The cleaning solution is distributed and conveyed to each spray head piece through the solution conveying channel 21, the spray end of the first spray head piece 22 is arranged towards the outlet 12, the spray end of the second spray head piece 23 is arranged towards the flow path between the air inlet 11 and the outlet 12, so that the cleaning cavity is fully covered, harmful medicine dust on the surface of the clean clothes can be adsorbed on the clean clothes by utilizing the mist spray solution, and dust raising of medicine dust on the clean clothes during changing of the clothes of workers is avoided, and medicine dust pollution is caused; or the spray liquid capable of degrading/dissolving the harmful medicine dust is utilized to directly clean and discharge the residual medicine dust on the surface of the clean clothes, so that the bad pollution caused by medicine dust residue on the clean clothes is avoided.
In some embodiments, one first spray head piece 22 is provided, four second spray head pieces 23 are provided, the first spray head piece 22 is arranged in the top end area of the cleaning cavity so as to spray water mist to the cleaning clothes of the head of the staff, and the four second spray head pieces 23 are arranged in the side wall area of the cleaning cavity so as to spray water mist to the cleaning clothes of the upper half body and the lower half body of the staff, thereby realizing the mist covering on the surface of the cleaning clothes and ensuring the reliable cleaning effect.
In this embodiment, the spray purification apparatus further has a third operation state in which the spray assembly 2 delivers the spray liquid into the purification chamber through the liquid delivery passage 21, the first nozzle member 22, and the second nozzle member 23, and the air supply unit 3 and the exhaust structure 5 do not participate in the purification operation; the spray liquid enters the purifying cavity by the spraying action of any spray head piece and the gravity of the spray liquid, so that the purifying cavity is cleaned by spraying.
As shown in fig. 3, the mist spraying assembly 2 further comprises a liquid tank 24, the liquid tank 24 stores purified liquid, the liquid tank 24 is installed in the shell 1, the liquid feeding channel 21 penetrates through the shell 1, and the liquid feeding channel 21 and the liquid tank 24 are communicated; the purifying liquid in the liquid tank 24 is conveyed to each nozzle piece by the liquid conveying channel 21 to form liquid atomized purifying liquid, so that the reliable cleaning capability of the purifying liquid is ensured. Here, the shower unit 2 is provided with a drive pump to distribute the cleaning liquid to the respective head elements through the liquid feed passage 21.
In some embodiments, the spray head piece is an ultrasonic atomization spray head, so that atomized liquid can obtain a more uniform atomization state, the contact distribution area with medicine dust is improved, the quick dissolution of the medicine dust is promoted, and the purification efficiency is improved; in other embodiments, the spray head piece compresses the air atomization spray head, so that atomized liquid can obtain a more spraying flow rate, and the spray head piece is beneficial to flushing medicine dust on a clean clothes and improves the purification efficiency.
As shown in fig. 4, the mist spray purification apparatus further includes an access panel 7, the access panel 7 and the housing 1 being configured to be detachably connected, the access panel 7 and the housing 1 enclosing an assembly space forming a liquid tank 24.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air supply unit 3 includes an air supply passage 31, and supplies an air flow to the air inlet 11 through the air supply passage 31; the mist spray purification device further comprises a first air supply filter 32 and a second air supply filter 33 which are arranged in series on the air supply path of the air supply unit 3, wherein the second air supply filter 33 is arranged at the downstream end of the air supply path of the air supply unit 3 relative to the first air supply filter 32; the mist spray purification device further comprises a third air supply filter 34, wherein the third air supply filter 34 is arranged in the purification cavity, and the third air supply filter 34 is arranged at the downstream of the first driving part 41 in the drainage direction. One end of the air supply passage 31 communicates with the downstream end of the second air supply filter 33, and the other end of the air supply passage 31 communicates with the air inlet 11. The first blast filter 32 may be configured as a primary filter and the second blast filter 33 as a secondary filter; the third supply air filter 34 is configured as a high efficiency filter.
