2. The handle according to claim 1, wherein one end of the cover is provided with a rotation mounting portion rotatably mounted to the base.
3. The handle of claim 2, wherein the rotational mounting portion includes a mounting slot provided in the cover, a notch of the mounting slot being provided toward the base;
The seat body is provided with a matching convex part corresponding to the mounting groove, and the matching convex part is matched with the mounting groove so that the cover body can rotate around the matching convex part.
4. A handle as claimed in claim 3, wherein a gap is reserved between the side wall of the mounting groove and the mating protrusion to enable the cover to rotate about the mating protrusion within a range of angles.
5. The handle as set forth in claim 4, wherein both side walls of the mounting groove are disposed gradually apart in a direction approaching the notch thereof.
6. The handle of claim 2, wherein the rotational mounting portion is provided at an end of the cover remote from the mounting end of the housing such that an end of the cover proximate the mounting end of the housing is rotatable about the housing.
7. The handle of claim 1, further comprising a decorative frame mounted to the base and located at a periphery of the cover.
8. The handle of claim 7, wherein the decorative frame extends at least partially toward an end of the cover away from the open side to stop the cover from continuing to rotate away toward the base.
9. The handle of claim 1, further comprising a compression spring disposed within the mounting cavity and abutting an end of the mounting cavity remote from the open side and the venting button, respectively.
10. A lid assembly comprising:
the cooker cover comprises a cooker cover main body, a cover and a cover, wherein the cooker cover main body is provided with an exhaust channel;
the exhaust valve part can be close to or far away from the exhaust passage and is movably arranged on the pot cover main body so as to block or open the exhaust passage; and

The through hole on the base of the handle is arranged corresponding to the other end of the exhaust lever, so that when the exhaust button extends out of the through hole, one end of the exhaust lever is pried to move so as to open the exhaust channel.
12. A pressure cooking appliance, comprising:
A pot body;
a lid assembly according to claim 10 or 11.
13. The pressure cooking appliance of claim 12, wherein the pressure cooking appliance comprises an electric pressure cooker.
