Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a faucet 100, which mainly includes a body 110, a water inlet assembly 120, and a water outlet pipe 130.
Wherein, the body 110 defines a containing cavity 111 and a water outlet channel 112, the water outlet channel 112 is communicated with the containing cavity 111, the body 110 is provided with a water outlet 113, and the water outlet 113 is communicated with one end of the water outlet channel 112 away from the containing cavity 111.
The water inlet assembly 120 is disposed on the body 110, at least a portion of the water inlet assembly 120 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 111, the water outlet pipe 130 is made of a non-metal material, at least a portion of the water outlet pipe 130 is disposed in the water outlet channel 112 in a penetrating manner, one end of the water outlet pipe 130 is communicated with the water outlet 113, and the other end of the water outlet pipe 130 is connected with a portion of the water inlet assembly 120 accommodated in the accommodating cavity 111.
It should be noted that the nonmetallic material may be selected from plastics, and of course, the nonmetallic material may also be selected from plastics or rubber. The water inlet assembly 120 is used for delivering water into the water outlet pipe 130, so that the water is output from the water outlet 113 through the water outlet pipe 130 for a user to use.
In the related art, a body of the faucet is made of a metal material, but the metal cannot be decomposed in water, so that when water flows through the water outlet channel, the water can directly contact with the inner wall of the water outlet channel, metal ions exist in the water flowing out of the faucet, and the health of a user can be influenced after the faucet is used for a long time.
However, in the faucet 100 provided in this embodiment, the water outlet pipe 130 made of non-metal material is disposed in the water outlet channel 112 of the body 110, one end of the water outlet pipe 130 is communicated with the water outlet 113 of the body 110, and the other end of the water outlet pipe 130 is connected with the water inlet assembly 120, so that water can flow to the water outlet 113 through the water outlet pipe 130 without directly contacting with the inner wall of the water outlet channel 112, thereby avoiding metal ions from entering the water, and being beneficial to the health of users.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, in one embodiment, the water inlet assembly 120 includes a water selecting switch 121 and a water inlet pipe 122, the water selecting switch 121 is disposed through the body 110, a portion of the water selecting switch 121 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 111, a water inlet hole 1212 and a water outlet hole 1313 are disposed at a portion of the water selecting switch 121 accommodated in the accommodating cavity 111, the water inlet pipe 122 is communicated with the water inlet hole 1212, and the water outlet pipe 130 is communicated with the water outlet hole 1313.
For example, two water inlet pipes 122 may be provided, one 122 of the two water inlet pipes 122 being used for introducing cold water, and the other 122 of the two water inlet pipes 122 being used for introducing hot water. Of course, the water inlet pipe 122 may be provided as one, three, four, etc., and may be specifically provided according to the needs of the user.
The water inlet pipe 122 is used to communicate with an external water source to introduce water into the water selecting switch 121. When the water selection switch 121 is turned on, water can flow into the water outlet pipe 130 and finally flow out from the water outlet 113 of the body 110. Meanwhile, the user can control the temperature and flow of water through the water selecting switch 121 to meet the use requirement of the user.
It will be appreciated that when the water selecting switch 121 is turned on, water supplied from an external water source flows to the water outlet 113 through the water outlet pipe 130, and in this process, the water flows through the water outlet channel 112 without directly contacting the inner wall of the water outlet channel 112, so as to avoid carrying metal ions in the water, which is beneficial to maintaining the physical health of the user.
As shown in fig. 3, in a specific embodiment, the water outlet pipe 130 includes a first connecting section 131, a bending section 132 and a second connecting section 133, the bending section 132 is connected between the first connecting section 131 and the second connecting section 133 and is located at a communication position between the water outlet channel 112 and the accommodating cavity 111, the first connecting section 131 is penetrating into the water outlet channel 112 and is communicated with the water outlet 113, and the second connecting section 133 is penetrating into the accommodating cavity 111 and is communicated with the water outlet hole 1313.
