Abstract

一种自行车避震车架结构,主要是对设有避震器的自行车车架用于连接座杆、下管、后下叉及主轴部件的主轴套环进行改进。该主轴套环内部配合有一个转动轴,该转动轴可在主轴套环内部作自由转动,转动轴外壁焊固有两个分别位于主轴套环左、右两端的定位环,防止主轴套环及转动轴间产生轴向滑移,车架的座杆及下管的下端焊固于主轴套环外壁,后下叉的前端焊固于转动轴外壁近左、右两端,转动轴内部供主轴部件安装,该结构坚固且可防止链轮与链条配合不当。

Description

自行车避震车架结构
本实用新型涉及一种自行车避震车架结构,特别是指一种链轮与链条的配合不会产生松驰等缺陷,又可形成坚固结构的自行车避震车架结构。
现在的自行车设有避震器,用于吸收地面不平等因素所产生的震动,使乘骑者能比较舒适,参见图1所示的目前设置避震器10a的自行车,其车架的后下叉11a、后上叉12a呈活动式设计,后下叉11a前端铰接在一个铰接座13a上,后上叉12a前端则与避震器10a连接,当后车轮14a因地面不平等因素震动而作上下动作时,后车轮14a及后上叉12a、后下叉11a就以后下叉11a前端铰接点A的支点连动避震器10a作用,藉避震器10a吸收震动。这种避震车架的后下叉11a前端的铰接点A与前方链轮15a的轴心点B并不位于同一点,因此在后车轮14a与后方链轮16a因振动而上下移动时,因后方链轮16a以铰接点A的支点作上下移动,因此前方链轮15a与后方链轮16a的距离会变化,使两链轮15a及16a上配合的链条17a会产生松驰现象,导致链轮15a、16a、链条17a无法确实传动,容易产生打滑空转现象,造成使用上的不便。再者,这种自行车的避震车架的铰接座13a是其承受震动力的支点,故铰接座13a容易产生断裂损坏。
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构坚固、不会产生链轮与链条松驰现象的自行车避震车架结构。
本实用新型是这样实现的:该车架结构即用以连接座杆、下管、后下叉及主轴部件的主轴套环,其特征在于:该主轴套环呈中空圆筒状,其内部套合有一个呈中空圆状及同轴的转动轴,该转动轴在主轴套环内部可自由转动呈铰接状,转动轴外壁焊固有两个定位环,该两个定位环分别位于主轴套环左、右两端;自行车的车架座杆及下管的下端可焊固于主轴套环外壁,车架的后下叉前端焊固于转动轴外壁近左、右两端,转动轴内部可供主轴组件配合,并使后下叉前端的铰接点与前方链轮的轴心位于同一点。
本实用新型的特点是:主要对设有避震器的自行车车架用于连接座杆、下管、后下叉及主轴组件等的主轴套环部分进行改进,该主轴套环内部套合有一个可在其内自由转动的转动轴,转动轴外壁焊固有两个定位环,该两定位环位于主轴套环左、右两端,用于防止主轴套环及转动轴间产生轴向滑移,自行车车架的座杆及下管的下端焊固在主轴套环外壁,车架的后下叉前端焊固在转动轴外壁近左、右两端处,转动轴内部可供主轴组件配合,整体上可防止链轮与链条配合不当,并形成坚固结构。

参见图2、图3,本实用新型为一种自行车的避震车架,主要是对连接座杆20、下管21、后下叉22及主轴部件23(参见图4)等的主轴套环10部分进行改进,该主轴套环10呈中空圆筒状,其内部可配合有一个转动轴11,该转动轴11也呈中空圆筒状,其外壁恰可与主轴套环10的内壁作余隙配合,转动轴11安装于主轴套环10内部后呈铰接状,可作自由转动,并在转动轴11外壁焊固有两个定位环12,该两定位环12分别位于主轴套环10左右两端,可用于防止主轴套环10及转动轴11之间产生轴向的滑移,藉由主轴套环1 0与转动轴11的配合形成一个同轴的自行车避震车架。
参见图4(同时参见图2、图3),自行车车架的座杆20及下管21的下端可焊固于主轴套环10的外壁,车架的后下叉22的前端可焊固于转动轴11外壁近左、右两端处,转动轴11内部可供主轴部件23等配合,主轴部件23并与前方链轮24及曲柄25连接,以便通过踩踏脚踏板26连动曲柄25带动前方链轮24转动,进而籍链条27带动后方链轮28与后车轮29转动,后上叉30前端与避震器31连接。当后车轮29因地面不平等因素震动而作上下动作时,后车轮29及后上叉30、后下叉22就会以后下叉22前端焊接的转动轴11为支点摆动,以连动避震器31作用,通过避震器31吸收震动。
因本实用新型的主轴套环10及转动轴11相互套合形成同轴设计,使后下叉22前端的铰接点C与前方链轮24的轴心点位于同一点,因此在后车轮29与后方链轮28因震动而上下移动时,由于后方链轮28是以前方链轮24的轴心点为支点进行移动的,所以前方链轮24与后方链轮28的距离不变,使两链轮24及28配合的链条27不会产生松驰等不当现象,防止发生打滑空转,且主轴套环10及转动轴11相互套合的同轴设计,可形成非常坚固的结构,而无断裂损坏之虞。再者,主轴套环10及转动轴11相互铰接套合,彼此间可作铰接作用,因此可略具吸收前车轮32震动效果。

1、一种自行车避震车架结构,该车架结构即用以连接座杆、下管、后下叉及主轴部件的主轴套环,其特征在于:该主轴套环呈中空圆筒状,其内部套合有一个呈中空圆状及同轴的转动轴,该转动轴在主轴套环内部可自由转动呈铰接状,转动轴外壁焊固有两个定位环,该两个定位环分别位于主轴套环左、右两端;自行车的车架座杆及下管的下端可焊固于主轴套环外壁,车架的后下叉前端焊固于转动轴外壁近左、右两端,转动轴内部可供主轴组件配合,并使后下叉前端的铰接点与前方链轮的轴心位于同一点。
