Because the gun head 2 needs to be connected with the charging interface on the electric device, after the charging gun 110 is plugged in and pulled out for many times, the gun head 2 has the possibility of damage, the gun head 2 needs to be replaced, and in the process of replacing the gun head 2, external liquid can possibly enter the installation cavity 11, so that the components in the installation cavity 11 are damaged, the use of the charging gun 110 is affected, and the charging gun 110 has a large potential safety hazard.
In order to prevent external liquid from entering the installation cavity 11 during the process of replacing the gun head 2, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the charging gun 110 of the present application may further include a first sealing member 4, where the first sealing member 4 is sleeved on the periphery of the installation seat 3, and the first sealing member 4 is disposed between the inner wall surface of the gun body 1 (the wall surface of the gun body 1 surrounding the installation cavity 11) and the installation seat 3. The gap between the gun body 1 and the mounting seat 3 is sealed through the first sealing piece 4, the possibility that external liquid enters into the mounting cavity 11 from between the gun body 1 and the mounting seat 3 is reduced in the process of replacing the gun head 2, the operation of the charging gun 110 is more stable, and the potential safety hazard of the charging gun 110 is reduced.
The first sealing member 4 may be any structure capable of playing a sealing role, in an example, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first sealing member 4 may include a sealing ring, the first sealing member 4 may be sandwiched between an inner wall surface of the gun body 1 and the mounting seat 3, an outer side of the first sealing member 4 may abut against the inner wall surface of the gun body 1, and an inner side of the first sealing member 4 may abut against the mounting seat 3, so as to play a sealing role.
In other examples, the first seal 4 may be a bead of sealing glue or a sealing structural glue.
Referring to fig. 5, a first ring groove 32 may be provided on the mount 3, an exemplary first ring groove 32 may be provided on an outer circumferential wall of the mount 3, and the first seal 4 may be provided in the first ring groove 32. The first sealing element 4 is limited through the first annular groove 32, so that the possibility that the first sealing element 4 falls off from the mounting seat 3 is reduced, the possibility that the first sealing element 4 displaces relative to the mounting seat 3 is also reduced, and the sealing is more stable.
In order to fix the mounting seat 3, the mounting seat 3 may be connected with the gun body 1, referring to fig. 5, the charging gun 110 may further include a second threaded connector 6, a second through hole 33 is provided on the mounting seat 3, the second through hole 33 penetrates through two sides of the mounting seat 3, a second connecting hole 12 is provided on the gun body 1, a second threaded structure 121 is provided in the second connecting hole 12, and the second threaded connector 6 penetrates through the second through hole 33 and is in threaded connection with the second threaded structure 121. Through setting up second threaded connection spare 6, can realize the fixed connection between mount pad 3 and the rifle body 1, reduce the possibility that mount pad 3 drops from rifle body 1, make the connection between mount pad 3 and rifle body 1 more stable.
The second connection hole 12 provided with the second screw structure 121 may be any structure capable of being screw-coupled with the first screw coupling member 5. In one example, referring to fig. 5, the second connection hole 12 may be a light hole, the second screw structure 121 may be an internal screw sleeve, and the second screw structure 121 may be disposed in the second connection hole. In another example, the second connection hole 12 may be a threaded hole, and the second thread structure 121 is an internal thread structure of the threaded hole itself.
The number of the second threaded connectors 6 may be set according to the need, for example, in order to further enhance the stability of the connection between the mount 3 and the gun body 1, the second threaded connectors 6 may be provided in plurality, in this example, the second through holes 33 may be provided in plurality, the second threaded connectors 6 and the second through holes 33 may be provided in one-to-one correspondence, and each second threaded connector 6 passes through the corresponding second through hole 33 and is in threaded connection with the gun body 1.
The second threaded connector 6 may be any structure capable of connecting the mounting base 3 and the gun body 1, and the second through hole 33 may be any hole-like structure capable of being mounted in cooperation with the second threaded connector 6.
