Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a first embodiment of the present utility model provides a dish washer 100 for washing flexible dishes 200, which includes a housing 2, a water reservoir 5, and an agitation assembly 4. The housing 2 is provided with a first cavity 21, and an opening end of the first cavity 21 is formed by an opening at the top of the housing 2. The water storage barrel 5 is arranged in the first cavity 21 in the shell 2 and is used for containing cleaning liquid and flexible bowls 200 to be cleaned, and a certain gap is reserved between the outer wall of the water storage barrel 5 and the inner wall of the first cavity 21, so that vibration can be absorbed, and noise is reduced. It will be appreciated that the cleaning solution may be water or a mixture of water and other cleaning agents such as a detergent. The water storage barrel 5 is internally provided with a second cavity 51. The opening direction of the second cavity 51 is the same as the opening direction of the first cavity 21. In this way, by arranging the stirring component 4 in the water storage barrel 5, the stirring component 4 is used for stirring the cleaning liquid to generate fluid motion, so as to drive the flexible bowl 200 placed in the water storage barrel 5 to do rolling motion on one hand and rotary motion along the inner wall of the water storage barrel 5 on the other hand; unlike the conventional spray rinsing method and ultrasonic cleaning method of the dishwasher 100, the flexible dishes 200 to be cleaned are tumbled and rotated in the dishwasher 100 along with the agitated cleaning liquid, and the flexible dishes 200 are cleaned, thus greatly improving the cleaning effect of the flexible dishes 200.
Further, a wiper assembly 3 is also provided within the dishwasher 100. The wiping assembly 3 is arranged in the second cavity 51 in the water storage barrel 5 and is used for wiping the surface of the flexible bowl 200. In this manner, the cleaning solution, which is stirred by the wiping member 3, causes the flexible dishes 200 to be cleaned to tumble and rotate in the dishwasher 100, and the wiping member 3 wipes the flexible dishes 200 to be cleaned, thus further improving the cleaning effect of the flexible dishes 200.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in a first embodiment, a part of the wiping component 3 is rigidly connected to the inner wall of the water storage barrel 5, and a part of the wiping component is flexibly connected to the middle part of the water storage barrel 5. It will be appreciated that the wiping assembly 3 may be all rigidly attached to the inner wall of the water reservoir 5, or that the wiping assembly 3 may be all flexibly attached within the water reservoir 5. The different connection modes are configured, when the flexible bowl 200 is cleaned, the side wall of the flexible bowl 200 can be cleaned by wiping with different forces, under the action of the rotation power provided by the stirring assembly 4, the cleaning liquid drives the flexible bowl 200 to do rotation motion along the inner wall of the water storage barrel 5, the flexible bowl 200 collides with the wiping assembly 3 which is arranged in the water storage barrel 5 in a static manner under the action of centrifugal force, so that the wiping assembly 3 can wipe dirt on the surface of the flexible bowl 200 out, and the surface of the flexible bowl 200 is cleaner.
Further, referring to FIG. 3, some flexible bowls 200 are in use; some flexible bowls 200 are in an inverted state with the inner wall 201 (i.e., the side that contacts the food) turned out. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the flexible bowl 200 is defined as a first state when in use (i.e., when the inner wall 201 of the flexible toy is holding food), and the flexible bowl 200 is defined as a second state when the inner wall 201 is turned upside down, as shown in fig. 10. When the flexible bowl 200 is in the second state, the inner wall 201 of the whole flexible bowl 200 is turned outwards, the outer wall 202 is folded inwards, and the bowl mouth edge 204 is closed towards the bottom 203 of the flexible bowl. In the second state of the flexible bowl 200, the entire inner wall 201 is turned out, making it easier for the wiping element 3 to contact the wiping. In this way, the wiping assembly 3 is more convenient for cleaning dirt remaining on the inner wall of the flexible dishes 200.
