Abstract

一种低噪音离心风扇风轮,由叶轮、叶片整体注成。在叶片的内端面处覆盖有一层消音层,即可大大降低用于窗式空调器上的离心风扇的噪音。消音层的材料为橡胶或泡沫塑料或化纤绒或软质PVC。覆盖方式可以是静电植绒或喷涂或粘接。 本实用新型的优点在于结构及工艺简单、降噪明显、成本低廉、适应性强。

Description

一种低噪音离心风扇风轮
本实用新型涉及离心风扇技术领域,特别是一种用于空调器的低噪音离心风扇风轮。
现有的窗式空调器使用的离心风扇,由叶轮和叶片构成的风轮是采用ABS工程塑料以注塑方法一次整体成型的。为了保证叶轮在高速旋转时有足够的刚性,叶轮的材料采用高强度塑料甚至是金属材料,故叶轮内端面硬度高。在高速旋转时,气流沿叶轮轴线方向进入叶轮,碰击叶轮内端面,产生很大的空气动力噪音。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构及工艺简单、降噪效果好的低噪音离心风扇风轮。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种低噪音离心风扇风轮,由叶轮和叶片组成,在叶轮圆周上均布有叶片,叶轮、叶片采用工程塑料或金属材料一次整体成型,在叶轮内端面处覆盖有消音层。所述消音层的材料是采用橡胶或泡沫塑料或化纤绒或软质PVC。在叶轮内端面基体上覆盖消音层的方式是采用静电植绒或喷涂或粘接。
当叶轮旋转时,空气经过集流器轴向吸入,然后转折90°角度沿着径向排出叶轮。在气流碰击叶轮内端面转折时,由于其内端面覆盖有消音层,叶轮内端对空气质点的撞击作用大大减弱了。与此同时,空气碰撞叶轮内端面而形成的涡流也因此而减弱,故能有效地降低空气动力噪音。
本实用新型的优点在于结构及工艺简单、降噪明显、成本低廉、适应性强。

通过下面实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细阐述。
实施例1:
参照图1、图2所示,窗式空调器用的离心风扇风轮1由叶轮2和叶片3组成,在叶轮2圆周上均布有若干。消音层5材料采用软质PVC,通过喷涂方法将其喷涂在叶轮基体4的内端面处。
实施例2:
参照图1、图2所示,叶轮2的基体材料为工程塑料或金属件,在其端面内侧通过粘接方法覆盖上一消音层5。消音层的材料采用橡胶片材或泡沫塑料片材。
实施例3:
参照图1、图2所示,叶轮2基体材料为工程塑料或金属材料,在叶轮2端面内侧基体4采用静电植绒方法将化纤绒植在其上,从而覆盖上一层消音层5。

Claims (3)

1、一种低噪音离心风扇风轮,由叶轮和叶片组成,在叶轮圆周上均布有叶片,叶轮、叶片采用工程塑料或金属材料一次整体成型,其特征在于在叶轮内端面处覆盖有消音层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的风轮,其特征在于所述消音层的材料为橡胶或泡沫塑料或化纤绒或软质PVC。
3、根据权利要求1所述的风轮,其特征在于消音层与叶轮基体的覆盖方式为静电植绒或喷涂或粘接。
