一种闭合式腱鞘钩割器、包括刀体和把柄,其特征在于:刀体前部有梯形槽,刀刃位于梯形槽左侧边上。本实用新型临床应用数百例,无一例发生感染等并发症,操作简单、手术时间短、病人痛苦小、花钱少、无需住院治疗效果显著,还可广泛用于其它多种整形及美容手术。

Description

闭合式腱鞘钩割器
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，特别是一种腱鞘的钩割器。
对具有手术特征的缩窄性腱鞘炎的患者，一般多采用患处切开手术，由于没有专门的手术器械。切除病变处的缩窄腱鞘(膜)。操作程序复杂，难度较大，造成损伤多。切口必须缝合及日后拆线。另一种常用方法“小针刀”治疗，需切开患处部分正常腱鞘(膜)，并纵行切开肌腱，盲目性及损伤较大。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种操作简单，患者损伤小，切口无须缝线的用于腱鞘炎手术的专门医疗器械。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种闭合式腱鞘钩割器，由把柄和刀体构成，刀体前部有梯形槽，刀刃位于梯形槽的左侧边上。
刀刃和梯形槽底边成锐角，另一端尖锐。
本实用新型操作时只须刺入特定部位，只钩割病变腱鞘及腱膜，使不必要的损伤降低到最低程度，术毕以无菌敷料按压穿刺点数分钟止血，常规包扎，无需缝合，术后24小时开始屈伸功能锻炼。

下面具体叙述实施例：
刀体前10mm打一梯形槽，槽深为刀体1/2，刀刃在梯形槽边，刃口向右，操作时，拇指穿刺点在掌指横放中央远侧0.5cm，其余手指穿刺点均在掌指横放中点处。常规消毒，局部麻醉起效后，用本发明用具沿上述穿刺点刺入皮肤下，使其沿屈肌腱鞘向近端刺入，刀刃及槽口指向皮肤侧穿过缩窄环时可有明显的突破感、稍抬起钩割器前端，保持方向不变渐向远端钩割。张力明显解除后，沿原穿刺口退出，患者活动患指时，弹响消失，绞锁解除，个别患者需钩割2～3次，术后处理按压止血，常规包扎。
本实用新型用于临床500人次，无一例发生感染等并发症，均获成功。操作简单、手术时间短，病人痛苦小花钱少无需住院，治疗效果显著，还可广泛用于其它多种整形及美容手术。

1、一种闭合式腱鞘钩割器，由把柄和刀体(1)构成，其特征在于：刀体(1)前部有梯形槽(2)，刀刃(3)位于梯形槽(2)左侧边上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种闭合式腱鞘钩割器，其特征在于：刀刃(3)与梯形槽(2)底边成锐角，另一端尖锐。
