Abstract

本实用新型属于医疗器具。现有的眼科测量尺功能单一。本实用新型提供一种多用测量尺,这种尺可测量眼睑、瞳孔、角膜及眼球的外形大小,也可测量斜视度、眼球突出度,也可用于床边检查视力,计算植入人工晶体度数,也可绘制眼底图,其功能充分满足眼科医师的常用检查测量。

眼科多用测量尺
本实用新型属于医疗器具。
眼科检查测量用具是眼科医师常用的检查用具。以往的瞳孔间距尺、斜视度测量尺、眼球突出度测量尺,其功能单一,多为一尺仅能测量一项检查。现有的眼底图绘制多采用两脚规,携带不方便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种眼科多用测量尺,这种尺可测量眼睑、瞳孔、角膜及眼球的外形大小,也可测量斜视度、眼球突出度,并可用于床边检查视力,计算植入人工晶体的度数,也可用于绘制眼底图,其功能可充分满足眼科医师的常用检查测量。
眼科多用测量尺,呈长条形,由主尺、旋转尺、钮眼组成,其特征在于主尺一侧缘制有直刻度尺,主尺另一侧缘制有斜视度测量尺及半园形缺口眼球测量尺,主尺中央部位制有园形缺口瞳孔角膜测量尺及长条形裂隙缺口测量尺,主尺三角形端制有眼球突出度测量尺,主尺园形端的一面制有视标,主尺园形端的另一面制有角膜曲率数据及人工晶体屈光度数据,旋转尺面上制有人工晶体A常数及眼轴长度。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
这种眼科多用测量尺由金属、塑料、木质及纸制成。主尺为双面刻度尺。主尺的一侧缘制成120毫米直刻度尺(1)。主尺的另一侧缘制成5个半园形缺口直径分别为18毫米、20毫米、22毫米、24毫米、26毫米,形成半园形缺口眼球测量尺(3)。在主尺的半园形缺口眼球测量尺侧制成月牙形缺口,在缺口中央向两侧分别制有20毫米刻度尺,形成斜视度测量尺(2)。在主尺中央部位制成15个园形缺口,园形缺口的直径从1毫米开始,每增加1毫米制成一个园形缺口,依次制成,形成园形缺口瞳孔角膜测量尺(4)。在主尺中央部位的直刻度尺旁制成宽1毫米,长30毫米缺口的毫米刻度,形成长条形裂隙缺口测量尺(5)。在主尺的三角形端正对锐角5毫米处,制成宽1毫米,长30毫米缺口的毫米刻度,形成眼球突出度测量尺(6)。在主尺的园形端的一面(如图1)制有视标(7)。主尺园形端另一面(如图3)制有角膜曲率数据(8)及人工晶体屈光度数据(9)。在旋转尺的面(如图4)上制成人工晶体A常数(10)及眼轴长度(11)。选用现有的钮眼(如图5)形成钮眼(12)。将旋转尺与主尺园形端的角膜曲率数据及人工晶体屈光度数据面固定在一起(如图2)。
这种眼科多用测量尺具有多种用途,直刻度尺及长条形裂隙缺口测量尺可测量眼睑外形、瞳孔间距及各种长度测量。半园形缺口眼球测量尺可测量眼球大小。斜视度测量尺可测量斜视度数。园形缺口瞳孔角膜测量尺可测量瞳孔及角膜的大小,也可测量眼球的大小。眼球突出度测量尺可测量眼球突出度,视标可用于床边检查视力,旋转尺转动可查植入人工晶体度数,利用主尺园形端和园形缺口瞳孔角膜测量尺可绘制眼底图。
本实用新型提供一种眼科多用测量尺,具有多项测量功能,使用方便,提高效率,便于推广应用。

1、眼科多用测量尺,呈长条形,由主尺、旋转尺、钮眼组成,其特征在于主尺一侧缘制有直刻度尺,主尺另一侧缘制有斜视度测量尺及半圆形缺口眼球测量尺,主尺中央部位制有园形缺口瞳孔角膜测量尺及长条形裂隙缺口测量尺,主尺三角形端制有眼球突出度测量尺,主尺园形端的一面制有视标,主尺园形端的另一面制有角膜曲率数据及人工晶体屈光度数据,旋转尺面上制有人工晶体A常数及眼轴长度。
