Abstract
本实用新型是一种供空气除湿用节能转轮除湿机。它利用装于再生空气进、排风道中的空气—空气热交换器(3)回收随再生空气排放的显热量和潜热量,并用来预热再生空气的进风气流,从而降低再生空气加热器(4)的功率和能耗,达到节能目的。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用于空气除湿的节能转轮除湿机。
转轮除湿机是利用表面涂敷吸湿剂且缓慢旋转的蜂窝状多孔道吸湿转轮来吸附贯穿流过该转轮的湿空气中水分的除湿设备。吸湿后的转轮须经高温干燥气流烘吹,方能使吸湿剂脱水再生。所以现有转轮除湿机中的再生空气加热器,均需消耗大量能量(电能或蒸汽)用来加热再生空气,才能使吸湿转轮吸附的水分子汽化,而这部分热量又都随吸湿后的再生空气一起排放到大气当中。再生能耗高,是现有转轮除湿机普遍存在的缺点,目前国内外同类产品中,尚未见到有效的节能措施或相关报导。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种节能转轮除湿机,它带有热量回收装置,能够有效地降低再生空气加热器的能量消耗。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在节能转轮除湿机的再生空气进、排风道中,装有由耐腐蚀金属薄板制成的板式或板翅式空气——空气热交换器,当再生空气的进、排气流分别流过该热交换器的两组交错排列而又相互隔离的通道时,就会发生热量交换:高温高湿的排风被低温进风所冷却,先释放出显热量;当温度降至露点温度时,又会析出冷凝水,同时释放出汽化潜热。这些热量(显热量和潜热量)都会被空气——空气热交换器回收并用来予热再生空气的进风气流,提高进风温度,从而降低再生空气加热器的功率和能耗,达到节能目的。
与现有转轮除湿机相比,节能是本实用新型的突出特点。由于再生空气加热器能耗约占现有转轮除湿机总能耗的95%左右,所以降低再生空气加热器能耗就会大幅度降低整机的能耗量,提高单位能耗的除湿量,取得显著的节能效果。

图4是用于节能转轮除湿机的一种板翅式空气——空气热交换器的结构示意图。
本实用新型包括:带风量调节阀的再生空气进口(1)、再生空气过滤器(2)、空气——空气热交换器(3)、再生空气加热器(4)、吸湿转轮(5)及其驱动装置(6)、再生风机(7)、再生空气出口(8)、凝水盘(9)、待处理湿空气进口(10)、干空气出口(11)、箱体(12)、隔板(13)和控制装置(14)。隔板(13)将箱体(12)分隔成除湿和再生两个区间。隔板(13)与吸湿转轮(5)进风侧端面接合处镶有密封条(图中未画出),用于防止除湿和再生两股气流互窜。吸湿转轮(5)则由驱动装置(6)带动缓慢旋转;驱动装置(6)包括电机、减速器(或变速器)和传动带。
待处理的湿空气在外装风机吹送下,由进风口(10)进入除湿区,经吸湿转轮(5)除湿后,干燥空气由出风口(11)经管道送入工作区。在再生风机(7)造成的负压吸引下,再生空气由进风口(1)穿过风量调节阀和再生空气过滤器(2)进入空气——空气热交换器(3),被高温排风予热升温后,再经再生空气加热器(4)进一步加热,成为高温干燥气流,透过吸湿转轮(5),完成吸湿剂的脱水再生,变成高温高湿气流,进入空气——空气热交换器(3)的另外一组通道,同时被低温进风所冷却,释放显热量和潜热量并析出冷凝水后,由排风口(8)排入大气;冷凝水则由凝水盘(9)收集、排放。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于空气除湿的节能转轮除湿机,它包括吸湿转轮及其驱动装置、待处理湿空气进口、干燥空气出口、再生空气进口、再生空气过滤器、再生空气加热器、再生风机、再生空气出口、分隔成除湿和再生两个区间的箱体及控制装置,本实用新型的特征是再生空气进、排风道中装有空气——空气热交换器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能转轮除湿机,其特征在于再生空气的进、排气流分别流过空气——空气热交换器的两组交错排列而又相互隔离的通道,同时实现进、排气流间的热量交换。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能转轮除湿机,其特征在于空气——空气热交换器是用耐腐蚀金属薄板制成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能转轮除湿机,其特征在于空气——空气热交换器排风出口处装有冷凝水收集、排放装置。
