As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a water cup includes a cup body 3 and a cover for opening or closing the cup body 3, the cover including: an inner lid 2, at least a partial region of the inner lid 2 being extendable into the interior of the cup 3; an outer cap 1, the outer cap 1 being slidably fitted to the inner cap 2 to have a locked state of being engaged with the inner cap 2 and an unlocked state of being slidable with respect to the inner cap 2; the locking mechanism comprises a locking piece 5 and a triggering piece 6 which are arranged on the outer cover 1 and a blocking part 21 which is arranged on the inner cover 2, the locking piece 5 stretches along the outer cover 1 to be locked or unlocked with the blocking part 21, and the locking piece 5 retracts to be unlocked with the blocking part 21 under the drive of the triggering piece 6; the limiting mechanism can be abutted with the locking piece 5 to prevent the locking piece 5 from rotating. In the present application, the outer cap 1 is provided with a first cavity 12 for accommodating the locking element 5 and the triggering element 6.
Rotation of the locking element 5 means that the locking element 5 rotates around a point. For example, as shown in fig. 1, when the trigger member 6 presses down the locking member 5, since the center of gravity of the locking member 5 may not be located in the direction of the pressing force, the pressing force may generate a moment on the locking member 5, and the locking member 5 may rotate in a vertical plane under the action of the moment, so that an end of the locking member 5 near the inner cap 2 may tilt up. The tilted locking element 5 may not move along a predetermined manner when an external force is applied to the locking element 5 due to the change of the position and state of the tilted locking element 5, thereby generating a remarkable click feeling. In other cases, the locking element 5 may also rotate in a horizontal plane, or in other planes, where the function of the limiting mechanism is to limit the rotation of the locking element 5 in these planes, i.e. the function of the limiting mechanism is to allow the locking element 5 to move only in a telescopic direction with respect to the outer cap 1. In short, under the action of factors such as machining errors or design errors, the locking piece 5 can rotate, so that the locking piece 5 is not stressed to move in a preset state, and the locking feel is further generated after the locking piece is fed back to the trigger piece 6.
It should be noted that, the limiting mechanism can abut against the locking element 5 to prevent the locking element 5 from tilting, and should be understood in a broad sense. Namely: in one embodiment, the stop mechanism contacts the locking element 5 to prevent the locking element 5 from lifting up during the telescoping movement of the locking element 5. In another embodiment, due to factors such as processing errors and assembly errors, or in order to avoid that the limiting mechanism directly contacts with the locking piece 5 to increase friction resistance in the moving process of the locking piece 5, a reasonable tiny gap exists between the limiting mechanism and the locking piece 5, namely, the limiting mechanism is not contacted with the locking piece 5 in a normal state, but if the locking piece 5 is tilted in the using process to eliminate the tiny gap, the limiting mechanism can abut against the locking piece 5 to prevent the locking piece 5 from tilting further to affect the expansion and contraction of the locking piece, so that the locking piece 5 can slide according to a preset moving track within a reasonable tilting angle, and the locking or unlocking between the outer cover 1 and the inner cover 2 is smoothly performed, thereby being beneficial to smoothly opening and closing the cover.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the water cup of the present application further comprises a sealing member 4, wherein the lower part of the sealing member 4 is connected with the inner cap 2, and the upper part of the sealing member 4 is connected with the outer cap 1; when the outer cover 1 is in a locking state, the sealing element 4 is compressed, and the outer periphery of the sealing element 4 is abutted with the inner side wall of the cup body 3 to form circumferential sealing; when the locked state between the outer cap 1 and the inner cap 2 is released to switch to the unlocked state, the outer cap 1 can slide with respect to the inner cap 2 by the elastic force of the seal 4.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, an outer stop step 31 is provided on the outer side of the cup body 3, in the locked state, the outer cover 1 abuts against the outer stop step 31 to increase the in-place hand feel when the cup cover covers the cup body 3, so as to improve the user experience, and when the outer cover 1 is switched from the locked state to the unlocked state, the outer cover 1 slides under the elastic force of the sealing member 4 so that a certain distance exists between the outer cover 1 and the outer stop step 31, thereby facilitating the user to grasp to take the cup cover, and improving the user experience. The inner side of the cup body 3 is provided with an inner stop step 32, and in the locked state, the sealing element 4 abuts against the inner stop step 32 to keep the cup cover in a state of covering the cup body 3.
