When the distance between the air inlet of the air inlet grid and the wall body or the curtain is relatively short, and the air inlet quantity of the air conditioner indoor unit is relatively small, the ventilation holes can be used for supplementing the air inlet quantity, so that the air conditioner indoor unit is ensured to have sufficient air inlet quantity, and the user experience is relatively good.
Embodiments of the present utility model are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a top cover according to an embodiment of the present utility model; fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present utility model.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present application provides a top cover 100 of an indoor unit of an air conditioner, which includes a top cover body 110 and a flange 120 disposed on a peripheral side of the top cover body 110, wherein the top cover body 110 and the flange 120 are provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 130.
The ventilation holes 130 of the top cover body 110 are arranged at intervals on the same circumference.
The middle area of the top cover body 110 is opposite to the internal device of the air conditioning indoor unit, and after the indoor air enters the air conditioning indoor unit through the middle area of the top cover body 110, the internal device of the air conditioning indoor unit blocks the indoor air from flowing downwards, so that the vent hole 130 is arranged at a position of the top cover body 110 close to the outer periphery side.
The shape of the top cover body 110 is approximately circular, and thus, the ventilation holes 130 on the top cover body 110 are arranged on the same circumference at intervals, so that the ventilation holes 130 on the top cover body 110 are all close to the outer circumferential side of the top cover body 110, thereby effectively increasing the air inlet area.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the flange 120 is disposed around a half of the top cover body 110, and the flange 120 is disposed above the grill 300 after the top cover 100 is assembled with the grill 300.
The number and positions of the ventilation holes 130 (not shown) on the flange 120 may be adaptively set according to actual requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Illustratively, the vent holes 130 on the flange 120 are sequentially spaced along the peripheral side of the cap body 110.
In particular, indoor air can enter the air conditioning indoor unit through the vent hole 130 on the top cover body 110 and the plurality of vent holes 130 on the flange 120, so as to increase the air inlet area of the air conditioning indoor unit.
According to the top cover 100 of the air conditioner indoor unit provided by the embodiment, the top cover body 110 and the flange 120 are provided with the plurality of ventilation holes 130, so that indoor air can enter the air conditioner indoor unit through the ventilation holes 130, the air inlet area of the air conditioner indoor unit is increased, and the air inlet quantity is increased. By arranging the ventilation holes on the top cover body 110 on the same circumference, the air inlet area of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is effectively increased, and the air inlet quantity is increased.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the vent 130 is a circular through hole, and the vent 130 has a diameter of 15mm to 25mm.
Wherein, for other shapes, the pore wall of circular through-hole is difficult for piling up the dust, and is less to the intake influence of air conditioning indoor set, and the pore wall of clean ventilation hole 130 is comparatively convenient simultaneously.
It is understood that the number of the ventilation holes 130 on the top cover body 110 may be adaptively set according to the area of the top cover body 110 and the arrangement of the ventilation holes 130, which is not limited herein.
Illustratively, the diameter of the vent holes 130 is 20mm, the number of vent holes 130 is twelve, and twelve vent holes 130 are uniformly arranged on the same circumference.
In particular implementation, the top cover 100 further includes a filter member, where the filter member includes a support portion and a plurality of filter screen portions disposed on the support portion, the support portion is connected to the back surface of the top cover body 110, and the filter screen portions cover the ventilation holes 130 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
If particles such as dust enter the air conditioner indoor unit, the particles may adhere to the surface of the internal equipment, so that the load is caused on the internal equipment of the air conditioner indoor unit, the refrigerating or heating effect of the air conditioner indoor unit is affected, and the service life of the air conditioner indoor unit is reduced. Accordingly, a filter (not shown) is provided on the top cover 100 to prevent particles such as dust from adhering to the surface of the indoor unit interior.
The support portion is frame-shaped, and the filter screen portion is disposed in the support portion for supporting the filter screen portion for preventing particles such as dust from contacting with the internal equipment of the air conditioning indoor unit. The filter screen portion is detachably connected with the supporting portion so that the filter screen portion can be detached from the supporting portion and cleaned or replaced.
In a specific implementation, the top cover 100 further includes a plurality of filter screens, where the filter screens are disposed in the ventilation holes 130 in a one-to-one correspondence.
Wherein, the outline of the filter screen (not shown in the figure) matches with the outline of the vent hole 130, and the filter screen is fixedly connected in the vent hole 130 to prevent particles such as dust from entering the indoor unit of the air conditioner when the indoor air passes through the vent hole 130.
Illustratively, the screen is bonded to the walls of the vent 130.