In one example, referring to fig. 5, the second screw connection 6 may include a second mounting portion 63 and a second screw portion 64, the second mounting portion 63 may have a cylindrical structure, the second screw portion 64 may have a screw rod, the second mounting portion 63 may have a diameter larger than that of the second screw portion 64, and one end of the second screw portion 64 is fixedly connected coaxially with the second mounting portion 63 and the other end passes through the second through hole 33 and is screw-connected with the gun body 1.
Referring to fig. 5, the second through hole 33 may be a stepped hole and include a third hole section 331 and a fourth hole section 332 that are communicated with each other, an inner diameter of the third hole section 331 is larger than an inner diameter of the fourth hole section 332, the fourth hole section 332 is located at a side of the third hole section 331 facing away from the gun head 2, a first stepped surface disposed toward the gun head 2 is formed at a junction of the third hole section 331 and the fourth hole section 332, and the first stepped surface is used for abutting with the second mounting portion 63. After the second screw 6 is screwed, the mount 3 is pressed against the gun body 1 by the abutting action between the second mount 63 and the first stepped surface.
In the above example, the third hole section 331 can accommodate the second mounting portion 63, so that the second threaded connection member 6 will not protrude out of the mounting seat 3 after being mounted, which reduces the space occupied by the second threaded connection member 6, makes the gap between the gun body 1 and the mounting seat 3 smaller, makes the structure of the charging gun 110 more compact, and reduces the size of the charging gun 110. The third hole 331 has a large space, and the third ring groove 62 is provided on the second mounting portion 63, so that the third seal 61 is provided between the second mounting portion 63 and the wall surface of the gun head 2 surrounding the third hole 331, thereby facilitating the mounting of the third seal 61.
In another example, the second threaded connection 6 may be a bolt, which includes a head portion and a rod portion, one end of the rod portion is fixedly connected to the head portion, the other end of the rod portion passes through the first through hole 22 to be in threaded connection with the gun body 1, the second through hole 33 may be a stepped hole and formed with a first stepped surface disposed toward the gun head 2, and the head portion of the bolt may press against the first stepped surface.
In another example, the second through hole 33 may be a straight hole, and the second threaded connection member 6 may be a bolt, and includes a head portion and a rod portion, the head portion of the bolt is located outside the second through hole 33, the head portion of the bolt presses the mounting seat 3 toward the wall surface of the gun head 2, one end of the rod portion is fixedly connected with the head portion, and the other end passes through the second through hole 33 to be in threaded connection with the gun body 1.
In order to prevent external liquid from entering the charging gun 110 from the second through hole 33, referring to fig. 5, a third sealing member 61 is disposed between the wall surface of the second through hole 33 surrounded by the mounting base 3 and the second threaded connecting member 6, and the third sealing member 61 is used for sealing a gap between the wall surface of the second through hole 33 surrounded by the mounting base 3 and the second threaded connecting member 6, so that the possibility that external liquid enters the charging gun 110 from the second through hole 33 is reduced.
In an example, referring to fig. 5, the third sealing member 61 may include a sealing ring, the third sealing member 61 may be sandwiched between a wall surface of the mounting seat 3 surrounding the second through hole 33 and the second threaded connection member 6, an outer side of the third sealing member 61 may abut against a wall surface of the mounting seat 3 surrounding the second through hole 33, and an inner side of the third sealing member 61 may abut against the second threaded connection member 6 to perform a sealing function.
In other examples, the third seal 61 may also be a bead of seal or a sealant.
In the example where the second screw members 6 are provided in plurality, one third sealing member 61 may be provided outside each of the second screw members 6.
After the second threaded connection 6 is installed, the third seal 61 may be disposed at any location within the second through bore 33, for example, in examples where the second through bore 33 includes a third bore section 331 and a fourth bore section 332, referring to fig. 5, the third seal 61 may be disposed within the third bore section 331. In other embodiments, the third seal 61 may also be disposed within the fourth bore section 332.
In order to restrict the movement of the third sealing member 61 with respect to the second screw coupling member 6, referring to fig. 5, a third ring groove 62 may be provided at a portion of the second screw coupling member 6 located in the second through hole 33, and the third sealing member 61 may be provided in the third ring groove 62. The third ring groove 62 is used for limiting the third sealing element 61, so that the third sealing element 61 can be stably arranged on the second threaded connecting piece 6, and the second threaded connecting piece 6 with the third sealing element 61 is convenient to install.
