It will be appreciated that the first positioning structure 22 and the second positioning structure 22 each include a positioning pin 222 and a connecting portion 223. Through setting up two location structures 22 to realize two point location to location frock 2, the location is more accurate, and the connection is more stable.
In the present embodiment, the size of the positioning pin 222 of the first positioning structure 22 is larger than the size of the positioning pin 222 of the second positioning structure 22, the positioning pin 222 of the first positioning structure 22 is the main positioning pin 222, the positioning pin 222 of the second positioning structure 22 is the auxiliary positioning pin 222, the sizes of the two positioning holes matched with the main positioning pin 222 and the auxiliary positioning pin 222 are the same, and a matching gap is formed when the auxiliary positioning pin 222 is matched with the positioning hole, so that the influence of processing and assembling errors on installation can be reduced, and the installation of workers is facilitated.
According to the first positioning mechanism and the second positioning structure 22 provided by the embodiment of the application, the positioning accuracy is improved, and the influence of processing errors on the matching of the positioning pins 222 and the positioning holes is reduced by arranging the positioning pins 222 with different sizes.
As shown in fig. 2, 5, 6 and 8, according to some embodiments of the present application, the tool body 21 may further be provided with a first connection structure 24 and a second connection structure 25 for connecting with the chassis 1, where the first connection structure 24 and the second connection structure 25 may be relatively disposed at a diagonal position of the tool body 21 along a first direction, the positioning structure 22 may include a first positioning structure 22 and a second positioning structure 22, and the first positioning structure 22 and the second positioning structure 22 may be relatively disposed at a diagonal position of the tool body 21 along a second direction, where the first direction and the second direction intersect.
In the present embodiment, the first connection structure 24 and the second connection structure 25 may also function to connect the tooling body 21 and the chassis 1. The first connecting structure 24 and the second connecting structure 25 are oppositely arranged at the diagonal position of the tool body 21 along the first direction, so that two point positions of the tool body 21 in the first direction are fixed. The first positioning structure 22 and the second positioning structure 22 are oppositely arranged at the diagonal position of the tool body 21 in the second direction, so that two point positions of the tool body 21 in the second direction are fixed. The first direction and the second direction are intersected, so that the tool body 21 and the chassis 1 are matched and connected at four positions, the connecting structure is more stable, and the tool body 21 is not easy to deform when the sealing structure 12 is attached.
According to the embodiment of the application, the connection stability of the tool body 21 and the chassis 1 is improved by arranging the first connecting structure 24 and the second connecting structure 25 which are arranged diagonally and the first positioning structure 22 and the second positioning structure 22 which are arranged diagonally.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, in some embodiments, the first connection structure 24 and the second connection structure 25 may each include a connection plate and a bolt, where the connection plate is disposed on a side of the tool body 21 facing away from the positioning surface 212, and a threaded hole capable of being in threaded engagement with the bolt is disposed on the connection plate, and the bolt is installed in the threaded hole.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the tool body 21 may be made of a resin material, and the tool body 21 may be provided with a direction identifier.
In this embodiment, the tooling body 21 may be made of a high-strength and toughness resin material, specifically may be manufactured by 3D printing, and is easy to produce and has sufficient strength.
The direction indicator may indicate the installation direction of the tool body 21. The direction identifier may be an arrow-shaped or triangular bump, and the arrow direction or the tip direction of the direction identifier points to the head direction, so that a worker can install the head direction of the tool body 21 corresponding to the head direction of the chassis 1 according to the direction identifier when installing the positioning tool 2, thereby improving the installation efficiency.
According to the embodiment of the application, the direction marks are arranged on the tool body 21, so that workers can confirm the installation direction conveniently, and the production efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the positioning fixture 2 of the chassis 1 sealing structure 12 may further comprise a handle 23 according to some embodiments of the present application. The handle 23 is connected with the tool body 21. In this embodiment, the handle 23 may be disposed on the top surface 213 of the tool body 21, so as to facilitate the grasping by a worker, and facilitate the worker to take and place the tool body 21 by disposing the handle 23.
The handle 23 is provided according to the embodiment of the application, so that a worker can install the positioning tool 2.
In some embodiments, the handle 23 may be integrally provided with the tool body 21, and integrally manufactured by 3D printing. Alternatively, the handle 23 may be made of metal such as iron, stainless steel or aluminum alloy, and the handle 23 is fixedly connected to the tool body 21 by a bolt connection.
