The lamp as claimed in claim 8, wherein the heat dissipating plate is divided into a front part, a middle part and a rear part, wherein the LED lamp panel is disposed at the front part of the heat dissipating plate, and the front part of the heat dissipating plate is attached to the back surface of the LED lamp panel and extends to the upper surface of the light emitting sheet along the back surface of the LED lamp panel, the middle part of the heat dissipating plate is attached to the upper surface of the light emitting sheet, and the rear part of the heat dissipating plate extends downward along the rear side of the light emitting part and is attached to the rear sides of the light guiding plate and the diffusion sheet in sequence.

The lamp as claimed in claim 7, wherein the base is provided with a main control board and a control panel, the first control circuit is arranged on the main control board, the main control board is further provided with a second control circuit for controlling the lamp body to work, and the first control circuit and the second control circuit are arranged in parallel; the control panel is connected with the main control board and used for controlling the opening and closing and working modes of the luminous lamp post and/or the lamp body.
