In the illustrated embodiment, the slider 14 includes a slider 141 and a push rod 142 fixed to the slider 141, the retaining groove 149 is provided on the slider 141, and the push rod 142 is in abutting engagement with the tool holder 22. In this way, the slider 141 and the push rod 142 are separately manufactured and then fixed together, so that the manufacturing is easier. The push rod 142 may be fixed to the slider 141 by a fastener (e.g., a screw), but is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the slide 141 and the push rod 142 are integrally formed.
The cup holder 12 is provided with a limiting plate 129, the push rod 142 penetrates through the limiting plate 129, the push rod 142 is provided with a clamping ring 143, and the first elastic piece 16 is sleeved on the push rod 142 and is located between the limiting plate 129 and the clamping ring 143. Through setting up limiting plate 129, can be better spacing to push rod 142, through setting up snap ring 143, first elastic component 16 is through supporting to press in snap ring 143 to apply radial inward elastic force to push rod 142, and overall structure is simple, reliable. In the illustrated embodiment, the push rod 142 is provided with a clamping groove (not labeled), and the clamping ring 143 is clamped in the clamping groove.
The pushing member 30 is provided with a sliding groove 39, the sliding groove 39 is internally provided with a cutter removing member 33 and a third elastic member 34, the third elastic member 34 applies an elastic force to the cutter removing member 33 in a radial outward direction, and when the cutter removing member 33 is forced to compress the third elastic member 34 in a radial inward direction and move, the locking tongue 31 can be urged to move downwards and separate from the retaining groove 149. When the catch 31 is disengaged from the retaining groove 149, the pusher 30 can be moved from the operative position to the removal position, at which time the blender blade assembly 20 is removed. Thus, after the use of the food processor 100 is completed, the user can detach the stirring blade assembly 20 by pressing the detaching blade 33 to clean the stirring blade assembly. The third elastic member 34 may be a spring, an elastic rubber member, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The blade 33 has a driving surface 333 which acts on the catch 31. The driving surface 221 is pressed against the clamping tongue 31, so that the clamping tongue 31 can be driven to move downwards when the cutter removing piece 33 is pressed or pushed to move, and the structure is simple. The driving surface 333 may be an inclined surface or an arc surface, and is not limited thereto.
The pushing member 30 is provided with an operation portion 31, the cup holder 12 is provided with a notch 122 matching with the operation portion 31, and the chute 39 is provided on the operation portion 31 and penetrates through the outer side surface of the operation portion 31. In this way, the user can operate the pusher 30 and the cutter removing member 33 conveniently. When the pushing member 30 is in the working position, the outer side surface of the operating portion 31 is flush with the outer surface of the cup holder 12.
The cutter removing member 33 includes a pressing portion 331 located outside the slide groove 39. Thus, the user can press the detachable blade 33 by the pressing portion 331.
The bottom of the cup holder 12 is provided with a groove 123 and a pressing plate 124 covering the groove 123, and the pressing plate 124 limits the pushing member 30 in the groove 123. In assembly, the pushing member 30 is placed in the groove 123, and then the pressing plate 124 is fixed to the cup holder 12, so that the pushing member 30 can be reliably limited. The pressure plate 124 may be secured to the cup holder 12 by fasteners (e.g., screws).
A fourth elastic member 34 is disposed between the pushing member 30 and the inner wall of the groove 123. When the latch 31 moves downward and is separated from the retaining groove 149, the pushing member 30 can move from the working position to the removing position under the elastic force of the fourth elastic member 34, so that the stirring blade assembly 20 can be removed more conveniently for cleaning. The fourth elastic member 34 may be a spring, an elastic rubber member, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the application is not intended to be limiting, but rather to enable any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement or the like to be made within the spirit and principles of the application.
