现有的塑料切料刀片，都是用45号钢热处理而成，刀的锋利程度不够，硬度也不够，容易磨损，使用寿命短。
本实用新型的目的是要设计一种强度高、硬度够，不易磨损，使用寿命长的塑料切粒刀片。
本实用新型是以如下方式完成的：刀的主体用一般金属材料制成，刀口用钨钢制成，刀口与刀的主体分开制造，刀口与刀的主体之间焊接成一体。
实施本实用新型可延长刀的使用寿命，降低劳动强度，节约原材料，具有一定的社会和经济效益。
下面将结合附图，对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
附图为本实用新型的结构示意图。
结合附图，刀的主体(1)用普通金属材料制成。刀口(2)用钨钢制成，刀的主体(1)和刀口(2)之间焊接成一体。