In some embodiments, the mounting portion 221 and the positioning pin 222 may be integrally provided with the tool body 21, and integrally manufactured by 3D printing. Alternatively, the mounting portion 221 and the positioning pin 222 may be made of metal materials such as iron, stainless steel or aluminum alloy, and the mounting portion 221 and the tool body 21 are fixedly connected by a bolt connection, and the positioning pin 222 and the mounting portion 221 are integrally cast or machined.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, in the present embodiment, a plurality of handles 23 may be provided, and the plurality of handles 23 may be disposed at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the tool body 21.
Multiple handles 23 may facilitate simultaneous operation by multiple workers. In this embodiment, the height of the handle 23 is higher than that of the tool body 21, and when the sealing structure 12 is a sealing strip, the sealing strip can be sleeved outside the handles 23, and the sealing strip is limited as a profile of the sealing strip before being pasted, so that the subsequent operation is convenient.
A plurality of handles 23 are provided according to the embodiment of the present application so as to facilitate the operation of workers and promote the production efficiency.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1-8, there is provided a positioning tool 2 for a chassis 1 sealing structure 12, the positioning tool 2 comprising a tool body 21, a positioning structure 22 and a handle 23.
The tool body 21 is in an annular arrangement, the tool body 21 is made of high-strength and toughness resin materials by profiling through a 3D printing technology, the tool body 21 is provided with a mounting surface 211 supported on the adhesive surface 11 of the chassis 1 to be processed and a positioning surface 212 for positioning the sealing structure 12, the mounting surface 211 is in profiling fit with the adhesive surface 11, the positioning surface 212 is located on the outer side of the tool body 21, and an included angle between the mounting surface 211 and the positioning surface 212 is not smaller than 90 degrees. A guide surface 214 is connected between the positioning surface 212 and the top surface 213 of the tool body 21, and an included angle between the guide surface 214 and the top surface 213 of the tool body 21 is an obtuse angle.
The positioning structure 22 comprises a mounting part 221, a positioning pin 222 and a connecting part 223, wherein the mounting part 221 is a mounting plate, the mounting plate is arranged on the inner side of the tool body 21, the positioning pin 222 is arranged on one side of the mounting plate facing the chassis 1, a threaded hole is formed in the mounting plate, the connecting part 223 is provided with a bolt, and the bolt is arranged in the threaded hole. The positioning structure 22 comprises a first positioning structure 22 and a second positioning structure 22, wherein the first positioning structure 22 and the second positioning structure 22 are respectively installed at two opposite angles of the tool body 21, and the diameter of a positioning pin 222 of the first positioning structure 22 is larger than that of a positioning pin 222 of the second positioning structure 22, so that a foolproof design is formed, and when the positioning tool 2 is connected to the chassis, the positioning tool 2 can be installed with the chassis only according to a preset arrangement direction through the design that the sizes of the positioning pins 222 on the first positioning structure 22 and the second positioning structure 22 are different, so that the error installation of the positioning tool is prevented.
The handle 23 is connected with the top surface 213 of the tool body 21, and the handle 23 is provided with a plurality of handles 23 which are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the tool body 21.
The positioning tool 2 further comprises a first connecting structure 24 and a second connecting structure 25, the first connecting structure 24 and the second connecting structure 25 are respectively arranged at two opposite corners of the tool body 21, the first connecting structure 24 and the second connecting structure 25 comprise a connecting plate and bolts, the connecting plate is arranged on one side, deviating from the positioning surface 212, of the tool body 21, threaded holes capable of being matched with the threads of the bolts are formed in the connecting plate, and the bolts are arranged in the threaded holes.
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other.

the tool body is provided with a mounting surface for supporting the adhesive surface of the chassis to be processed and a positioning surface for positioning the sealing structure;
the positioning structure is connected with the tool body and is used for being matched with the chassis in a positioning mode.

The positioning tool of a chassis sealing structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the tool body is further provided with a first connection structure and a second connection structure for connection with the chassis, the first connection structure and the second connection structure are oppositely disposed at diagonal positions of the tool body along a first direction, the positioning structure comprises a first positioning structure and a second positioning structure, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are oppositely disposed at diagonal positions of the tool body along a second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are intersected.
9. The positioning tool for a chassis sealing structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the tool body is made of a resin material, and a direction mark is provided on the tool body.
10. The positioning tooling of the chassis sealing structure according to any one of claims 1-9, further comprising:
