Abstract

一种相机,其由一相机主体上设有观景窗、镜头、快门钮、显示幕等装置,观景窗用以观视欲拍摄的景物,镜头则通过快门钮的控制而将景物摄入,显示幕则提供使用者诸如底片张数、光圈、快门等资讯,该观景窗则设置于相机主体的下缘,以利使用者于拍照时眼部更易于接近观景窗,以观取所欲拍摄景物的最佳影像,亦可避免相机主体压迫鼻部的困扰。

相机
本实用新型涉及一种相机,尤指一种将观景窗设置于相机主体下缘,以利使用者拍照时更易于接触观景窗,以获得欲拍照景物的最佳影像,同时避免相机压迫拍照者鼻部,并可增加拍照时相机的稳定性的相机改良结构。
相机的发展至今已多年,其已成为家家出外旅游、喜庆宴会、重要集会必备的重要器具,然而,凡使用过相机者皆知,习用的相机的镜头皆设于中央偏下缘处,而于镜头的上方则设一观景窗,使用者手握相机,一眼直视观景窗,因观景窗设置的位置于相机的上缘部分,于是,使用者的鼻子便自然会与相机相接触,且习惯性压迫鼻部,造成拍照者的不适感。
于是,如何设计一相机结构,使其能增加拍照时的稳定性,照相时避免压迫使用者的鼻部,且仍能保有一般相机的所有功能,是为本创作欲行解决的困难点所在,而本创作人基于多年从事于相机制品研究的实务经验,乃思及改良的意念,穷其个人的专业知识,经多方设计、探讨,并经无数次试作样品及改良后,终能创出本实用新型的一种相机结构的改良。
有鉴于此,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种相机,其可使相机使用者于拍照时,除增加接触观景窗的便利性,强化拍照时的稳定性外,亦可避免鼻子遭受相机主体压迫。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种相机,其可使相机使用者于拍照时,有效避免压迫鼻部,并具稳固相机的效果。
根据本实用新型提供的相机,其由一相机主体上设有观景窗、镜头、快门钮等装置,该观景窗用以观视欲拍摄的景物,该镜头则通过快门钮的控制而将景物摄入,其中,该观景窗设置于相机主体的下缘。
该相机主体的上缘或下缘适当位置设有一闪光灯。
该观景窗可设于由镜头面视的相机主体的右下缘或左下缘,且于镜头下方即观景窗的左方或右方设一向上凹入的凹部。
为使有关人员对本实用新型的空间结构、特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解与认识,现以较佳的实施图例详细说明如后。

请参阅图1所示本实用新型的第一实施例及图2所示本实用新型的第二实施例。其中,本实用新型的相机主体1上设有观景窗2、镜头3、快门钮5、显示幕6等装置,观景窗2供眼睛9观视欲拍摄的景物,镜头3则透过快门钮5的控制而将景物摄入,显示幕6则提供给使用者诸如底片张数、光圈、快门等资讯;该观景窗2特别设置于相机主体1的下缘,如此使用者于拍照时其鼻子10因不与相机主体相接触,可免除因鼻子10与相机主体1相接触时受压迫所造成的不适感,除可保持相机主体1的洁净干燥外,并可增加相机的稳定性。
请参阅图3所示本实用新型的第三实施例,其配以闪光灯,其中,观景窗2可设于镜头3的下方,而其右上方设有一闪光灯4,以利于夜间或光线不足处拍照;当然闪光灯4亦可设于观景窗2左边适当处。
请参阅图4所示本实用新型的第四实施例,其配以闪光灯,其中,观景窗2设于由镜头3面视的相机主体1的右下方,而相机主体1的右上方设一可收入相机主体1的闪光灯4,以利于夜间或光线不足处拍照。
请参阅图5所示本实用新型的第五实施例,其中,观景窗2设于由镜头3面视的相机主体1的右下缘,且于镜头3下方即观景窗2的左方设一向上凹入的凹部8,其于拍照时,可供使用者运用凹部8有效避免压迫鼻子10,并于照相时更具有稳固相机的效用。
本实用新型更可应用于使用一次即抛弃的相机上,如图6所示的第六实施例,观景窗2设于相机镜头3的下方,夜间拍照则搭配快门钮5及闪光辅助按钮14,完成闪光与拍照动作,当然,相机主体1并不会与鼻子10接触。
在前述的各实施例中,该相机主体的左右两侧供人手握持处,亦可设数个凸点7,以使握持更稳固。
本实用新型虽属极其简单的改良,但尚未发现有雷同或类似的前案存在,可知本实用新型确实具有产业利用性、新颖性与进步性。
而以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本实用新型的实施的范围。即凡依本实用新型的申请专利范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆为本实用新型专利范围所涵盖。

Claims (3)

1、一种相机,其由一相机主体上设有观景窗、镜头、快门钮等装置,其特征在于:该观景窗设置于相机主体的下缘。
2、如权利要求1所述的相机,其特征在于:该相机主体的上缘或下缘位置设有一闪光灯。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的相机,其特征在于:该观景窗设于由镜头面视的相机主体的右下缘或左下缘,且于镜头下方即观景窗的左方或右方设一向上凹入的凹部。
