When the first needle 20 moves downwards, the needle 20 moves downwards from the thread hooking groove 102 and then upwards, and the thread end of the upper thread passes through the thread hooking groove 102 downwards and is pulled out upwards by combining with the thread hooking of the rotating shuttle. When the needle 20 moves up to a certain position, the thread cutting driving source drives the movable cutter body 10 to continuously rotate backwards, so that the stitch-lifting and passing needle groove 103 moves to the position right below the needle 20 in the sewing machine, and meanwhile, the first cutter thread clamping part 101 contacts with the thread clamping piece 40 to clamp the upper thread head. The sewing machine starts to sew the second needle, the needle 20 moves downwards from the starting and passing needle groove 103 and then moves upwards, the upper thread and the lower thread are interwoven to form a thread knot, and the lower thread can be separated from the starting and passing needle groove 103. After the stitch setting is performed, the movable cutter body 10 is driven by the thread cutting driving source to continue to rotate backwards until the shared thread cutting edge 104 is meshed with the fixed cutter 30, thread ends of the thread are cut, the cut thread ends of the thread are sucked away by the air suction pipe, and the thread ends of the thread are prevented from being wound on the rotating shuttle or the stitch again. The wire cutting driving source drives the movable cutter body 10 to rotate forwards and reset.
3. Needle 20 is again moved down and the stitch is normally formed.
4. When the sewing is finished and the thread is cut, the thread cutting driving source drives the movable cutter body 10 to rotate backwards, and the thread cutting tip 109 firstly penetrates through the upper thread loop; as the movable cutter body 10 continues to rotate backward, the bottom thread and the upper thread cut on one side slide into the thread dividing groove 107, and then the bottom thread and the upper thread are accommodated in the post-sewing thread accommodating groove 108; when the common cutting edge 104 is engaged with the stationary knife 30, the upper thread and the lower thread are cut. The wire cutting driving source drives the movable cutter body 10 to rotate forwards and reset.