The outer cover 1 is provided with the first containing cavity 12 for containing the trigger piece 6 and the locking piece 5, so that the concealed arrangement of the trigger piece 6 is realized, the corresponding function is realized by fully utilizing the inner space of the outer cover 1, the trigger piece 6 is prevented from being exposed, the appearance quality of a cup cover product is improved, and the compact layout of the cup cover structure is realized.
The outer lid 1 in the present application is slidably fitted to the inner lid 2 to have a locked state where it is engaged with the inner lid 2 and an unlocked state where it is slidable relative to the inner lid 2. Compared with the technical scheme that the cup body and the cup cover are connected through threads in the prior art, the inner cover 2 and the outer cover 1 are in sliding fit to realize the cover opening and closing mode, the screw thread can be prevented from being arranged at the connecting position of the cup cover and the cup body 3, the processing difficulty of the cup cover and the cup body 3 is reduced, the cleaning of the cup cover and the cup body 3 is facilitated, the cleaning burden of a user is reduced, and dirt can be prevented from being accumulated at the connecting position of the cup cover and the cup body 3.
According to the application, the locking piece 5 can stretch along the outer cover 1 to be locked or unlocked with the blocking part 21 arranged on the inner cover 2, the unlocking process of the locking piece 5 and the blocking part 21 is realized by the driving of the trigger piece 6, the first containing cavity 12 of the outer cover 1 is internally provided with the limiting mechanism which can be abutted with the locking piece 5 to prevent the locking piece 5 from tilting, and the limiting mechanism is arranged to limit the locking piece 5, so that one end of the locking piece 5 is prevented from tilting in the stretching process to prevent the stretching movement of the locking piece 5, the occurrence of a clamping phenomenon is relieved to a certain extent, and the smooth operation of the locking state and the unlocking state of the inner cover 2 and the outer cover 1 is ensured, thereby being beneficial to realizing smooth opening and closing of the cover. For the technical scheme that the trigger piece 6 is manually triggered by a user, the locking piece 5 slides smoothly, so that the operation hand feeling of the user can be improved, and the user experience is pleasant.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, 8 and 10, the limiting mechanism includes a barrier rib 11 fixedly connected to the inner sidewall of the first cavity 12, the barrier rib 11 extending in a direction parallel to the radial direction of the first cavity 12, on the one hand, being capable of conforming to the telescoping direction of the locking element 5, guiding the telescoping movement of the locking element 5, and limiting the tilting of the locking element 5 in the vertical direction; on the other hand, the barrier rib 11 is simple in structure, and is convenient to connect with the outer cover 1 and process and shape.
In this embodiment, the manner of fixedly connecting the barrier rib 11 and the inner side wall of the first cavity 12 is not limited, and an undetachable connection manner such as gluing or a detachable connection manner such as plugging may be adopted. Preferably, the barrier strip is integrally formed with the outer cover 1, so that a later assembly process is omitted.
The barrier strip 11 cooperates with the bottom wall of the outer cover 1 to form a first extension opening 17 through which the locking element 5 can extend and retract, and the locking element 5 extends and contracts along the extension opening to be engaged with or disengaged from the blocking portion 21.
The side wall of the outer cover 1 for forming the first accommodating cavity is provided with a second extending opening 18 for the locking element 5 to extend and retract, and the second extending opening 18 is opposite to the first extending opening 17 so as to enable the locking element 5 to extend out of the first accommodating cavity or retract into the first accommodating cavity.