It can be appreciated that, through the arrangement of the first connecting section 131, the bending section 132 and the second connecting section 133, the water selecting switch 121 is conveniently communicated with the water outlet 113 of the body 110, so that the water can not contact with the inner metal wall in the process of flowing from the water selecting switch 121 to the water outlet 113, and metal ions are prevented from entering the water.
With continued reference to fig. 3, further, the bending radius R of the bending section 132 satisfies the relationship: r is more than or equal to 35mm and less than or equal to 55mm.
Illustratively, the bending radius R of the bending section 132 may be selected to be 46.5mm, and of course, the bending radius R of the bending section 132 may also be selected to be 35mm, 36mm, 37mm, 39mm, 40mm, 40.3mm, 42mm, 43mm, 44mm, 45mm, 46mm, 48mm, 50mm, 55mm, etc., and may be specifically set according to design requirements.
It should be noted that, if the bending radius R of the bending section 132 is too large, the water outlet pipe 130 occupies too much space during arrangement, which is inconvenient for arrangement and assembly of various parts of the faucet 100, and if the bending radius R of the bending section 132 is too small, the resistance is increased, and the smoothness of water passing through the bending section 132 is reduced.
It can be appreciated that the bending radius R of the bending section 132 is controlled within the range of 35 mm-55 mm, so that the water outlet pipe 130 does not occupy too much space of the body 110, the structural compactness of the faucet 100 is improved, the miniaturized design of the faucet 100 is facilitated, meanwhile, under the bending radius, water passes through the bending section 132 smoothly, the flowing resistance is smaller, the faucet 100 has enough water yield, the requirement of a user on the water yield is met, and the use experience of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, further, a side of the water selecting switch 121 facing the water outlet 113 is provided with a avoiding opening 1211, the avoiding opening 1211 is located at a communication position between the water outlet 112 and the accommodating cavity 111, and at least part of the bending section 132 is accommodated in the avoiding opening 1211.
It can be appreciated that, by opening the avoidance gap 1211 at one side of the water selecting switch 121 towards the water outlet 113, the avoidance gap 1211 is located at the communication position between the water outlet channel 112 and the accommodating cavity 111, and can accommodate at least part of the bending section 132, so that the bending section 132 can maintain a free bending form, and thus, the phenomenon of insufficient smoothness of water flowing through the bending section 132 caused by extrusion of the bending section 132 by the water selecting switch 121 can be reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Meanwhile, before the avoidance gap 1211 is formed, the bending section 132 is in point contact with the water selecting switch 121, and after the avoidance gap 1211 is formed, the bending section 132 is in line contact or surface contact with the inner wall of the avoidance gap 1211.
In this way, on the one hand, the contact pressure between the water selecting switch 121 and the bending section 132 can be reduced, so that the damage to the bending section 132 caused by the contact 132 between the water selecting switch 121 and the bending section 132 is reduced, and the service life of the water outlet pipe 130 is prolonged. On the other hand, the avoidance gap 1211 also plays a limiting role, reduces the relative movement of the water outlet pipe 130 and the body 110, improves the smoothness of water flowing through the water outlet pipe 130, and reduces noise generated by the relative movement of the water outlet pipe 130 and the body 110.
As shown in fig. 6, further, a fixing plate 114 is disposed at a connection portion between the water outlet channel 112 and the accommodating cavity 111, the fixing plate 114 is provided with a fixing notch 1141 penetrating therethrough, the fixing notch 1141 is connected to the avoiding notch 1211, and the bending section 132 is disposed through the fixing notch 1141 and abuts against a groove wall of the fixing notch 1141.
It can be appreciated that the bending section 132 of the water outlet pipe 130 has higher stability under the limitation of the fixing notch 1141 and the avoiding notch 1211, so that when water flows through the bending section 132, the bending section 132 will not shake relative to the body 110 basically, so that the water flows through the bending section 132 more smoothly, and meanwhile, the noise is further reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the faucet 100 further includes a guide member 140 and a connection tube 150, wherein the guide member 140 is connected between the connection tube 150 and the outlet tube 130, and an end of the connection tube 150 remote from the guide member 140 is in communication with the outlet hole 1313.
