工作状态。

大电流自锁式无功耗负荷控制器
本实用新型涉及一种电子电路控制用的大电流负荷控制器,尤其是能自锁,无功耗保持两种稳定工作状态的负荷控制器。
目前,电子电路控制的电器、仪器、设备,如果输出选用电磁结构的负荷控制器,基本以继电器为主选器件。但继电器在吸持状态,必定消耗电能。长时间工作的设备,就存在稳定、可靠、热量和节能问题。例如,继电器用于预收费IC卡电能表的负荷控制,必定有一个状态,继电器将吸持。20A的大电流继电器吸持电流约200mA,这不仅耗电、发热,同时增加了电源工作变压器,输出驱动器的负荷量。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种大电流负荷控制器,它不仅具有继电器体积小,结构简单的优点,还具有吸、放两种工作状态锁定机构,使工作稳定、可靠,并节省电能。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:大电流自锁式无功耗负荷控制器,由大电流继电器和锁定控制器组成。两组电磁线圈放置成90°,在大电流继电器衔铁板或动触头连结片或绝缘固定片及锁定控制器衔铁板端分别安装锁定块。利用大电流继电器和锁定控制器的吸合、释放动作,控制两锁定块的相对位置,使大电流继电器产生两种稳定的工作状态。
由于采用上述方案,大电流电磁继电器在通电吸合以后,即可切断吸持电流,处于稳定可靠的保持状态,同样,锁定控制器在配合锁定动作完成以后,即撤除所加电流。使大电流自锁式负荷控制器进入无功保持状态。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。

图1中,构成大电流继电器的动合触头1,动断触头2,动触头3,绝缘块4,线框5,线圈6,拉簧7,静铁芯8,衔铁9,锁定块A10。构成锁定控制器的锁定块B11,静铁芯12,衔铁13,拉簧14,线框15,线圈16。以及外壳或支架17。
图1中当大电流电磁继电器线圈6通电,衔铁9吸合,动合触头1和动触头3闭合,锁定块A10,随动触头位移,锁定控制器的锁定块B11,因拉簧14的作用力弹出,进入图中锁定状态。线圈6断电后,触头位置已被锁定,进入稳定工作状态。
当锁定控制器线圈16通电,衔铁13吸合,锁定块B11随衔铁移位,锁定块A10失去锁定块B11的支撑,因拉簧7的作用力弹出,呈图2释放状态。动触头3与动断触头2闭合,线圈16断电后,触头位置被固定,进入稳定工作状态。
大电流继电器和锁定控制器两组电磁线圈放置成90°,有利于减少相互磁场的干扰及增强锁定块B11的支撑力。

1、一种大电流自锁式无功耗负荷控制器,其特征是:结构由大电流继电器和锁定控制器组成,两电磁线圈互成90°放置,并以两锁定块的相对位置,锁定大电流继电器的吸、放两种工作状态。
2、根据权力要求1所述的大电流自锁式无功耗负荷控制器,其特征是:锁定块分别安装于大电流继电器衔铁板或动触头连结片或绝缘固定片,及锁定控制器衔铁板端。
