Abstract
一种无线遥控式全自动燃气热水器,是由机械全齿轮传动减速装置、无线遥控发射器及遥控接收控制器组成,无线电遥控器采用发射高频脉冲调制信号,接收器通过IC运算放大器及整形和解码电路输出信号给驱动电机实现气量和水量的精确调节。由于有上述技术方案,使本实用新型可在20米范围内控制燃气热水器的燃气量和水量,是一种燃气热水器的换代产品。
Description
本实用新型涉及遥控式全自动燃气热水器,特别是无线遥控式全自动燃气热水器。
目前,市场上绝大多数热水器均无遥控功能,由于淋浴室与安装热水器的地方有一定距离且不能安装在同一室内,所以淋浴者调控热水器的水温及水量十分不便,使用者不可能在淋浴的同时又调节水温及水量。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种利用无线遥控技术和机械全齿轮传动减速技术而实现了远距离控制燃气热水器水量和水温的无线遥控式全自动燃气热水器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种无线遥控式全自动燃气热水器,其特征在于:是由机械全齿轮传动减速装置,无线遥控发射器及遥控接收控制器组成;其中:
(1)遥控发射器电路是由编码芯片IC1,以及由三极管Q1,电容C1~C3及电感线圈L1组成的高频振荡及发射电路构成;IC1的17脚接高频振荡及发射电路的输入端,即通过电阻R2接Q1的基极,Q1发射极接地,C3的一端接Q1基极,C3的另一端通过电感L2接直流电源E正极,L1、C1、C2并联后一端接Q1集电极,而另一端接L2的一端;
(2)遥控接收控制器电路是由超再生接收电路,放大及整形电路,解码芯片电路,与门逻辑控制电路及电机构成;超再生接收电路的输出端接放大整形电路的输入端,放大整形电路的输出端接解码芯片电路的输入端,解码芯片电路的输出端接与门逻辑控制电路的输入端,与门逻辑控制电路的输出端接控制电机。
——所述的遥控接收控制器电路中的超再生接收电路是由三极管Q1,电容C1~C5及电感线圈L1构成;放大及整形电路是由运算放大器IC1及***元件构成,其中IC1B的输出端通过电容C12接IC1A的正向输入端,IC1A的输出端接解码芯片电路中IC2的CP端,IC2的数据输出端D1~D4接IC3与门控制电路的输入端,与门控制电路的输出端接控制电机。
本实用新型的工作原理是:使用热水器时,操作安装在浴室内的遥控器控制按键,控制电路即发射出高频脉冲调制信号,当安装在热水器主机上的接收机收到信号后,即进行运算放大,同时输入到控制主板,控制主板根据收到的信号驱动气阀控制电机和水阀控制电路的正反转,然后通过四级全齿轮变速传动实现气量和水量的精确调节。

图中,Q1、C1、C2、C3及L1级成高频振荡及发射电路,IC1为编码芯片电路;当控制按键操作时IC1第17脚输出相应的编码控制信号,产生高频脉冲调制信号发射出去。
图4,为遥控***接收及控制电路原理图。
图中,Q1、C1~C5及L1组成超再生接收电路,接收由发射器发出的控制信号;IC1运算放大器及***元件组成放大及整形电路,输出的信号进入IC2解码芯片电路,当IC2的地址编码A1~A8与发射器上IC1的地址编码A1~A8相同时,相应的数据输出端D1~D4就变为高电平输出,经过IC3与门逻辑控制电路驱动气阀控制电机M1和水量控制电机M2正反转,从而实现气阀和水阀量的调节。图中K1~K4为机构的限位开关。
Claims (2)
1.一种无线遥控式全自动燃气热水器,其特征在于:是由机械全齿轮传动减速装置,无线遥控发射器及遥控接收控制器组成;其中:
(1)遥控发射器电路是由编码芯片IC1,以及由三极管Q1,电容C1~C3及电感线圈L1组成的高频振荡及发射电路构成;IC1的17脚接高频振荡及发射电路的输入端,即通过电阻R2接Q1的基极,Q1发射极接地,C3的一端接Q1基极,C3的另一端通过电感L2接直流电源E正极,L1、C1、C2并联后一端接Q1集电极,而另一端接L2的一端;
(2)遥控接收控制器电路是由超再生接收电路,放大及整形电路,解码芯片电路,与门逻辑控制电路及电机构成;超再生接收电路的输出端接放大整形电路的输入端,放大整形电路的输出端接解码芯片电路的输入端,解码芯片电路的输出端接与门逻辑控制电路的输入端,与门逻辑控制电路的输出端接控制电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无线遥控式全自动燃气热水器,其特征在于:所述的遥控接收控制器电路中的超再生接收电路是由三极管Q1,电容C1~C5及电感线圈L1构成;放大及整形电路是由运算放大器IC1及***元件构成,其中IC1B的输出端通过电容C12接IC1A的正向输入端,IC1A的输出端接解码芯片电路中IC2的CP端,IC2的数据输出端D1~D4接IC3与门控制电路的输入端,与门控制电路的输出端接控制电机。
