Description

Adjustable cervical anterior operation position placing device
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to an adjustable cervical anterior operation posture placing device.
Background
The placement of the surgical position is one of the keys related to the smoothness of a surgery, and the surgical position ensures that the position is well fixed, the surgical field is fully exposed, and complications caused by the compression of skin, tissues and the like are avoided. The anterior cervical surgery is an effective surgery for treating spinal cervical spondylosis, the cervical vertebral body is adjacent to the esophagus and the trachea, the peripheral vascular nerves are rich, the tissue structure is complex, and therefore, the anterior cervical surgery requires full exposure of the surgical field, firm fixation of the body position and higher requirement on the body position.
When the anterior cervical surgery is started, the cervical vertebra should be in proper backward extension, the lower jaw is lifted, the front of the cervical intervertebral disc is opened, so as to be beneficial to the surgical operations such as intervertebral disc/vertebral body excision and the like; the later half stage of the operation usually needs implantation of the interbody fusion cage and internal fixation of the steel plate screws, and at the moment, the cervical vertebra of the patient needs to recover to a neutral position, even a proper buckling position, so as to clamp and fix the implanted interbody fusion cage, and recover the normal physiological curvature of the cervical vertebra.
Aiming at the requirements, the prior cervical vertebra anterior operation body position placing operation or various body position placing apparatuses and devices are usually temporarily rolled into a cylindrical bolster or a fixed cotton round bolster by using a cloth roll; for partial patients, such as cervical vertebra injury, fracture dislocation, serious cervical canal stenosis and the like, the head needs to be stably fixed; two sand bags are usually used for filling two sides of the head so as to prevent the head of the patient from shaking after anesthesia; medical tapes are sometimes used to secure the head of a patient.
The above operations generally have the following disadvantages: 1. the sand bag is easy to move, and the fixation of the head of the patient is unstable, so that the head of the patient moves to cause secondary injury; 2. the curvature and the deformation strength of the cylindrical transverse cushion rolled by the surgical drape after the neck cannot be ensured, so that the cervical vertebra stretching angle cannot be maintained in the procedure, the height needs to be adjusted repeatedly, the pre-operation preparation time is prolonged, the cervical vertebra cannot be fully contacted with the neck, the cervical vertebra is not pressed uniformly, the cervical vertebra is easy to move relatively during the operation, and the body position of the cervical vertebra cannot be adjusted during the operation; 3. when a patient lies on the bed for treatment, the leg and the chest position before waist and abdomen are insufficiently restrained and fixed, the leg is difficult to straighten, and muscle tissue strain is caused; 4. when the medical adhesive tape is taken down after operation, the skin of the patient is easily damaged.
