本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种由靴底、靴统、柔软套和松紧扣组成的犁田水靴，是由韧性柔软材料制成，穿着舒适方便，由于在靴统口部套装了柔软套，在柔软套的口部有箍紧在大腿上的松紧口，穿着此靴下田水不会把裤子打湿，水也不会进入靴内。
本实用新型的构成：由松紧口、柔软套、靴统、靴底组成，靴统(3)和靴底(4)组成长统靴形，在靴统(3)的口部套装柔软套(2)，在柔软套(2)的口部有松紧口(1)。靴底(4)外层由胶内层由韧性柔软的防刺材料制成，靴统(3)外层是胶，内层是韧性防刺材料制成，靴统(3)和靴底(4)是整体形，柔软套(2)是由柔软的防水材料制成，下口与靴统口外径紧密配合，柔软套(2)上口上的松紧口(1)由柔软的收缩性材料制成。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型结构简单，造价低，由于在靴统口部套装柔软套，增加了靴统的长度，适应深水作业，柔软套口部有松紧口，扣紧在腿上，使水不会进入靴内。

本实用新型的实施例：如附图所示，靴统(3)和靴底(4)组成长统靴，在靴统(3)的口部紧密套装筒形柔软套(2)，在柔软套(2)的上口部有松紧口(1)。
不用时，将柔软套(2)收拢在靴统(3)口上，或放入靴统(3)统内，使用时，将柔软套(2)拉起，松紧口(1)箍在腿上。