Further, in actual use, there may be a plurality of flexible bowls 200 within the water storage tub 5, each flexible bowl 200 having a different size and weight, and being longitudinally distributed at different heights within the water storage tub 5. As an optimization, in this embodiment, a plurality of wiping assemblies 3 are respectively disposed at different heights in the water storage tank 5. Thus, the flexible bowls 200 distributed on different height layers can be cleaned by the wiping component 3 at the same time, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, in the first embodiment, the wiping component 3 includes a connecting member 31, a wiping member body 32 fixed to the connecting member 31, and a cleaning sleeve 33 movably disposed on a surface of the wiping member body 32. In this embodiment, the connecting member 31 is disposed at one end of the wiper body 32, and the wiper body 32 is a cylinder with a large middle diameter and a small two-end diameter, similar to a spindle. In particular, the interior cavity of the cleaning sleeve 33 is adapted to the contour of the wiper body 32. The cleaning sleeve 33 is made of a material with a certain elasticity. Such as silicone rubber, etc. When the cleaning sleeve 33 is sleeved on the wiper body 32, the cleaning sleeve 33 is tightly covered on the surface of the wiper body 32 by elastic materials, so that the cleaning sleeve is not easy to fall off during cleaning and wiping.
Further, in order to enhance the cleaning effect, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a plurality of wiping heads 34 are provided on the outer surface of the cleaning sleeve 33 at intervals. The wiping head 34 is cylindrical and protrudes from the outer surface of the cleaning sleeve 33. So that the surface of the cleaning sleeve 33 is formed in a staggered manner. This increases the frictional force of the cleaning sleeve 33 to wipe the flexible bowl 200. In actual manufacturing, the wiping head 34 and the cleaning sleeve 33 can be integrally injection molded, and the production is efficient and convenient.
Further, in order to facilitate the installation and fixing of the connecting member 31, in this embodiment, as an implementation manner, a connecting hole 311 is provided in the middle of the connecting member 31, and each of the wiping members 3 is connected to the inner wall of the water storage barrel 5 through the connecting hole 311. In particular, the wiping component 3 can be arranged at different heights in the water storage barrel 5 by matching the connecting holes through flexible components 8 (such as ropes, belts and other objects with certain elasticity) or rigid components (such as screws) and the like, so that the wiping component is convenient to install and easy to replace.
In the practical use process, the material of the wiping component 3 can be selected from one or a combination of scouring pad, steel wire, sponge, brush, bamboo fiber and the like.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the agitation assembly 4 is an impeller 40. The impeller 40 is disposed at the bottom of the water storage tub 5 and is rotatable. Typically, the impeller 40 is coupled to a power element, such as a motor (not shown). The power provided by the motor is supplied to the impeller 40, thereby driving the impeller 40 to rotate. In this embodiment, the impeller 40 is disc-shaped, the upper surface of the impeller 40 is convexly provided with a plurality of protruding ribs 41, the protruding ribs 41 are radially distributed on the surface of the impeller 4, a concave surface 42 recessed downwards is formed between the protruding ribs 41, and by arranging the impeller 40, when the impeller 40 is driven to rotate, the cleaning solution in the water storage barrel 5 can be stirred, so that the surface of the flexible bowl 200 can be cleaned better.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a water inlet pipe 6 and a water outlet pipe 7 are further provided on the dishwasher 100 for more convenient use and operation. By way of example only, the inlet pipe 6 extends from the upper opening of the water storage tub 5 and can introduce liquid for cleaning into the water storage tub 5. After the cleaning is completed, the cleaning liquid is discharged through a drain pipe 7 provided at the bottom of the water storage tub 5. Therefore, automatic cleaning liquid introduction and discharging are easy to realize, and time and labor are saved.
Further, referring to fig. 2, in order to prevent the cleaning solution from being splashed out of the water storage tub 5 due to agitation during cleaning of the flexible bowl 200 and to reduce noise generated during operation of the dishwasher 100, a cover 1 for covering the water storage tub 5 is provided at the top of the housing 2. Specifically, the cover 1 may be configured to be opened and closed in a sliding manner, or may be configured to be rotatably connected to the top of the housing 2 at one side, and to be turned over and opened and closed by taking one side as a rotating shaft. Furthermore, in some embodiments, at least part of the wiping assembly is connected to the cover 1 by means of a flexible member 8, such that the wiping assembly 3 is layered in a second cavity 51 within the water storage tub 5, wiping flexible bowls 200 distributed at different depths. After opening the closure 1, the wiping assembly 3 can be replaced, which is easy to maintain. The flexible element 8 here is preferably an object with a certain flexibility, such as a rope, a belt or the like.
