Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种计划生育器具及其放置器械,特别是一种输卵管节育器及其放置器械。节育器前端置倒钩,倒钩带有二倒刺,中部接5~15个竹节状结构,后部有一弹性线圈。节育器放置器械,有外套管及内管,外套管内径与内管外径相当,等于节育器的直径,内管、外套管外部类似注射器针头结构。本实用新型可使育龄妇女绝育手术无需开腹手术,无痛,是一种易于接受与推广的高效、安全、可逆、并发症少的节育器械,达到既能避孕,又为可逆的目的。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种计划生育器具及其放置器械,特别是一种输卵管节育器及其放置器械。
输卵管节育在发展中国家和发达国家的人口控制中均起着重要作用。临床已应用多种方法,但大都存在妇女输卵管易受损伤的缺点,且一旦需要生育必须进行复通手术甚至经复通仍无法生育。如美国、比利时、英国应用注射成形的硅胶栓,硅胶栓取出后,妊娠率几乎等于零。
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种优良的可逆性节育的机械性输卵管阻塞节育器及其放置器械。
本实用新型是这样实现的。
输卵管节育器采用呈有弹性及有一定硬度的聚乙烯材料,其前端置倒钩,倒钩有二个倒刺呈“个”字形结构,中接有5~15个竹节状结构,后部有一具备弹性的线圈,呈近扁椭圆结构,末端收合呈圆柱状。竹节状结构以11个为佳。其中,对于中国人种,节育器总长40~42mm,直径1mm,倒钩0.2~0.3mm,倒刺0.8~1mm为佳。
输卵管节育器放置器械有外套管及内管,聚乙烯塑料等富弹性并有一定硬度的外套管管体内径与不锈钢等钢性材料的内管体的外径相当,等于输卵管节育器的直径,两者前端光滑。外套管后端内部环形外张,外部部分横截面呈方形,类似注射器针头结构,方便操作把持。内管管体(钢芯)前端为螺纹纲丝,钢芯尖端为光滑圆弧,内管后外部可为硬塑料制成,呈环形膨出,与外套管后端内部环形外张相纹合,后端外部部分横截面呈方形,类似注射器针头结构,方便操作把持。外套管体长于内管体,以2mm左右为佳。对于中国人种,外套管体长450mm,内管体长448mm较佳。
使用时,将输卵管节育器前端***放置器械外套管,继用放置器械内管推至放置器械外套管前部,在宫腔镜直视下置入人体输卵管***。取出时,通过松驰输卵管平滑肌后,钩住弹性线圈外拉即可。
本实用新型通过13例临床试验,放置时容易,取出时节育器形状基本无改变,输卵管无损伤。平均放置15个月,除1例自然脱落宫内妊娠外,无明显副作用。结果令人满意。使育龄妇女绝育手术无需开腹手术,无痛,是一种易于接受与推广的高效、安全、可逆、并发症少的节育器械,达到既能避孕,又为可逆的目的。

图1中,(1)为倒钩,(2)为倒刺,(3)为竹节状结构,(4)为弹性线圈,(5)为末端圆柱状结构。竹节状结构(3)为11个。其节育器总长42mm,直径1mm,倒钩0.2~0.3mm,倒刺0.8~1mm。
图2、图3中,(6)为外套管管体,(7)为外套管末端,(8)为内管管体,(9)为内管后部。外套管体长450mm,内管体长448mm。
Claims (3)
1.一种输卵管节育器,其特征在于其前端置倒钩,倒钩有二倒刺呈“个”字形结构,中接有5~15个竹节状结构,后部有一具备弹性的线圈,呈近扁椭圆结构,末端收合呈圆柱状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输卵管节育器,其特征在于竹节状结构以11个为佳。
3.一种输卵管节育器放置器械,有外套管及内管,其特征在于富弹性并有一定硬度的外套管体内径与钢性材料的内管体的外径相当,等于输卵管节育器的直径,两者前端光滑;外套管后端内部环形外张,外部部分横截面呈方形;内管管体(钢芯)前端为螺纹钢丝,内管后外部环形膨出,与外套管后端内部环形外张相纹合,后端外部部分横截面呈方形;外套管体略长于内管体。