It will be appreciated that the water outlet pipe 130 is conveniently connected to the water selection switch 121 by the arrangement of the flow guide 140 and the connection pipe 150. After the water selection switch 121 is opened, water introduced from the water inlet pipe 122 flows into the water outlet pipe 130 through the connection pipe 150 and the guide member 140, so that the water flows to the water outlet 113 through the water outlet pipe 130 and finally flows out of the water outlet 113 to be supplied to a user.
In the above process, the water output by the flow guide member 140 flows out from the water outlet 113 after passing through the water outlet pipe 130, and is not contacted with the inner wall of the water outlet channel 112, so that the phenomenon of carrying metal ions in the water can be effectively improved, and the health of the user can be maintained.
Further, the water inlet pipe 122, the flow guide 140 and the connecting pipe 150 are made of non-metallic materials.
It can be appreciated that, since the water inlet pipe 122, the connecting pipe 150, the flow guiding member 140 and the water outlet pipe 130 are all made of non-metal materials, the water will not contact with metal during the process from the external water source to the water tap 100, and the phenomenon of carrying metal ions in the water is further improved.
In another embodiment, the end of the water outlet pipe 130 away from the water outlet 113 may also be directly communicated with the water outlet hole 1313 of the water selecting switch 121.
In one embodiment, the nonmetallic material is Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or polybutylene (Polybutylene, PB).
It can be appreciated that, because the polyethylene, the polypropylene and the polybutylene are all non-metal materials and have the characteristics of no toxicity, no harm and high chemical stability, the water outlet pipe 130 made of the materials has longer service life, does not influence the physical health of the user, and improves the market competitiveness of the faucet 100.
As shown in FIG. 1, in one embodiment, the faucet 100 further includes a filter 160, the filter 160 being disposed at the outlet 113 and coupled to the outlet pipe 130.
It can be appreciated that by the arrangement of the filter tip 160, when water flows in the direction from the water outlet pipe 130 to the water outlet 113, the water does not directly flow out from the water outlet 113, but flows out from the water outlet 113 after being filtered by the filter tip 160, so that impurities carried in the water can be effectively filtered, the water flowing out from the water tap 100 is more in accordance with health standards, and the health of a user is maintained.
In summary, the embodiment of the application provides a faucet 100, which includes a body 110, a water selection switch 121 and a water outlet pipe 130. The body 110 defines a containing cavity 111 and a water outlet channel 112 communicated with the containing cavity 111, and is provided with a water outlet 113 communicated with the water outlet channel 112, the water selecting switch 121 is penetrated in the body 110, a part of the water selecting switch 121 is contained in the containing cavity 111, a water inlet 1212 and a water outlet 1313 are formed in the part of the water selecting switch 121 contained in the containing cavity 111, a part of the water outlet 130 is penetrated in the water outlet channel 112, the other part of the water outlet 130 is penetrated in the containing cavity 111, one end of the water outlet 130 is communicated with the water outlet 113, the other end of the water outlet 130 is communicated with the water outlet 1313 of the water selecting switch 121 sequentially through the flow guide member 140 and the connecting pipe 150, and the water inlet 1212 of the water selecting switch 121 is communicated with an external water source through the water inlet pipe 122. Wherein, the water outlet pipe 130 is made of nonmetallic materials.
When the faucet 100 provided by the embodiment is used, a user can turn on the water selecting switch 121, so that water from an external water source sequentially passes through the water inlet pipe 122, the water selecting switch 121, the connecting pipe 150 and the guide member 140, then enters the water outlet pipe 130, and finally flows out of the filter tip 160 of the water outlet 113.
In the above process, since the water outlet pipe 130 made of non-metal material is disposed in the water outlet channel 112, water will not contact with the inner wall of the water outlet channel 112 when flowing through the water outlet channel 112, thereby preventing metal ions from entering the water and being beneficial to the health of users.
