Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a cooking apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present utility model is described below, the cooking apparatus 100 being used for cooking food.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cooking apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present utility model includes: the cooking chamber 10, the cooktop assembly 20, the cooktop trim plate 40, and the exhaust structure 30. A cooking cavity is formed in the cooking chamber 10. The cooking assembly 20 is arranged above the cooking chamber 10, the cooking assembly 20 is provided with a cooking top 21 and a cooking top 22, and the cooking top 22 is arranged on the cooking top 21. The kitchen range decorative plate 40 is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the kitchen range panel 21, the exhaust structure 30 is arranged at the kitchen range decorative plate 40, and the exhaust structure 30 is provided with first exhaust holes 31 communicated with the cooking cavity.
Although the cooking chamber 10 may be a steaming oven, the present utility model is not limited thereto, and the cooking chamber 10 may be another device for cooking food, and the present application describes the cooking chamber 10 as a steaming oven. The cooking chamber 10 is formed therein, and when the cooking chamber 10 cooks food, the food is placed in the cooking chamber, and when the cooking chamber 10 cooks the food, gas (hot air, steam, smoke, etc.) is generated.
The kitchen range assembly 20 is arranged above the cooking chamber 10, the kitchen range assembly 20 is provided with a kitchen range panel 21 and a kitchen range 22, the kitchen range 22 is arranged on the kitchen range panel 21, and the kitchen range 22 can heat a pot for cooking food, for example: the cookware 22 may be a heated wok, stew pot, pressure cooker, or the like. The stove decorative board 40 is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the stove panel 21, for example: the kitchen range decorative plate 40 is adhered to the rear end of the kitchen range panel 21, or the kitchen range decorative plate 40 is clamped to the rear end of the kitchen range panel 21, or the kitchen range decorative plate 40 is mounted to the rear end of the kitchen range panel 21 through bolts. The exhaust structure 30 is disposed on a cooktop decorative plate 40. The exhaust structure 30 has a first exhaust hole 31, the first exhaust hole 31 communicates with the cooking cavity, the first exhaust hole 31 may communicate directly with the cooking cavity, or the first exhaust hole 31 communicates indirectly with the cooking cavity, for example: the first exhaust hole 31 communicates with the cooking cavity through a pipe.
Specifically, when the cooking chamber 10 is used for cooking food, since the first exhaust hole 31 is communicated with the cooking chamber, high temperature gas in the cooking chamber flows to the first exhaust hole 31, the high temperature gas flows out of the cooking chamber 10 from the first exhaust hole 31, the first exhaust hole 31 is arranged at the kitchen range decorative plate 40, and after the high temperature gas flows out of the first exhaust hole 31, the high temperature gas is directly sucked by the kitchen range and discharged to the outdoor environment, thereby realizing the effect of exhausting air from above the kitchen range assembly 20.
Therefore, through locating exhaust structure 30 in cooking utensils decorative board 40, can set up first exhaust hole 31 in cooking utensils decorative board 40, after the gas in the cooking cavity was discharged through first exhaust hole 31 on cooking utensils decorative board 40, gas can directly be by the exhaust of cigarette machine to the outdoor environment in, promote the gas discharge rate in the cooking cavity, promote the gas discharge efficiency in the cooking cavity, because exhaust structure 30 has a plurality of first exhaust holes 31, a plurality of first exhaust holes 31 exhaust simultaneously, can further promote the gas discharge rate in the cooking cavity, reduce the formation of comdenstion water, thereby reduce the comdenstion water backward flow to cooking chamber 10 in, promote cooking chamber 10 culinary art food taste, and because set up first exhaust hole 31 in cooking utensils decorative board 40, compare with the front end door body with first exhaust hole 31 in cooking chamber 10, high temperature gas is discharged from cooking device 100's top, can reduce the user and contact high temperature gas risk, cooking device 100 use security, promote user experience, simultaneously, because high temperature gas is discharged from cooking device 100's top, the formation of the door body of cooking chamber 10 can reduce the comdenstion water in the department of the comdenstion water door 10 greatly. In addition, after the high-temperature gas flows out from the first exhaust hole 31, the high-temperature gas is directly sucked by the smoke machine and discharged to the outdoor environment, so that condensation water formed by condensing water vapor on the cabinet 50 can be reduced, and the risk of mildew damage of the cabinet 50 is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the exhaust structure 30 is provided at a central location of the cooktop decorative plate 40 along a first direction of the cooking device 100. When the cooking apparatus 100 is placed in the direction shown in fig. 2, the first direction refers to the X direction of the cooking apparatus 100 shown in fig. 2, and the first direction refers to the direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction of the cooking apparatus 100 in the horizontal plane, in other words, the first direction refers to the left-right direction of the cooking apparatus 100. Along the first direction of cooking device 100, exhaust structure 30 sets up in cooking utensils decorative board 40 middle part position, so sets up the gaseous exhaust of being convenient for follow first exhaust hole 31 and is absorbed by the cigarette machine and discharge to outdoor environment in, can further promote the gaseous discharge rate in the cooking chamber, further promotes the gaseous discharge efficiency in the cooking chamber.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the plurality of air discharge structures 30 are provided, and the plurality of air discharge structures 30 are sequentially arranged along the first direction of the cooking apparatus 100. Wherein the number of exhaust structures 30 may be 2, 3, 4, etc. In the first direction of the cooking apparatus 100, a plurality of the air discharge structures 30 may be sequentially arranged in the first direction, and adjacent two of the air discharge structures 30 may be spaced apart. Through setting up a plurality of exhaust structures 30 in cooking utensils decorative board 40, a plurality of exhaust structures 30 can exhaust simultaneously, can further promote the gas discharge speed of culinary art intracavity, further promote the gas discharge efficiency of culinary art intracavity, can avoid gaseous in the same regional collection in culinary art device 100 top to can make the regional temperature in culinary art device 100 top even, and also be favorable to gas to be inhaled by the cigarette machine after being discharged from first exhaust hole 31, reduce high temperature gas and stay time in the room, be favorable to reducing indoor temperature.