The air flow on the air supply path of the air supply unit 3 is jointly filtered by the first air supply filter 32 and the second air supply filter 33, the air flow at the downstream end of the drainage direction of the first driving member 41 is filtered by the third air supply filter 34, the first air supply filter 32 and the second air supply filter 33 perform primary-medium filtering, and the third air supply filter 34 performs final-stage filtering, so that impurity particles in the air flow are removed by stage filtering, and the cleanliness of the circulating air flow is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the discharge structure 5 includes a first passage 51, a second passage 52, and a third passage 53; the second passage 52 is provided in communication between the first passage 51 and the third passage 53; wherein, the upstream end of the first channel 51 is communicated with the outlet 12, the liquid outlet 13 is communicated with the first channel 51, and the liquid outlet 13 is arranged at one side of the first channel 51 close to the ground along the height direction; the second passage 52 is provided to extend in the height direction. The air flow discharged from the outlet 12 through the unidirectional circulation is guided by the first channel 51, the second channel 52 and the third channel 53 in sequence. In the present embodiment, the first channel 51 extends horizontally, and the first channel 51 may be mounted on the ground; the second channel 52 is vertically arranged in the height direction, and the third channel 53 is horizontally arranged in an extending manner. In some embodiments, the first channel 51 and the housing 1 are configured as a unitary structure; in other embodiments, an assembly chamber for installing the first channel 51 is arranged in the housing 1 near the ground, the first channel 51 is provided as a sealed exhaust pipe, the sealed exhaust pipe is installed in the assembly chamber, and the sealed exhaust pipe is communicated with the outlet 12.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the mist spray purification apparatus further includes a third filter member 54 and a second filter member 55 disposed in series in the exhaust path of the exhaust structure 5, the third filter member 54 being mounted upstream of the exhaust structure 5 with respect to the second filter member 55. The third filter member 54 may be a high efficiency filter for filtering the impurity particles of the exhaust path of the exhaust structure 5; the second filter element 55 may employ a bag-in-bag-out filter system to treat the flow-through exhaust gas from the collection exhaust path to concentrate the contaminants. The third filter 54 and the second filter 55 are arranged at the third passage 53.
In the mist spray purification device provided in this embodiment, a gas-liquid separation design is integrated in the first channel 51 at the bottom of the outlet 12. As shown in fig. 2, the first channel 51 has a diversion wall surface inclined to the horizontal plane, and the diversion wall surface is suitable for diversion of liquid to the liquid outlet 13. The liquid flowing from the outlet 12 into the first passage 51 is guided to the liquid discharge port 13 by the guide wall surface provided in the first passage 51, and rapid discharge of the liquid in the purification chamber is promoted.
Referring to fig. 6, the mist eliminator is provided with a grill member 16, the grill member 16 being mounted on the outlet 12, the grill member 16 being disposed in a horizontal direction; the grid piece 16 is arranged to be of a hollow structure, and the discharging structure 5 and the purifying cavity are communicated through the hollow space on the grid piece 16 so as to discharge fluid in the purifying cavity.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a design for collecting the liquid after the shower treatment is arranged in the first channel 51 at the bottom of the outlet 12; the first channel 51 is internally provided with the drain pan 17, the drain pan 17 is arranged at intervals in the direction of the outlet 12 away from the air inlet 11, the drain pan 17 is obliquely arranged with the horizontal plane, the water receiving side of the drain pan 17 is suitable for guiding liquid to the liquid discharge port 13, and the liquid discharge port 13 is arranged away from the air exhaust direction of the first channel 51. The liquid discharged from the outlet 12 is guided to the liquid discharge port 13 through the drain pan 17, and the purpose of rapidly discharging the liquid in the purifying cavity is also achieved.
Further, the drain pan 17 and the grid piece 16 are arranged at intervals, the horizontal projection surface of the drain pan 17 is larger than that of the grid piece 16, so that mixed fluid of air flow and mist and shower passing through the grid piece 16 from top to bottom is covered in a large range, and the drain pan 17 can conveniently collect the mist and shower; a discharge space is formed between the grating element 16 and the drain pan 17, and the vertical projection distance of the grating element 16 to the drain pan 17 is 50mm-70mm along the gravity direction. When the drain pan 17 is required to be dried, the residual liquid in the drain pan 17 is taken away by the circulating air flow through the laminar air supply of the air supply unit 3 and the air suction effect of the exhaust structure 5, so that the drying purpose is realized.
