Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种用于节能灯的太阳能电源装置,包括蓄电池、蓄电池放电保护电路和向蓄电池充电的太阳能电池,其特征在于还包括:一个接在太阳能电池和蓄电池之间的充电保护电路,一个接在蓄电池与放电保护电路之间的用于根据光线强、弱控制蓄电池向逆变电路供电的光控电路,一个接在蓄电池与放电保护电路之间的用于根据设定的时间控制蓄电池向逆变电路供电的钟控电路,一个用于向电子高效节能灯提供交变电源的逆变电路,用来把蓄电池的直流电变成高频方波电流,因而达到节能效果。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种节能灯电源装置,具体地说,涉及一种利用太阳能给节能灯供电的电源装置。
现在一般使用太阳能电池作为太阳能电源。太阳能电池是绿色能源,无污染又节约能源,对于解决世界能源危机和工业污染有重大意义,特别适用于解决无电力地区的用电问题。但太阳能电池用于节能灯还有一定实际困难,其中主要是效率太低。因此,目前主要应用于小功率的照明装置,例如中国专利90204926、92204863等,用于一般的应急灯或安全灯等。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于节能灯的太阳能电源装置,提高输出功率并达到节能的效果。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括:蓄电池、蓄电池放电保护电路和向蓄电池充电的太阳能电池,其特征在于还包括:
一个接在太阳能电池和蓄电池之间的充电保护电路,用于在蓄电池达到充电最高允许电压时切断其充电回路;
一个接在蓄电池与放电保护电路之间的用于根据光线强、弱控制蓄电池向逆变电路供电的光控电路,在光线暗时接通蓄电池对逆变电路的供电回路;
一个接在蓄电池与放电保护电路之间的用于根据设定的时间控制蓄电池向逆变电路供电的钟控电路,在设定的时间内接通蓄电池对逆变电路的供电回路;
一个用于向电子高效节能灯提供交变电源的逆变电路。
按照本实用新型的用于节能灯的太阳能电源装置,由于采用了开关电源电路的直流一交流逆变器,输出的高频方波电压比电网的工频正弦交流电压节能10-20%,最大限度地利用了太阳电池能量,并有两路以上的输出,可并接多盏灯或并接其它用电设备。
本实用新型提供的太阳能节能灯电源是一种新颖、简单、经济、功能齐全的节能装置,由于该装置体积小,不用市电,移动方便,不用外接线路,可广泛用于山区、海岛、牧区、边防哨所以及其他无电力或电力不足的地方使用。由于本实用新型使用的是高效电子节能灯,比普通的白帜灯节能80%。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的最佳实施例,其中:
图1是本实用新型的方块图;
图2是本实用新型的充电保护电路的原理图;
图3是光控开关电路原理图;
图4是钟控开关电路原理图;
图5是直流-交流逆变电路原理图;
图6是本实用新型使用时的接线图。
图1中的虚线框内是本实用新型的实施例的方块图,由图1可见,本实用新型由充电保护电路、蓄电池、钟控电路、光控电路、逆变电路组成。下面对各个方块的具体电路分别进行说明,从而说明本实用新型的实施例。
图2是充电保护电路的原理图,如附图2所示,太阳能对蓄电池充电保护电路由运算放大器A1、开关三极管T1、稳压管DW1以及电阻R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6组成,A1、DW1和R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6构成施密特触发器,电源电压经R1和DWI稳压后通过R5向A1反相端提供一最高允许充电电压的参考电位,R2、R3对蓄电池分压后通过R4向A1同相端输入一反映蓄电池两端电压变化的电位。当蓄电池两端电压低于充电最高允许电压时,A1输出零电位,T1截止;当蓄电池两端电压高于充电最高允许电压时,A1的同相端电位高于反相端电位,A1输出高电位,T1饱和导通,使太阳能电池输出端短路,不能继续向蓄电池充电,保证了蓄电池不致于因过充电而受到损坏。
关于放电保护电路,采用普通的蓄电池放电保护电路即可,这是本领域的技术人员熟知的,此处不再说明。