In an example in which the second screw 6 includes the second mounting portion 63 and the second screw portion 64, referring to fig. 5, the third ring groove 62 may be provided on the second mounting portion 63.
In order to fix the gun head 2, the gun head 2 may be connected with the mounting base 3, referring to fig. 5, the charging gun 110 may further include a first threaded connector 5, a first through hole 22 is provided on the gun head 2, the first through hole 22 penetrates through two sides of the gun head 2, a first connecting hole 34 is provided on the mounting base 3, a first threaded structure 341 is provided in the first connecting hole 34, and the first threaded connector 5 penetrates through the first through hole 22 and is in threaded connection with the first threaded structure 341. Through first threaded connection 5, can realize the fixed between rifle head 2 and mount pad 3, when needs change rifle head 2, demolish first threaded connection 5, alright realize the dismantlement to rifle head 2, the change and the dismouting of rifle head 2 of being convenient for.
The first connection hole 34 provided with the first screw structure 341 may be any structure that can be screwed with the first screw connector 5. In one example, referring to fig. 5, the first connection hole 34 may be a light hole, the first screw structure 341 may be an internal screw sleeve, and the first screw structure 341 may be disposed within the first connection hole 34. In another example, the first connection hole 34 may be a threaded hole, and the first thread structure 341 is an internal thread structure of the threaded hole itself.
The number of the first screw-threaded connectors 5 may be set according to the need, for example, in order to enhance the stability of the connection between the gun head 2 and the mount 3, the first screw-threaded connectors 5 may be provided in plurality, and in this example, the first through holes 22 and the first connection holes 34 may be provided in plurality, respectively, and each first screw-threaded connector 5 passes through the corresponding first through hole 22 and is screw-coupled with the corresponding first screw-threaded structure 341.
The first threaded connection 5 may be any structure capable of connecting the gun head 2 and the mounting base 3, and the first through hole 22 may be any hole-like structure capable of being mounted in cooperation with the first threaded connection 5.
In one example, referring to fig. 5, the first screw connection 5 may include a first mounting portion 53 and a first screw portion 54, the first mounting portion 53 may have a cylindrical structure, the first screw portion 54 may have a threaded rod, the diameter of the first mounting portion 53 may be greater than that of the first screw portion 54, and one end of the first screw portion 54 is fixedly connected coaxially with the first mounting portion 53, and the other end passes through the first through hole 22 and is screw-connected with the mount 3.
Referring to fig. 5, the first through hole 22 may be a stepped hole and include a first hole section 221 and a second hole section 222 which are communicated with each other, an inner diameter of the first hole section 221 is larger than an inner diameter of the second hole section 222, the first hole section 221 is located at one side of the second hole section 222 facing away from the mounting seat 3, a second stepped surface disposed facing away from the mounting seat 3 is formed at a junction of the first hole section 221 and the second hole section 222, and the second stepped surface is used for abutting with the first mounting portion 53. After the first screw 5 is screwed, the gun head 2 is pressed against the mount 3 by the abutting action between the first mount 53 and the second stepped surface.
In the above example, the first hole section 221 can accommodate the first mounting portion 53, so that the first threaded connection 5 does not protrude outside the gun head 2 after mounting, making the charging gun 110 more attractive. The space in the first hole section 221 is larger, and the second ring groove 52 is arranged on the first mounting part 53, so that the second sealing element 51 is arranged between the wall surface of the gun head 2 surrounding the first hole section 221 and the first mounting part 53, and the second sealing element 51 is convenient to mount.
In another example, the first threaded connection 5 may be a bolt, the bolt includes a head portion and a rod portion, one end of the rod portion is fixedly connected with the head portion, the other end of the rod portion passes through the first through hole 22 to be in threaded connection with the gun body 1, the first through hole 22 may be a stepped hole and is formed with a second stepped surface which is arranged away from the mounting seat 3, and after the first threaded connection 5 is mounted, the head portion of the bolt compresses the second stepped surface.
