Abstract
本实用新型设计了一种将两泵合为一泵的洗碗机用泵,它包括前泵体、后泵体、叶轮、电机,其特征是在后泵体1的底部开有排水孔8。本实用新型将原有的排水时间从30秒减少到10秒,既节时节电,且装配简单,减少了故障率,降低了生产成本。
Description
本实用新型属泵类，具体说是一种洗碗机用泵。
目前的洗碗机都是采用清洗泵清洗，排水泵排水，由于采用两个泵，因此故障率较高，生产一次性合格率较低，且装配工艺复杂，生产成本高。
本实用新型的目的则是针对上述存在的问题，设计了一种将两泵合为一泵的洗碗机用泵。
本实用新型的技术解决方案：
一种由前泵体、后泵体、叶轮、电机组成的洗碗机用泵，其特征是在后泵体1的底部开有排水孔8。
本实用新型的优点：
改制后的洗碗机用泵，将原有的排水时间从30秒减少到10秒，既节时节电，且装配简单，减少了故障率，降低了生产成本。

将线插C***电源，电机5工作(电机5由吊架4固定)，水由进水口6进入泵体，通过前泵体2和后泵体1之间叶轮3的离心作用把水由洗涤口供给机体洗涤餐具，达到洗涤要求后，水再由排水口8排出泵外完成一次洗涤过程。
