It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that a disinfectant such as hypochlorous acid solution or ethanol solution is relatively volatile at higher temperatures. By providing the cooling unit 30, the utility model can effectively avoid overheat volatilization of the sterilizing liquid in the liquid containing cavity 101 caused by heat generated by movement of the vibration member 22.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the disinfection apparatus for a waste collection device further comprises a disinfection fluid supply assembly 40, said disinfection fluid supply assembly 40 being arranged, in one embodiment, to comprise a disinfection fluid supply conduit and a disinfection fluid supply pump communicating with said fluid chamber 101.
In another embodiment, the apparatus main body 10 includes an apparatus body 11 and a case 12, wherein the apparatus body 11 forms the liquid containing chamber 101 and an opening 103 communicating with the liquid containing chamber 101. The case 12 forms the mist outlet passage 102, and the case 12 is sealably covered with the opening 103 of the liquid containing chamber 101, so that the aerosol-like sterilizing liquid formed by the vibration of the vibration member 22 in the liquid containing chamber 101 can escape through the mist outlet passage 102.
Further, the tank 12 further forms a liquid filling chamber 1201, wherein a liquid filling port 1202 communicating with the liquid filling chamber 1201 is formed at the bottom of the tank 12.
In another embodiment, the disinfection liquid supply assembly 40 is provided with a movable valve member 41 and a pressure-pushing member 42. The movable valve member 41 includes a valve core 411, a valve rod 412, and a first elastic member 413, wherein the valve core 411 is disposed on the valve rod 412, the valve rod 412 is slidably disposed along a vertical direction through the liquid filling port 1202, and the first elastic member 413 is sleeved on the valve rod 412, so that the valve rod 412 keeps the valve core 411 sealing the liquid filling port 1202 under the action of the first elastic member 413.
The pressure pushing member 42 includes a first floating body 421 and a lever 422, wherein the first floating body 421 is disposed at one end of the lever 422, and a jack-up protrusion 4221 is disposed at the top of the other end of the lever 422. The lever 422 is rotatably mounted at a middle portion thereof to a boss 111 at the bottom of the liquid-holding chamber 101.
When the case 12 is closed to the opening 103, the bottom of the valve stem 412 is aligned with the jack-up protrusion 4221 at the end of the lever 422. Meanwhile, the portion of the case 12 corresponding to the first floating body 421 is hollowed out, so as to avoid interference to the movement of the first floating body 421.
When there is no liquid in the liquid containing chamber 101, the first floating body 421 will sink under the gravity of the first floating body, so as to drive the jack-up protrusion 4221 at the other end of the lever 422 to move upwards against the top of the valve rod 412, so that the valve rod 412 compresses the first elastic member 413, and the valve core 411 moves away from the liquid containing port 1202. In this way, the sterilizing liquid in the liquid filling chamber 1201 can flow to the liquid filling chamber 101 through the liquid filling port 1202, so that the vibration member 22 vibrates it to an aerosol state.
In this way, the movable valve member 41 and the pressure pushing member 42 can make the liquid containing chamber 1201 in the tank 12 continuously supply the sterilizing liquid into the liquid containing chamber 101.
Further, the sterilizing apparatus for a waste liquid collecting device further includes a dry heating prevention assembly 50 and a controller 60, wherein the driving member 21 of the atomizing assembly 20 is controllably connected to the controller 60.
The dry heating preventing assembly 50 includes a first butt joint terminal 51, a second butt joint terminal 52 and at least one floating member 53, wherein at least one part of the floating member 53 is disposed in the liquid containing cavity 101, at least another part of the floating member 53 is disposed outside the liquid containing cavity 101 in a spaced manner from the liquid containing cavity 101, the first butt joint terminal 51 is disposed on a portion of the floating member 53 located outside the liquid containing cavity 101, and the floating member 53 is disposed on the device body 10, preferably the device body 11, in a manner that the floating member 53 can slide to bring the first butt joint terminal 51 close to the second butt joint terminal 52 by being subjected to a predetermined buoyancy. The second docking terminal 52 is electrically connected to the controller 60.
In this way, when the amount of the disinfectant in the liquid containing cavity 101 reaches a preset value, the floating member 53 is floated, so as to drive the first docking terminal 51 to contact the second docking terminal 52, so that the controller 60 controls the circuit of the driving member 21 to keep smooth.
When the amount of the sterilizing liquid in the liquid containing chamber 101 is lower than the preset value, the floating member 53 cannot be floated by the liquid to a predetermined height, so that the first butt terminal 51 cannot contact the second butt terminal 52, and the controller 60 controls the circuit of the driving member 21 to be cut off, and thus the driving member 21 is stopped.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, in this way, the vibration member 22 can be driven to operate by the driving member 21 only when the amount of sterilizing liquid in the liquid containing chamber 101 reaches a preset value, thereby avoiding a circuit safety accident caused by dry vibration.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the floating member 53 includes a guide bar 531, a second floating body 532, a seal 533, and a second elastic member 534.
The guide bar 531 is slidably disposed at the bottom of the liquid containing chamber 101 in the vertical direction, and the sealing member 533 is disposed at the top of the guide bar 531 so that the bottom of the guide bar 531 is sealed with respect to the liquid containing chamber 101.
The second float 532 is disposed on top of the guide bar 531 and is held in the liquid holding chamber 101. The second elastic member 534 is sleeved on the bottom of the guide bar 531, and makes the guide bar 531 tend to move in a direction away from the liquid containing chamber 101. The first butt-joint terminal 51 is disposed at an upper edge of the bottom of the guide bar 531.
The second butt terminal 52 is arranged and held above the first butt terminal 51.
When the amount of the sterilizing liquid in the liquid containing chamber 101 reaches a preset value, the second floating body 532 is floated and can pull up the guide bar 531 against the elastic force of the second elastic member 534, so that the first butt terminal 51 at the bottom of the guide bar 531 can be in contact with the second butt terminal 52 held above it, thereby ensuring that the controller 60 controls the electric circuit of the vibration member 22 to maintain the energized state.
When the amount of the sterilizing liquid in the liquid containing chamber 101 is lower than the preset value, the buoyancy force received by the second floating body 532 cannot overcome the elastic force of the second elastic member 534 and cannot pull up the guide bar 531 upward, so that the first butt terminal 51 at the bottom of the guide bar 531 can be separated from the second butt terminal 52 held above it, thereby cutting off the circuit of the controller 60 controlling the vibration member 22.
Thus, only when a predetermined amount of the disinfectant is always held in the liquid containing chamber 101, the vibration member 22 can be kept in a normal operation state to form the disinfectant in an aerosol form.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, by such an arrangement, the vibration member 22 is prevented from vibrating in the air, and thus the occurrence of a safety accident can be effectively avoided.
Still further, the sterilizing apparatus for a waste liquid collecting device further includes an air guide hose 70, wherein one end of the air guide hose 70 is disposed to communicate with the mist outlet duct 102. The air guide hose 70 itself can be bent so that the other end of the air guide hose 70 can be inserted into the waste liquid collecting device 900 to be sterilized.
