Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种高效气体过滤器，其结构是在滤杯内的进出气口之间设置有滤芯，气体通过滤芯时，灰尘被过滤掉。其特点是：增设了一层微孔疏水膜，气体通过时，水分被阻挡在膜外，出气口的气体中水分含量大为降低，另外，可将原有的滤芯改为一个微孔过滤管套，可改进灰尘过滤的效果。可广泛应用于气体分析仪器的采样***。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种气体过滤器。
在气体分析仪器的采样***中广泛使用着气体过滤器，其结构是滤杯安装在底座上，进气管、出气管均向滤杯内开口，在滤杯内的进出气口之间设置有滤芯，气体通过滤芯时，灰尘被过滤掉。现有技术的滤芯多采用微孔陶瓷或滤纸，其过滤效果不够理想，特别是只能滤掉部分灰尘，无法去掉气体中的水分。
为克服上述缺点，本实用新型的任务是提供一种新结构的过滤器，它能在过滤灰尘的同时，去掉气体中的水分，同时增强对灰尘的过滤效果。
本实用新型的技术方案是在传统过滤器的基础上，增设一层微孔疏水膜，即：滤杯安装在底座上，进气管、出气管均向滤杯内开口，滤杯内的进、出气口之间设置有滤芯，在滤芯上增设有微孔疏水膜。该疏水膜可以包复在滤芯的外面；也可以覆在滤芯的内表面。气体通过时，水分被阻挡在膜外，出气口的气体中水分含量大为降低，另外，可将原有的滤芯改为一个由微孔塑料制成的微孔过滤管，可改进灰尘过滤的效果。
本实用新型改进了滤芯结构，增设了阻水层，使用了微孔过滤管，使滤出气体中水分减少，气体更加干净。
现结合附图与实施例进一步说明。
图1为本设计的示意图。
实施例1：参照图1，上盖1上有进气管12和出气管13。滤杯9用螺口4固定在上盖1上。2为密封圈。在滤芯插管6上安装有滤芯，外面包有疏水膜11。图中3为硅橡胶管，5为固定螺栓，7为固定螺母，8为挂板，10为滤芯。

1.一种气体过滤器，滤杯安装在底座上，进气管、出气管均向滤杯内开
口，在滤杯内进出气口之间设置有滤芯，其特征是：在滤芯上，增设
有微孔疏水膜。
2.按照权利要求1所述的气体过滤器，其特征是：所说的滤芯为一个微
孔过滤管。
