The modular assembled concrete low-rise civil house structure is characterized by comprising a prefabricated foundation, a plurality of horizontally connected prefabricated concrete modules and a prefabricated parapet wall, wherein the prefabricated foundation, the prefabricated concrete modules and the prefabricated parapet wall are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; horizontal connecting joints are respectively arranged between the prefabricated foundation and the prefabricated concrete module and between the prefabricated concrete module and the prefabricated parapet, L-shaped connecting pieces are arranged at the horizontal connecting joints, and two side plates of the L-shaped connecting pieces are respectively connected with the prefabricated foundation and the prefabricated concrete module or respectively connected with the prefabricated concrete module and the prefabricated parapet; adjacent two side walls of the precast concrete modules are attached to each other, a vertical connecting joint is formed between the two side walls, a wall penetrating connecting piece in the horizontal direction is arranged at the vertical connecting joint, and the wall penetrating connecting piece is connected with the two attached side walls.
2. The modular fabricated concrete low-rise civil house structure of claim 1, wherein the precast concrete modules are multi-layered, and the horizontal connecting seam is provided between two vertically adjacent precast concrete modules.

The modular fabricated concrete low-rise residential structure as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein side walls of two adjacent precast concrete modules are bonded to form an inner wall; the two sides of the horizontal connecting seam of the inner wall are respectively provided with the L-shaped connecting pieces, and the two L-shaped connecting pieces are symmetrically arranged and connected by means of through bolts.

The modular assembled concrete low-rise civil house structure according to claim 2, wherein strip-shaped connectors are arranged on the outer sides of the horizontal connecting joints between the outer walls of two adjacent precast concrete modules, the strip-shaped connectors are longitudinally arranged, and two ends of the strip-shaped connectors are respectively connected with the outer walls of the precast concrete modules on the upper layer and the outer walls of the precast concrete modules on the lower layer.
5. The modular, fabricated, concrete low-rise civil dwelling structure of claim 1, wherein the horizontal connecting seam has a mortar bed therein.
6. The modular fabricated concrete low-rise residential structure of claim 1, wherein the through-wall connectors are steel bolts or prefabricated reinforced concrete through-wall pin keys.

The modular assembled concrete low-rise civil house structure according to claim 1, wherein the top ends of two adjacent precast concrete modules at the uppermost layer are connected by means of a roof fixing member, the roof fixing member comprises a steel plate connecting member in the horizontal direction, and two ends of the steel plate connecting member are respectively connected to the upper end surfaces of two precast concrete modules respectively positioned at two sides of the vertical connecting seam.

The modular, fabricated, concrete, low-rise civil dwelling structure of claim 7, wherein the roof securing member further comprises two sets of stop bolts, the two sets of stop bolts being positioned at each end of the steel plate connecting member and connected to each of the two precast concrete modules.

The modular, fabricated, concrete low-rise residential structure of claim 1, further comprising corner fixtures, the corner fixtures comprising a bottom panel and two side panels; the bottom plate is connected with the prefabricated foundation or the floor slab of the prefabricated concrete module, and the two side plates are respectively connected with the two side walls of the prefabricated concrete module.
10. The modular fabricated concrete low-rise civil house structure of claim 1, wherein the prefabricated foundation has a wall thickness greater than that of the prefabricated concrete module.
