一种温室保温被,其特征是,聚乙烯高发泡材料薄板基层的两面粘结有化纤布面层,三个侧边设有包边加固布条,布条内中固定有直连结绳,外设曲连结绳;固定端设置有铆钉连接的加固钢带,卷绕端设有聚乙烯高发泡填料的启动卷筒芯。优点是:所用基材聚乙烯高发泡材料,具有100%的独立封闭气泡,不吸水,比重小,导热系数低,故其重量轻,柔软易于操作;无吸水、透水现象,隔热保温性能好。适用于温室、暧房的保温、防寒用。

温室保温被
本实用新型属于温室用的遮罩或挡板,特别涉及一种日光温室顶盖遮挡、保温用的柔性保温被。
目前,农用温室多设有透光玻璃顶盖,以利于日光透射,温室内的农作物便于吸收日光辐射。夜间则需在顶盖上加盖保温材料遮挡,以减少热量的散失。现在使用的遮挡材料,如草帘子,苇帘子,由于其透气、透水,强度不高,故保温、隔热效果不佳,而且体积笨重,不易保管,易于腐坏,寿命较短;近年,有采用海绵、棉花,外包无纺布制成遮挡材料,用于温室保温的,但吸水后,重量加大,保温不良,且质地过于柔软,不便于展开铺放。
本实用新型的目的是,设计制作一种温室保温被,采用聚乙烯高发泡材料薄板作基材,周边设置连结用绳或加固用钢带,端头设置卷绕用启动卷筒,提高保温、防水性能,减轻自重,便于展开铺盖,延长使用寿命,成为日光温室适用的保温被。

本实用新型的使用方法是:当需要拼接大面积的温室保温被时,依靠侧边的曲连结绳,围绕两块保温被侧边的直连结绳进行缝合,即可将相邻的两块保温被缝合一体;当需要对温室顶盖进行遮挡时,需将温室保温被固定端用膨胀螺栓固定设置在温室顶盖结构上,依靠卷绕端的启动卷筒的长圆柱体,便于滚动,将成卷的保温被展开,铺盖在温室的顶盖上;当需要撤收温室保温被时,只需滚卷启动卷筒部分,随之保温被即可卷绕在启动卷筒上,成一圆柱体,存放在固定端处。
本实用新型的优点是:所用基材聚乙烯高发泡材料薄板,其特性为:100%的独立封闭气泡,吸水率为0.0012克/立方厘米,比重为20~26克/立方米,导热系数为0.028千卡/米.时.度,故其整体重量轻,体积小,易于在温室顶盖上滚卷展开铺放,或滚卷撤收;无吸水、透水现象发生,隔热保温性能好;基材可用3~20mm薄板,柔软易于操作,用料不多,造价合理。适用于温室、暖房的保温防寒用。

由图可见,本实用新型的温室保温被,由基层和面层组成。聚乙烯高发泡材料薄板基层1的两面粘结有化纤布面层2,制成宽3米、长9米、厚10毫米的温室保温被,三个侧边设有包边加固布条3,布条内中固定有直连结绳4,外设曲连结绳5,连结绳采用直径5毫米尼龙绳;固定端设置有铆钉6连接的加固钢带7,卷绕端设有聚乙烯高发泡填料的启动卷筒芯8,启动卷筒直径150毫米。