According to the mist spraying purification device provided by the embodiment, the air outlet structure is optimized, the outlet 12 is provided with the grid piece 16 communicated with the bottom side of the mist spraying room, and meanwhile, the air supply unit 3 and the discharge structure 5 are arranged to improve laminar air circulation of the mist spraying room, so that the water discharge disc 17 at the bottom of the mist spraying room can be accelerated to be dried; through the air shower drying test, in the second working state, the bottom drain pan 17 is completely dried after 10min, and no water drops are visible to naked eyes.
The outlet 12 has a flow cross-sectional area in the direction of extension of the horizontal plane that is smaller than the flow cross-sectional area of the purification chamber.
In some embodiments, the device further comprises a sandwich structure, within which the air supply unit 3 and the third channel 53 are arranged. The sandwich structure can be configured as a technical sandwich layer and is installed indoors, the inner wall surface of the cooperation room forms an auxiliary space for installing the assembly device, and the air supply unit 3 and the third channel 53 are closed through the sandwich structure, so that the pollution risk of medicine dust is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the driving structure further comprises a second driving member 42, the second driving member 42 being disposed on the exhaust path of the exhaust structure 5; the drainage effect of unidirectional circulation of the device is increased through the second driving piece 42, so that the circulation speed of fluid in the purifying cavity is accelerated, medicine dust and water vapor residue in the purifying cavity are reduced, and reliable purifying and cleaning and humidity control are ensured. The second driver 42 is mounted on the third channel 53.
In this embodiment, the first driving member 41 is set as a laminar air blower, which outputs a fixed air speed, and the laminar air speed output by the first driving member 41 is 0.36-0.54m/s, and the laminar air blower drives the mist to approach to the medicine dust on the clean clothes, so that the medicine dust can be attached to the clean clothes, so as to avoid the damage to the human body caused by the medicine dust when the clean clothes are replaced later. The second driving member 42 is configured as a variable frequency exhaust fan, and the variable frequency exhaust fan outputs a wind speed in a variable frequency manner, wherein the fluid acting force output by the first driving member 41 is smaller than the fluid acting force output by the second driving member 42, and on overcoming the resistance of the flow path, a pressure difference gradient is generated between the purifying cavity where the first driving member 41 is located and the third channel 53 where the second driving member 42 is located, so that laminar wind and mist and shower flow from top to bottom in the purifying cavity to the first channel 51 and then sequentially flow to the second channel 52 and the third channel 53.

In this embodiment, the first driving member 41 is configured to output laminar air, and in combination with the combined drainage effect of the second driving member 42, it is beneficial to avoid turbulence of air flow, and influence the wetting and wrapping treatment of the toxic drug dust by the mist spray; the mist spraying purification device adopts a mode of bottom side return air and unidirectional vertical laminar flow circulation, improves the mist spraying and drying treatment capacity of clean clothes and a purification cavity, can enable the purification cavity to have good cleanliness, and is favorable for reducing the risk of medicine pollution. Compared with the existing mist shower, the problem that water drops are easy to remain in the cavity of the existing mist shower and the risk of drug pollution is solved; for example, when the existing mist shower adopts lateral air exhaust, the drying capacity of the existing mist shower is insufficient, more water drops remain at the inner bottom side of the cavity, toxic powder remains, the feet of operators are easy to adhere and carry the toxic powder, the toxic powder can be diffused along with a path when entering and exiting the mist shower, and the risk of product pollution exists.
As shown in fig. 2, the shower purification apparatus further includes a first pressure regulator 61 and a second pressure regulator 62, the first pressure regulator 61 is installed on the air supply path of the air supply unit 3, and the first pressure regulator 61 is used for regulating the air supply amount of the air supply unit 3; the second pressure regulating member 62 is installed on the exhaust path of the exhaust structure 5, and the second pressure regulating member 62 is used to regulate the exhaust amount of air of the exhaust structure 5.