In another example, the first through hole 22 may be a straight hole, the first threaded connection 5 may be a bolt, and includes a head portion and a rod portion, the head portion of the bolt is located outside the first through hole 22, after the first threaded connection 5 is installed, the head portion of the bolt compresses the gun head 2 to face away from the wall surface of the mounting seat 3, one end of the rod portion is fixedly connected with the head portion, and the other end of the rod portion passes through the first through hole 22 to be in threaded connection with the mounting seat 3.
In order to prevent external liquid from entering between the gun head 2 and the mounting seat 3 from the first through hole 22, referring to fig. 5, a second sealing member 51 is arranged between the wall surface of the gun head 2 surrounding the first through hole 22 and the first threaded connecting member 5, and the second sealing member 51 is used for sealing a gap between the wall surface of the gun head 2 surrounding the first through hole 22 and the first threaded connecting member 5, so that the possibility that external liquid enters the mounting cavity 11 from the first through hole 22 is reduced.
The second sealing member 51 may be any structure capable of playing a sealing role, in an example, referring to fig. 5, the second sealing member 51 may include a sealing ring, the second sealing member 51 may be sandwiched between a wall surface of the gun head 2 surrounding the first through hole 22 and the first threaded connection 5, an outer side of the second sealing member 51 may abut against a wall surface of the gun head 2 surrounding the first through hole 22, and an inner side of the second sealing member 51 may abut against the first threaded connection 5.
In other examples, the second seal 51 may also be a bead of sealant or a sealant.
In the example where the first screw 5 is provided in plurality, one second sealing member 51 may be provided outside each first screw 5.
After the first threaded connection 5 is installed, the second seal 51 may be disposed at any location within the first through bore 22, for example, referring to fig. 5, in an example where the first through bore 22 includes a first bore section 221 and a second bore section 222, the second seal 51 may be disposed within the first bore section 221. In other examples, the second seal 51 may also be disposed within the second bore section 222.
In order to restrict the movement of the second sealing member 51 with respect to the first screw-type coupling member 5, referring to fig. 5, a portion of the first screw-type coupling member 5 located in the first through hole 22 is provided with a second ring groove 52, and the second sealing member 51 may be disposed in the second ring groove 52. The second sealing element 51 is limited through the second annular groove 52, so that the second sealing element 51 can be stably arranged on the first threaded connecting piece 5, and the first threaded connecting piece 5 with the second sealing element 51 is convenient to install.
In an example in which the first screw 5 includes the first mounting portion 53 and the first screw portion 54, referring to fig. 5, the second ring groove 52 may be provided on the first mounting portion 53.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 illustrates a partial cross-sectional view of the charging gun 110 after the gun head 2 and the mount 3 are mounted, since a gap 27 is formed between the gun head 2 and the mount 3, when external liquid enters between the gun head 2 and the mount 3, the liquid passes through the gap 27 and contacts the terminal 31, which affects the normal operation of the terminal 31, for example, the external liquid contacts the positive power terminal 311 and the negative power terminal 311 at the same time, which causes the short circuit of the positive power terminal 311 and the negative power terminal 311, or the external liquid corrodes the terminal 31, etc.
In order to reduce the influence of external liquid on the terminal 31, referring to fig. 6, the periphery of the terminal 31 may be surrounded by a fourth sealing member 35, where the fourth sealing member 35 is disposed in the gap 27 between the gun head 2 and the mounting seat 3, and the fourth sealing member 35 can form a seal around the terminal 31, so as to play a role in blocking the liquid flowing into the gap 27, reduce the possibility that the liquid entering between the gun head 2 and the mounting seat 3 passes through the gap 27 and then contacts the terminal 31, and play a role in secondarily protecting the terminal 31 when other sealing structures fail.
In the example where the plurality of terminals 31 are provided, the fourth seal 35 may be provided on the outer periphery of each terminal 31, or the fourth seal 35 may be provided on the outer periphery of a part (one or more) of the terminals 31.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, a fourth seal 35 is provided on the periphery of each power terminal 311 to seal the periphery of each power terminal 311 from liquid contact with the plurality of power terminals 311 (e.g., positive power terminal 311 and negative power terminal 311), reducing the likelihood of shorting between the plurality of power terminals 311. In other embodiments, a fourth seal 35 may also be provided around the periphery of each signal terminal 312 to reduce the likelihood that the signal terminals 312 will be affected by the liquid and not function properly.
