本实用新型为摩托车驾驶员护身甲,由内、中、外三层构成,内层用软质布料,中层用特制高密度抗高压弹性泡沫材料制成,厚度为2cm－5cm不等的合成条块(1),外层用特种布料,横向每隔3个高密度抗高压合成条块(1),有一通风孔(2),纵向每隔20cm有一个通风孔(2),内、中、外三层经热压胶粘成为一体。驾驶员穿上可以防寒、防暑,以柔克钢,弹性强,不破碎,保证生命安全。

本实用新型属于一种摩托车驾驶员全身防护服装。
目前国内市场上有的摩托车驾驶员防护服装只有在各关节部位有保护块，还有的摩托车驾驶员防护服装只有在上身局部有保护措施，经检索全身有保护措施的摩托车驾驶员防护服装未见报道。
本实用新型针对上述情况设计了一种摩托车驾驶员护身甲，这种护身甲驾驶员穿着后可防护全身，在骑行时如遇突然撞击，能使驾驶员迅速弹出险境，软着地面，保证生命安全。

本实用新型是这样实现的(如图)，这种摩托车驾驶员护身甲由内、中、外三层构成，内层用软质布料、中层用特制高密度抗高压弹性泡沫材料制成，厚度为2cm-5cm不等的合成条块(1)、每隔0．2cm有一个高密度抗高压泡沫合成条块(1)、外层用特种布料，横向每隔3个高密度抗高压合成条块(1)、有一个通风孔(2)、纵向每隔20cm有一个通风孔(2)、内、中、外三层经热压胶粘成为一体。
本实用新型由于中层采用特制高密度抗高压弹性泡沫条块(1)、平均每平方厘米抗压力250-500公斤，各部位可抗突然撞击2．5-5吨，各关节部位伸缩灵活，驾驶员身着此服装，无论在那一部位受到突然撞击后，可以柔克钢，使驾驶员迅速弹出险境，软着地面，保证其生命安全。此护身甲尚有弹性强、不破碎、即抗寒、又防暑，由于周身设有通风孔，随意开闭，调节温差之特点，可四季使用。
下面结合附图描述一个实施例：摩托车驾驶员护身甲由内、中、外三层构成，内层用软质布料，中层用特制高密度抗高压弹性泡沫条块材料，每隔0．2cm有一个高密度抗高压泡沫条块(1)、抗高压弹性泡沫条块厚度为2cm-5cm不等，外层用特种布料，横向每隔3个抗高压弹性泡沫条块(1)有一个通风孔(2)、纵向每隔20cm有一个通风孔(2)、通风孔(2)长2cm宽0．5cm，通风孔(2)可随温度变化随意开闭。内、中、外三层经热压胶粘成为一体，造型美观，穿着方便，造价适宜。

  1. 一种摩托车驾驶员护身甲由内、中、外三层构成；其特征在于内层用软质布料，中层用进口PVC合成塑料，制成0．2cm～0．5cm不等高压冲气筒(1)，每隔0．2cm有一个高压冲气筒(1)，外层用特种布料，横向每隔3个高压气筒(1)有一个通风孔(2)，纵向每隔20cm有一个通风孔(2)，内、中、外三层经热压胶粘成为一体。
