本实用新型公开了一种低压高温汽水两用锅炉,锅炉的外壳体与烟道构成外套夹层,并通过上下对流加热管与外套夹层固定联通在一起,烟道里,内吊胆和外套夹层上分别设有对流加热管,烟道的上方固定有环型过热器,锅炉炉排为圆、方拼块式,中间为方形活动炉排,炉排下面设有环型空气预热器的风圈,该圈下面连接进风筒,上面四根预热风管均匀分布,并与风圈垂直连通,再穿过外套夹层,喷嘴端互成90度角伸入燃烧室。

低压高温汽水两用锅炉
本实用新型涉及一种低压高温汽水两用锅炉。
传统的热工理论是“蒸汽压力与蒸汽温度成正比”,用户需用大于120℃的高温蒸汽,就需要提高锅炉蒸汽压力,购置高压锅炉,不但价格昂贵,而且使用维修费用很高,安全系数小,当前市场上出现的汽水两用锅炉体积大,结构不合理,燃烧方式落后、耗煤多、冒黑烟、升腾速度慢、产汽量小、效率低,而且不能产生和使用大于120℃的高温蒸汽。
本实用新型针对上述不足,提供一种体积小、传热面积大、无烟运行、节能环保均优于现有同类产品的、低压运行便可产出高温蒸汽的、新型低压高温汽水两用锅炉。
本实用新型的任务是按如下方式完成的:锅炉的外壳体与烟道构成外套夹层,内吊胆设置在燃烧室上方,并通过上对流加热管、下对流加热管与外套夹层固定联通在一起,在内吊胆的圆柱面上均匀分布有吊胆对流加热管,同样在外套夹层的内侧烟道里亦均匀分布有外套对流加热管,烟道的上方固定有环型过热器,锅炉炉排为圆、方拼块式,其中圆形拼块炉排与炉体固定在一起,中间为方形活动炉排,炉排下面设有环型空气预热器的风圈;所述的环型空气预热器的风圈下面连接有连接鼓风机的进风筒,上面四根预热风管均匀分布,并与风圈垂直连通,再穿过外套夹层,喷咀端互成90度角伸入燃烧室。运行时,燃烧室产生的大量热量,冲向上部内吊胆,内吊胆通过自身受热和吊胆对流加热管进行本体小循环;外套夹层亦通过自身受热和外套对流加热管进行本体小循环;内吊胆通过上下对流加热管同整体夹层内的炉水进行全方位大对流、大循环、进行热交换。
本实用新型由于采用环型空气预热器,可使经预热的空气从互成90度角的喷咀端,快速喷出,旋转送汽,向火焰中心强制加氧助燃,促使可燃气体进行充分混合,达到高温化合燃烧;又由于采用诸多对流加热管,加大了传热面积,使得热交换充分,极快地提高了锅炉蒸发速度,进一步提高了锅炉产汽量和工作效率,经多次循环、快速加热产生的大量饱和水蒸汽,上升到锅炉上部空间储汽室内;同时,采用环型过热器,往复连续加热,可将120℃的饱和蒸汽中的水分通过迅速裂解蒸发,而变成含有高热能的(180—300℃)过热蒸汽,并从过热管喷出,对用热单位进行服务,从而全部完成低压高温的工作程序。

参照附图1.2.3.4,外壳体[1]与烟道[2]构成外套夹层[5],内吊胆[6]设置在燃烧室[3]上方,并通过上对流加热管[7]、下对流加热管[8],与外套夹层[5]固定联通在一起,在内吊胆[6]的圆柱面上均匀分布有吊胆对流加热管[9],同样在外套夹层[5]的内侧烟道[2]里亦均匀分布有外套对流加热管[10],烟道[2]的上方固定有环型过热器[4],锅炉炉排[11]、[12]为圆、方拼块式,其中圆形拼块炉排[11]与炉体[1]固定在一起,中间为方形活动炉排[12],炉排下面设有环型空气预热器[13]的风圈[14];参照附图5,所述的环型空气预热器[13]的风圈[14]下面连接有连接鼓风机的进风筒[15],上面四根预热风管[16]均匀分布、并与风圈[14]垂直连通,再穿过外套夹层[5],喷咀端[17]互成90度角伸入燃烧室[3]。

1.一种低压高温汽水两用锅炉,它由外壳体[1]、烟道[2]、燃烧室[3]、环型过热器[4]构成,其特征在于:外壳体[1]与烟道[2]构成外套夹层[5],内吊胆[6]设置在燃烧室[3]上方,并通过上对流加热管[7]、下对流加热管[8],与外套夹层[5]固定联通在一起,在内吊胆[6]的圆柱面上均匀分布有吊胆对流加热管[9],同样在外套夹层[5]的内侧烟道[2]里亦均匀分布有外套对流加热管[10],烟道[2]的上方固定有环型过热器[4],锅炉炉排[11]、[12]为圆、方拼块式,其中圆形拼块炉排[11]与炉体[1]固定在一起,中间为方形活动炉排[12],炉排下面设有环型空气预热器[13]的风圈[14]。
2.如权利要求1所述的低压高温汽水两用锅炉,其特征在于:所述的的环型空气预热器[13]的风圈[14]下面连接有连接鼓风机的进风筒[15],上面四根预热风管[16]均匀分布、并与风圈[14]垂直连通,再穿过外套夹层[5],喷咀端[17]互成90度角伸入燃烧室[3]。