The fourth sealing member 35 may be provided around the terminal 31 to be protected, and may have a sealing function, and the installation position and the installation manner of the fourth sealing member 35 may be adaptively adjusted according to the structure of the gun head 2 and the structure of the mounting seat 3.
The structure of the gun head 2 may be various, and referring to fig. 6 and 7, fig. 7 illustrates the structure of the gun head 2 by way of example, the gun head 2 may include a housing 23 and a first wall 24, the first wall 24 is disposed on a side of the housing 23 facing the mounting seat 3 and extends toward the mounting seat 3, and the first wall 24 surrounds the periphery of the insertion hole 21, that is, the first wall 24 surrounds the periphery of the terminal 31. The first wall 24 may be a circular annular wall, an annular boss, or a circular plate, and the number of the first wall 24 may be the same as the number of the terminals 31 to be protected (the terminals 31 whose periphery is required to be provided with the fourth seal 35).
The structure of the mount 3 may be various, and referring to fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 illustrates the structure of the mount 3 by way of example, and fig. 9 is an enlarged view of a portion B in fig. 8, the mount 3 may include a mounting plate 36 and a second wall 37, the second wall 37 being disposed at a side of the mounting plate 36 facing the gun head 2 (see fig. 6) and extending toward the gun head 2, the second wall 37 surrounding the periphery of the terminal 31. The second walls 37 may be circular walls, annular bosses or annular plates, and the number of the second walls 37 may be the same as the number of the terminals 31 to be protected (the terminals 31 whose periphery is required to be provided with the fourth sealing member 35), that is, the number of the second walls 37 may be the same as the number of the first walls 24, and the first walls 24 and the second walls 37 are provided in one-to-one correspondence.
In one embodiment, referring back to fig. 6, the first wall 24 and the second wall 37 are wrapped around one another, forming a gap 27 between the first wall 24 and the second wall 37, and a fourth seal 35 is disposed between the first wall 24 and the second wall 37. By way of example, referring to fig. 6, it may be that the first wall 24 surrounds the periphery of the second wall 37. In other examples, the second wall 37 may surround the periphery of the first wall 24.
In an example where the first wall 24 surrounds the second wall 37 (see fig. 6 (and fig. 9 may be combined), a fourth ring groove 371 may be disposed on the second wall 37, and the fourth seal 35 may be disposed in the fourth ring groove 371, so as to limit the fourth seal 35, reduce the possibility of moving the fourth seal 35 relative to the second wall 37, and also facilitate installation of the fourth seal 35, and prevent the fourth seal 35 from falling off from the second wall 37.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 illustrates an example of a configuration in which the first wall 24 is disposed opposite the second wall 37, in which case a gap 27 is formed between an end of the first wall 24 facing away from the housing 23 and an end of the second wall 37 facing away from the mounting plate 36, and a fourth seal 35 may be disposed between an end of the first wall 24 and an end of the second wall 37.
In other embodiments, the mounting base 3 may not include the second wall 37, the side of the mounting base 3 facing the gun body 1 may form a first wall surface, and the fourth seal 35 may be disposed between the end of the first wall 24 facing away from the housing 23 and the first wall surface.
In other embodiments, the gun head 2 may not include the first wall 24, the side of the gun body 1 facing the mount 3 forms the second wall, the mount 3 may not include the second wall 37, the side of the mount 3 facing the gun body 1 forms the first wall, and the fourth seal 35 is disposed between the first wall and the second wall.
The fourth sealing member 35 may be any structure capable of performing a sealing function, and in one example, referring back to fig. 6, the fourth sealing member 35 may include a sealing ring, the fourth sealing member 35 may be sandwiched between the first wall 24 and the second wall 37, the outer side of the fourth sealing member 35 may abut against the first wall 24, and the inner side of the fourth sealing member 35 may abut against the second wall 37, so as to perform a sealing function.
In other examples, the fourth seal 35 may also be a gum cover, a glue strip, or a sealing structure glue.