图3是光控电路原理图,如图3所示,光控开关电路由比较器A3、三极管T3、稳压管DW3、继电器J2以及电阻R16、R17、R18、R19、R20组成。A3、DW3和R16、R17、R18构成非零比较器,其中比较器A3的反相端供电电路(R17、R18)接太阳能电池TB。R16和DW3构成稳压电路通向A3同相端提供一固定电位,R17、R18对太阳能电池TB分压向A3反相端输入一反映太阳能电池两端电压变化的电位。在夜晚,太阳能电池两端电压很小,A3反相端电位低于同相端电位,A3输出高电位,T3导通,接在集电极上的继电器被吸合,蓄电池可以向负载提供电流;而白天太阳能电池两端电压较大,A3反相端电位高于同相端电位,A3输出低电位,T3截止,继电器J2闭合,使接在逆变器供电回路上的继电器接点断开,蓄电池不能向负载提供电流,相当于打开了电源和灯之间的开关。这样,利用太阳能电池本身的光敏特性实现了当黄昏天逐渐黑下来时,灯自动点亮的光控开关电路。
图4是钟控开关电路原理图,如图4所示,钟控开关电路由SC-C3B六开六关钟控器、三极管T4、继电器J3、电阻R21、R22、电容C1、C2、C3、C4、C5、C6和开关K1、K2、K3、K4、K5、K6、K7组成。K1~K7为钟控器需要的校时开关、控制时间设置开关、输出状态控制开关、星期设置开关、小时设置开关、分设置开关以及清零复位开关。通过K2~K6可以设置控制关断时间。当计时到通电时间时,钟控开关电路A输出端输出一高电平,三极管T4导通接在集电极上的继电器被吸合,蓄电池可以向负载提供电流;当计时断电时间时,钟控开关电路A输出端输出为高电平到A3反相,三极管T4截止,继电器J3闭合,使接在逆变器供电回路上的继电器接点(未显示)的继电器断开,蓄电池不能向负载提供电流。C1~C6组成高频滤波电路,滤掉直流-交流逆变电路所产生的高频干扰,保证钟控开关电路正常上作。由于人们可根据需要自由设置六组关断时间,并可随时修改,使用极为方便。
图5直流-交流逆变电路原理图,如图5所示,直流-交流逆变电路大功率三极管T5、变压器B、电阻R23、电容C7、二极管D1、高效电子节能灯组成。其中大功率三极管T5、变压器B、电阻R23、电容C7、二极管D1组成变压器反馈式多谐振荡器,当T5端加一正电压,时集电极输出一个负电压,经B反馈后基极得到一个正的反馈电压,满足反馈条件。由于三极管在截止和饱和导通状态,振荡器输出方波电压,经变压器次级升压后加到电子节能两端,灯亮。由于高效电子节能灯比白炽灯节能80%。用作太阳能电源的负载最适合。为方波电压的频率30KHZ左右,可通过改变线圈匝数和调整R23的大小调整振荡频率和起振频率。由于电路采用大功率三极管,可提供几十瓦的功率。变压器原级和次级连接一个电感,可起到电子镇流器的作用,在灯管导通瞬间,提供一较大电流。该电路融功率放大器、开关电源、电子镇流器为一体,电路简单,转换效率高。
在以上附图的电路中,在放电保护继电器J1、光控开关继电器J2两端并接试灯开关1,在钟控电路两端并接试灯开关2,主要起到方便调试和维修的作用。在灯应该亮而不亮的情况下可这样检测:如果两个开关都摁下,灯不亮,说明逆变电路有故障;如果两个开关都摁下,灯亮,但打开开关1后,灯不亮,说明放电保护和光控开关电路有故障;如果两个开关都摁下,灯亮,但打开开关2后,灯不亮,说明钟控电路有故障。在节能灯箱体面板上,还设置了30V的电压表,可随时观测蓄电池的储8电情况。通过钟控开关K1~K7可方便地设置时钟目前的星期、小时、分的时间,并可随时设置和修改灯亮和灯灭的时间。
图6是本实用新型的电源装置使用中的接线图,其中1为太阳能电池板,2为本实用新型的电源装置,3是节能灯,图中画出了两盏,根据需要可以有多盏。
从上述详细说明中不难看出,本实用新型的主要特点是,用充电保护电路阻止太阳能电池对蓄电池的过亮损坏;光控电路利用太阳能电池电压对光线的变化特性通过比较器控制继电器的通/断,进而控制蓄电池对逆变器的供电来保证蓄电池白天充电、夜晚照明的自动工作。此外,本实用新型还通过钟控电路人为地控制节能灯的工作。
以上分别对图1中各个方块的具体电路进行了详细说明,显然,本领域的普通技术人员根据以上的说明可以很容易地实施本实用新型。
Claims (1)
1、一种用于节能灯的太阳能电源装置,包括:蓄电池、蓄电池放电保护电路和向蓄电池充电的太阳能电池,其特征在于还包括:
一个接在太阳能电池和蓄电池之间的充电保护电路,用于在蓄电池达到充电最高允许电压时切断其充电回路;
一个接在蓄电池与放电保护电路之间的用于根据光线强、弱控制蓄电池向逆变电路供电的光控电路,在光线暗时接通蓄电池变逆变电路的供电回路;
一个接在蓄电池与放电保护电路之间的用于根据设定的时间控制蓄电池向逆变电路供电的钟控电路,在设定的时间内接通蓄电池对逆变电路的供电回路;
一个用于向电子高效节能灯提供交变电源的逆变电路。