Example two
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in comparison with the first embodiment, the agitating member of the second embodiment is different in constitution, the installation position of the wiper member is adjusted, and the installation position of the impeller is changed.
Specifically, the agitation assembly 4 includes a rotary tub 9 and an impeller 40 in the second embodiment. The rotary barrel 9 is arranged in a first cavity 21 in the water storage barrel 5. The rotating tub 9 has a third cavity 91. The opening direction of the third cavity 91 is the same as the opening direction of the second cavity 51, and a certain gap is formed between the outer side of the barrel wall of the rotary barrel 9 and the inner wall of the second cavity 51. When the power element (such as a motor and the like) drives the rotary barrel 9 to rotate, the rotary barrel 9 generates a rotary force to the cleaning liquid in the rotary barrel, and the cleaning liquid can be stirred, so that the flexible bowl 200 can be cleaned; after the flexible bowl 200 is washed, the rotary barrel 9 can apply a centrifugal force to the flexible bowl 200, so that the flexible bowl clings to the inner wall of the rotary barrel and generates an extrusion effect, and meanwhile, the wiping component 3 rotates along with the rotary barrel 9, so that the cleaning liquid remained on the cleaned flexible bowl 200 is better drained, the drying speed of the flexible bowl 200 is accelerated, and the cleanliness of the flexible bowl 200 is further ensured.
The impeller 40 is provided at the bottom of the rotary tub 9. The impeller 40 is driven to rotate by a power element such as a motor, and in particular, the impeller 40 rotates about its geometric center line.
The wiping assembly 3 is arranged in the rotary tub 9. Part of the wiping element is attached to the inner wall of the rotatable tub 9 by means of a rigid member, such as a screw. Part of the wiping element is attached to the inner wall of the rotatable tub 9 by means of a flexible member 8, such as a rope, a belt or the like, which has a certain flexibility. A plurality of wiping members 3 are distributed at different heights of the rotatable tub 9, i.e. the wiping members 3 are layered in the third cavity 91.
During cleaning, the wiping component 3 rotates along with the rotary barrel 9, so that a circumferential force for wiping the flexible bowl 200 is increased, and the cleaning effect is better. When the cleaning component 3 and the flexible bowl 200 are dried, a speed difference exists, and at the moment, the cleaning component 3 can better clean the residual cleaning liquid on the flexible bowl 200, so that the drying efficiency is greatly improved.
Further, in the present embodiment, as an example, a water inlet pipe 6 is provided at a gap between the water storage tub 5 and the rotary tub 9, and a water outlet pipe 7 is provided at a bottom of the water storage tub 5.
It will be appreciated that the water storage tanks in the first and second embodiments are vertically arranged, and that it is also possible to arrange the water storage tanks obliquely and horizontally.
Similar to the second embodiment, the dishwasher of the second embodiment may also be provided with a cover to which a wiper assembly may be attached to clean and wipe the flexible bowl 200. For these matters, reference is made to the description of the first embodiment. That is, in various embodiments, the wiper assembly may be connected to the water storage tub, the rotating tub, and/or the cover, depending on the design.
The detailed construction of the dishwasher is described above by way of example, while a different dishwashing method is also provided. In the method, the stirring component 4 is used for stirring the cleaning liquid in the water storage barrel 5 to generate fluid motion so as to drive the flexible bowl 200 to be cleaned which is placed in the water storage barrel 5 to do rolling motion on one hand and rotary motion along the inner wall of the water storage barrel 5 on the other hand; meanwhile, the wiping assembly 3 wipes the flexible bowl 200 to be cleaned, so that the cleaning effect of cleaning the flexible bowl 200 is greatly improved. Alternatively, the cleaning method is particularly suited for cleaning flexible dishes 200 that are turned outside (see fig. 8 and 9), where the rim 204 of the bowl is closed from the outside to the bottom 203 of the flexible bowl, and where the outer wall 202 of the flexible bowl 200 is closed inwardly, such that the flexible bowl 200 is in a turned-over state with the inner wall 201 (i.e., the side that is in contact with food) turned outside. The inner wall 201 of the flexible bowl 200 is more conveniently wiped in contact with the wiping assembly 3 in the everted state. In this way, the wiping assembly 3 is more convenient for cleaning dirt remaining on the inner wall of the flexible dishes 200.