In order to prevent liquid from entering the charging gun 110 from the jack 21, referring to fig. 6, a first sealing ring 313 may be disposed between the wall surface of the jack 21 surrounded by the gun head 2 and the terminal 31, the first sealing ring 313 is sleeved outside the terminal 31, the inner side of the first sealing ring 313 abuts against the terminal 31, the outer side of the first sealing ring 313 abuts against the wall surface of the jack 21 surrounded by the gun head 2, and a gap between the peripheral wall of the jack 21 and the terminal 31 is sealed by the first sealing ring 313, so that the possibility that liquid enters the mounting cavity 11 from the jack 21 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 6, a second sealing ring 314 may be disposed between the wall surface of the mounting seat 3 surrounding the mounting hole 38 and the terminal 31, the second sealing ring 314 is sleeved outside the terminal 31, the inner side of the second sealing ring 314 abuts against the terminal 31, the outer side of the first sealing ring 313 abuts against the wall surface of the gun head 2 surrounding the jack 21, and the gap between the peripheral wall of the mounting hole 38 and the terminal 31 is sealed by the second sealing ring 314, so that the possibility that liquid is charged from the mounting hole 38 into the gun 110 is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the signal terminal 312 may be fixed to the mount 3 with one end protruding into the insertion hole 21. Referring to fig. 6, the power terminal 311 may include a first portion 3111 and a second portion 3112, the first portion 3111 being connected to the gun head 2, the second portion 3112 being connected to the mounting 3, i.e. the first portion 3111 is replaced together when the gun head 2 is replaced. Wherein the first portion 3111 and the second portion 3112 are cooperatively connected, in one example, referring to fig. 6, an end of the first portion 3111 facing the mount 3 is provided with a recess 3113, and the second portion 3112 is inserted within the recess 3113. In another example, the end of the second portion 3112 facing the gun head 2 is provided with a groove 3113, and the first portion 3111 is inserted within the groove 3113.
Referring to fig. 6, in an example in which the mount 3 includes the second wall 37, the second wall 37 may surround the outer periphery of the first portion 3111 and the second portion 3112.
Referring to fig. 6, in an example in which the terminal 31 is externally coated with the first seal ring 313 and the second seal ring 314, the first seal ring 313 on the power terminal 311 may be externally coated with the first portion 3111, and the second seal ring 314 on the power terminal 311 may be externally coated with the second portion 3112.

1. A charging gun, comprising:
the gun body is internally provided with an installation cavity;
the gun head is arranged on the gun body and is provided with an inserting hole;
The mounting seat is at least partially arranged in the mounting cavity, a terminal is arranged on the mounting seat, and the terminal stretches into the jack;
The first sealing piece is sleeved on the periphery of the mounting seat and is arranged between the inner wall surface of the gun body and the mounting seat.
2. The charging gun of claim 1, wherein the mounting base is provided with a first annular groove, and the first seal is disposed in the first annular groove.
3. The charging gun of claim 1, wherein the first seal comprises a seal ring.

The charging gun according to claim 1, further comprising a first threaded connector, wherein a first through hole is formed in the gun head, a first connecting hole is formed in the mounting seat, a first threaded structure is arranged in the first connecting hole, the first threaded connector penetrates through the first through hole and is in threaded connection with the first threaded structure, and a second sealing member is arranged between the wall surface of the first through hole and the first threaded connector in a surrounding mode of the gun head.
5. The charging gun of claim 4, wherein a portion of the first threaded connection within the first through bore is provided with a second annular groove, the second seal comprising a sealing ring, the second seal being disposed within the second annular groove.

The charging gun according to claim 5, wherein the first through hole comprises a first hole section and a second hole section which are communicated with each other, the inner diameter of the first hole section is larger than the inner diameter of the second hole section, the first hole section is arranged on one side of the mounting seat of the second hole Duan Beili,
The first threaded connecting piece comprises a first mounting portion and a first threaded portion, the first mounting portion is arranged in the first hole section, one end of the first threaded portion is connected with the first mounting portion, the other end of the first threaded portion penetrates through the second hole section and is in threaded connection with the first threaded structure, and the second annular groove is formed in the first mounting portion.
